Pet Friendly, Cozy Orchard House, blocks from the University of Oregon

Welcome to the Orchard House! We are a lovely well appointed home just blocks from the University of Oregon in Eugene Oregon. Whether you are visiting a student at the University, coming for a sporting event, catch a concert or just visiting the area- this home will not disappoint! The Orchard House is only blocks from Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, the scenic Hendrick's park and the historic Pre's Trail where old growth forest and hiking trails are plentiful. Just down the street there is access to the Eugene bike trail which runs along the Willamette River. We are also within walking distance of Autzen Stadium. A variety of restaurants are within blocks of our home. Beppe & Gianni's, McMenamin's, Sweet Life Petite Bakery, Prince Pucklers, Agate Alley, Studio One and Market of Choice are all within walking distance.
The Orchard House has been a list as Super Host, The house is furnished with beautiful new beds, linens, a new sofa bed, dining table, chairs and even a desk. We have a large washer and dryer and provide laundry soap and all of the necessities for a relaxing stay in Eugene. We have lots of fluffy new towels, sheets and blankets. Our home has a beautiful outdoor area for barbecuing, large outdoor table, wicker sofa with a propane firepit to enjoy the outside with family and friends. Welcome to Eugene Oregon and the University District!

Another great stay for us here at Orchard House. We love the location for when we are here visiting our daughter who is a student at UO. The home is sparkling clean upon arrival and has everything that we need for a comfortable stay. The off street covered parking is a plus as well. Kathy is an excellent host and is welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend Orchard House.

The house is in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Kathy, the host, was easy to reach and very helpful. I would stay here again next time we’re in Eugene.

Wonderful property!

This was the perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and very friendly hosts. The sheets were so soft and the beds are very comfortable. The home is also well equipped with anything you might need during your stay. So nice that it's walking distance to great Italian food and dessert options. Also, just blocks from Hayward made parking no problem for the Nike Outdoor Nationals. So much better than a hotel room with 2 queen beds. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Comfy and Clean

We stayed for UO family weekend. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood just east of campus. The bed was very comfortable. We were very pleased, it is just as described. Highly recommend, we would stay again!

Refreshing and wonderful

This is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a nice, quiet, and truly dog friendly environment. There was a blanket to go over the couch so we could welcome our tired and stressed pup to curl up and decompress from the trip. They had all the necessities, a working kitchen and a nice outdoor space to relax and barbecue. Thank you so many ch for a wonderful stay! We have earmarked this property for the next time we come to visit!

Another Great Stay

Perfect location!

This is a very comfortable and quiet place to stay, as well as being so close to the University of Oregon and nice restaurants. We really enjoyed our visit and the host was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. We would love to return for another visit.

Great Location! Quiet neighborhood

We made amazing memories at Kathy’s house while our daughter competed in her last state track meet at Hayward Field. The house was a relaxing spot to come back to every night. We loved the snacks and coffee pods. The neighborhood is really cute and felt very safe! We did a lot of walking and enjoyed every minute. Getting 1st in state in the 4x400 relay was the cherry on top of the fun weekend! Thanks Kathy!

So Glad We Found The Orchard House

We were up in Eugene to visit our daughter at UO. This was just the perfect spot for us. The Orchard House is walking distance to campus and other spots we love like Beppe & Giannis, Prince Pucklers, Hey Neighbor Pizza, etc. Booking was a breeze, the home was very clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed during our stay and will definitely look to book The Orchard House for our future visits to UO.

Perfect campus neighborhood stay

This place a perfect spot for us this week! It had the perfect sized space to relax and unwind, with the ability to grill and wash our laundry with ease. We appreciated the cleanliness and accommodations were just as described! Thanks for having us - we would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful house with perfect amenities!!

The property was clean and welcoming! It was in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, which we just loved. Our host was very responsive to all of our needs. The yard was small but really nice-we used the fire pit and all of the chairs for our dinner. All worked out really well! Just perfect!

Perfect for Duck families

This very cute duplex was the perfect fit for a visit to see our Duck. Very cute neighborhood, quiet but also close to UO. We were able to have dinner as a family; the kitchen had everything you need. We got to hang out together- a little home away from home. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. It was well kept and clean and we will definitely stay again.

We are UO parents of recent graduate. We know what it is like to visit our daughter and wanting to have quality family time together just like home. We would come up thinking we would be eating out and our daughter just wanted a home cooked meal. So, we bought a darling duplex in Eugene so we could have that at home feeling with our daughter and her friends. So, we now what to share our Orchard house as an Airbnb so other UO families have that same experience. We fell in Love with UO and Eugene, we know you will too! There is so much to see and do in Oregon. We also have a larger home that accommodates 2 to 10 guest, down the street. This place is perfect for Christmas, Thanksgiving , family reunions and graduation. please text for more information as needed.

There is so much to do in Eugene, OR. Saturday Market downtown in the Summer months, farmer's markets, blocks from miles of riverside bike paths, gorgeous hikes and the McKenzie River National Recreation Trail, Skinner Butte Park, Hendrick's Park and only an hour from the gorgeous Oregon Coast. Sailing on Fern Ridge Reservoir, Kayaking or rafting the McKenzie River or exploring one of the many lakes and rivers close by, not to mention fishing! Hult Center for the Performing Arts, Museum of Natural and Cultural History,Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, the Matthew Knight will feed your need for the arts. Eugene has some of the best beer, wine, wineries and whiskey tasting around in the US.
