Feel at home in this recently updated private guesthouse. Located on a quiet street, just a short walk to downtown and 5 minute uber to U f O and Autzen stadium! Centrally located to all Eugene has to offer, but far enough away to get a good nights sleep. Whether you're here for a Ducks football game, show at Cuthbert Amphitheater, or work trip, you'll feel right at home here!

For the security of the property and guests, there is one camera located outside, facing the driveway area. It is motion activated and records audio and video.

Cozy, charming and quiet!

This was a great property for our Duck Days weekend to check out the U of O with our son. The location is great! Super cute and quiet neighborhood that’s walking distance to restaurants and campus. House was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our stay. Would love to stay here again for future visits!

Great pet friendly place!

The host was extremely gracious and this spot worked out perfectly for our family with our fur baby!It’s not fancy but it’s very comfortable and the price is great! I’d definitely book again as it was very convenient and welcoming.Thank you!

Delightful Place for a Special Trip

The house was immaculate with a fully equipped kitchen. Very, very cute inside. This was a special trip for Grandma and Grandpa with young-adult Granddaughter and her Partner. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful and convenient home

The place was great but unfortunately it was very cold. We were able to heat up to bedrooms for sleeping from a wall unit, but the main room just would not warm up. That was a disappointment. Otherwise the place was simple, bare bones and clean.

I felt lucky to stay at the Lucky Duck

I was in town for a work conference. The lucky duck was in a very walkable and safe location and I walked most places, including my training. It had all the amenities I needed and was clean and cozy. The shower was small but the price was right overall! I liked staying in a neighborhood and that it had a washer and dryer. Ashlie was very responsive and instructions were clear and easy. My husband is UofO alumni so having duck memorabilia around the house was fun!

Returning guest and future guest

We stayed here back in August and liked the location so much that we stayed here again and will continue to stay on future visits. The new updates to the place are very nice. Ashlie was very accommodating to our needs of checking in early. If you are looking for a cute and quiet place to stay, with an 8 minute trip to the U of O campus, this is the place for you.

Great location

We arrived on a Monday, met our Son and his Lady and walked down the street one block to the Cornucopia restaurant, ( friendly staff and great food). My Doctor was about 1/2 mile from the house and easy to get to. The house is great and we will be back! We brought our puppy and there were no problems. Loved it!!

Comfy visit

This cute and cozy house was perfect for my small dog and myself. Everything was as portrayed in the listing. The shower is snug, so if you're not tiny it may be a bit challenging.

Volleyball Weekend @ Lucky Duck Bungalow

We stayed at Bungalow for a few days on a trip to Eugene to watch our daughter's team play vs. U of Oregon. The Bungalow was great for our weekend. Very nice and very clean. Excellent location to get to the University and also to hang out in downtown Eugene. Easy and short drive, walk, or bike ride to campus, to establishments in Eugene for meals, etc... Neighborhood is nice and very quiet. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Eugene.

Wonderful stay

Walking distance to every thing. Walking distance to great food and Amazon park if you like to exercise. Clean, safe and great communication

Cute little spot

Our stay was very accommodating. Just a couple things that could help make the stay a little better. Supply of kitchen garbage bags could be upgraded to more than one extra. There was no extra toilet paper only the roll on the holder. There were only enough towels for 4 but would need to wash the towels after the use for fresh towels. The community of spiders and knats were very friendly as well. The bathroom sink did not drain because of the clump of hair that I pulled out in order for it to drain. The cat size dust bunny from under the bed didn’t harm anyone. All and all it was a great place to rest our heads.

Cute place to stay.

The property was accurately described, the owner communicated promptly, and was great with suggestions.The only downside to the accommodation was the shower was very small. We had a lovely time there

Easy

Was in town to install some decorative crosswalks in downtown Eugene. Since it was primarily night work, I needed a quiet place close to downtown to sleep during the day. Not the normal VRBO stay, but it was clean and quiet and I slept well when I had the chance. It worked out exactly as hoped!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I chose this property as a short term rental for a few reasons. Its location is PERFECT! Located in the heart of Eugene, it is centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with long time residents as neighbors. The home still has some of it's charm from being built in the 1950's. It is updated, while still keeping some unique character.
