From the hallway, one door leads directly into the bathroom, equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. One door further and you are in the living/dining area. At the large dining table there is room for everyone to eat together or to play with the children. The living area, with its great seating area and fireplace, radiates a cosy atmosphere. The adjoining separate small kitchen is equipped with all the utensils to prepare a delicious meal. Sleep like marmots for 2 in the room accessible from the dining area, equipped with a double box-spring bed 160 x 200 cm.

Two other bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The large room accommodates a double bed 180 x 200 cm and the smaller room has a double bed 160 x 200 cm accessible from one side and a small desk.

Much privacy is offered by the green garden with several sunny or shady areas to enjoy pure nature and relax. So you can make yourself comfortable in the sitting area with barbecue under the covered veranda or at the picnic table with parasol. Everyone can then prove their sporting fitness with a round of table tennis. 

There is a washing machine in the storage room. 1 car can park in front of the house. If you arrive with several cars, they can be parked in the general parking area.

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
