Nuestro recientemente renovado condominio frente al mar está ubicado en una playa privada en Dennisport con vista al sonido de Nantucket. La unidad tiene 2 dormitorios, uno de ellos tipo loft, cocina nueva con electrodomésticos de granito y acero inoxidable, 1 baño y sala de estar. ¡Es genial para una fiesta de cuatro si te gusta estar a pasos de la playa!

EL ESPACIO: hemos creado el escenario perfecto para los días de verano de Cape Cod. Nuestro condominio cuenta con un hermoso y espacioso loft con una gran pantalla t. v. La planta baja es una sala de estar, cocina, baño y un dormitorio. El interior cuenta con una sensación de playa y fomenta una mentalidad relajada y relajada.

Si quieres alejarte de todo y mirar a Nantucket Sound, ¡todo lo que necesitas hacer es salir por la puerta trasera y disfrutar!

This condo was perfect for us, a family of three. The location was fantastic!! So close to a lovely private beach. We really enjoyed walking to the ice cream shop (R and C's) just a couple blocks away. The condo has beachy colors and decor, which is charming. The owner was accessible if we needed her, felt very supported. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our stay!

My husband and myself, son and daughter in law enjoyed this condo very much. Nice and clean, everything you need is here. The location is great for reaching other areas of the Cape easily. Enjoyed the warm water at the private beach. Would stay here again.

Friends reunion

The property was easy to access and was adorable! Very clean with all the basics you need. Will definitely come again to explore the rest of the towns that we missed this time around.

Charming and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in Dennisport and the Beach Condo was a great fit for our needs. The condo was very clean and Claudia very attentive to any questions we had. The only thing we missed was a microwave to reheat some take-out one day.

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful with a great location! Just steps to the private beach, which was never busy. I would def stay here again. Only downside was that even though linens are included in the rental description, you need to launder everything you use in the pay washer and dryer on top of the cleaning fee

Cute for a couple

This property was perfect for my wife and I. The size is perfect for 2 but probably ok if you had a couple friends or older children. We had a wonderful week of warm weather and the main bedroom has an air conditioner. The balance of the property uses fans which were sufficient. Although we used the owner’s suggestions for eating out, the rental is well appointed for cooking/eating in. Private beach was wonderful and friendly owners/renters. Well done Claudia!

Couldn’t use loft bedroom

Great place but no air conditioner. It was very warm inside and we couldn’t use the loft because of heat. It was a bit disappointing since there was 3 of us staying there

Great quiet getaway

We had a great quiet stay. Check in and out was simple. The private beach was super nice (~200 ft from the back door). End of August weather was quite cool so we did not use the ac at all, we opened the windows and there was a nice breeze. Kitchen well equipped. Two smart TVs make it easy with the kids. The loft was really cute and the bed upstairs was very comfortable, but with little kids that wake up in the middle of the night I was a bit worried with the ladder. Grill at the back was great easy option for quick dinners. Parking right at the front door makes it easy to unload and load. Overall we had a wonderful week, Claudia was super helpful and responsive.

Perfect family beach getaway

This condo was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and having the beach just a short walk away was fantastic. Claudia was responsive and really helpful whenever I had questions. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Spot for Us!

We loved our stay and found the condo to be everything we hoped it would be. The location was perfect and the private beach was lovely. We were very lucky with cool weather and found the temperature in the house to be very comfortable without ac. The cool breeze and power fans made our stay very comfortable. Perfect for my little family

We had the best time! The location was perfect! The private beach right outside the door was exactly what we needed with a toddler! We didn’t have the worry about packing too much for the beach because it was steps away! My ONLY complaint was the no AC, BUT it wasnt uncomfortable and not a deal breaker! The fans were fine and at night the breeze from the ocean was perfect!

Private beach condo

Really enjoyed our stay. Quiet private beach a few minutes away. Newly renovated condo was great. Electric outlet in bathroom would be handy. Ceiling fans in each room were nice. In hotter weather air conditioning would come in handy. Eating a meal outside, grilling on the "barbie" made for a very pleasant vacation stay.

Cute condo!

The condo unit is very cute and comfortable. It is close to everything you could want. Communication with the property manager was quick! The private beach is small. It was perfect for the day we had only a few hours of beach time available. The only negative is no AC, but we made it work. I would stay again!

Nice private beach a short walk away

Friendly neighborhood. Newly renovated. Fresh and clean. Toaster oven or microwave would have been nice for a longer stay, but we weren't inconvenienced for our time there.

Lovely beachside condo!

Our family of 4 loved our stay at this lovely, modern & spacious beach condo. We really enjoyed the beach at the end of the row & also the outside space at the back. All the neighbours were really friendly & gave us great advice on where to visit. The condo is ideally situated mid-cape & everywhere is easily accessible. However - I’m sorry Claudia - but for an honest review I have to agree with some previous comments and consider it unreasonable to instruct guests to launder bedding & towels prior to 10am checkout - particularly after having already paid a $100 cleaning fee! Also, it was extremely hot during our stay and I found the lack of AC quite uncomfortable; although the living room ceiling fan, the upstairs bedroom floor fan & the downstairs bedroom window fan, did provide some relief. Ceiling fans in all rooms would be a huge improvement! All-in-all though we did have a great stay here & I would recommend this rental.

Hi Tracy: Thanks so much for the feedback. We provide a wonderful condo to stay in at a great price!! In order to keep prices low, guests are required to launder the towels and sheets. This is not an usual request as many rentals on the Cape and Islands have the same procedures. The laundry room is located two doors down from our unit, we provide laundry detergent and we have a change machine and these tools make it super easy to launder the sheets and towels. You might want to consider a hotel in the future if this type of set up does not work for you but be prepared to pay higher prices. The cleaning fee is to clean the condo and nothing further. Again, this price would go higher if laundry had to be included. The beauty of our beachfront condo is that it is located on the beach and therefore the ocean breeze typically keeps the condo cool. This summer was unusually warm. We have a ceiling fan in the living room, and fans in both bedrooms. We have hundreds of repeat clients that love our space and the experience we provide.

Beautiful, private beach and renovated condo

We had a great time in Dennisport! The condo was,as advertised, recently renovated and clean. Really nicely decorated and comfortable. The loft was a really nice space for the kids. Our favorite part was the beach near the condo. It was almost empty every time we went and was just gorgeous and peaceful. The whole row of condos was in fact, very peaceful when we were there. If you are sensitive to heat and humidity, we did find it hard to cool the condo down. We used all the fans but the loft was still too hot and my kids had trouble sleeping. We ended up setting them up on the floor downstairs to sleep. Also, please note that you must wash the linens and towels you use before checkout! It's good to know this ahead of time, because it requires some planning. Overall, though, this is a great, modern, comfortable beach condo in a beautiful place.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! Location couldn’t have been any better, and with a little one, walking distance to the private beach was a plus! Side walks in the area make getting around very easy on foot with many places to eat under 2 miles away. Also, an added bonus of being in the middle of the cape which makes access to national seashore beaches less than 45 min away, even with some traffic. The condo was very well appointed and comfortable beds. We brought our own sheets and towels because we know getting out the door for checkout at 10am would be hard enough, let alone doing laundry before. We had insanely hot weather, and having no AC was a bit daunting, but luckily the window fan and upstairs fan made the nights bearable. I would definitely recommend considering to stay here.

A great place for family vacations

We stayed for only four nights, which was way too short! This is a great place to relax. Only a few steps away from a private beach, the place was great, the kids enjoyed having their own space in the attic and the manager was extremely helpful. Some of the units are occupied by owners, who are really friendly.

Property is as advertised. Beautifully updated. Comfortable with all necessities. Quiet neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Private beach in short walking distance. Can see ocean from couch, very nice. We loved it and hope to return.

Girls weekend at the Cape

Me and two of my girlfriends stayed at this cottage for a long weekend. The location is perfect, close to Hyannis, Yarmouth and all the food, shopping, and beaches you need! The place was tiny but the perfect size for the 3 of us. We were visited by many bunnies and seagulls. This cottage was great, we'll be back next year!

Our beachfront condo offers everything you would want from a getaway on the beach. A waterfront view from the back door and steps onto a private beach where you can kick back and take in the sights of sail boats passing by. A dip into the ocean followed by a cocktail and barbecue.

Inside we have completely renovated the interior space. The JCH Gruppo prides itself on offering state of the art equipment, finishes and furnishings. The bedding is comfortable and well appointed.
