This updated 1 bedroom cottage with water views (sleeps 4 adults). The Bedroom has 1 Queen bed and living room has 1 Full foldout Futon. 1 house back from the private guests beach (30 steps). Fall asleep listening to the lapping waves. Wake up and smell the salt air.

Enjoy the open concept feel, with a skylight in the living room. Granite Kitchen with microwave, electric cooktop and toaster oven, Gas grill and picnic table provided. Wifi with cable TV/. Totally updated bath. Bedroom with queen size bed, Futon couch in living area (sleeps 2). No need to drive to the beach and pay for parking, just fall out your door and on to the beach.
Please note, 1 parking space only. ** NOTE: YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN LINENS (we supply bead spreads , pillows and extra blankets)
You provide : 1 queen sheets, 1 Full Futon couch and pillow cases, bath and shower towels.

Such a cool place! Just a few feet from the beach, we began and ended each day in the sand. The location is also great for traveling to all the cape cod hot spots. The cottage is really sweet and cozy— we hope to be back!

This was the perfect spot for our family get away. Plenty of room for myself, my husband, and son. The home was clean and a stones throw from the beach where you could sit out and hear the waves as you have your morning coffee. Will definitely be booking with them again next summer!

Perfect little getaway

Second time (and hopefully won't be the last) at this cottage. Owner very helpful. Location is awesome, only a few steps to the beach. Neighbors all very friendly. Highly recommend. Our stay was for 2 weeks this time.

Comfortable, clean, cottage with ocean view.

Enjoyed coffee on the enclosed porch overlooking ocean. Great communication with owner. Bathroom nicely done. Very clean, cute, well setup for a cottage.

Cape Cod Cottage Stay

We had a wonderful time in the cottage. It is so close to the beach, walking distance to a great restaurant, and a short drive to so many other things. The cottage was perfect for our stay, and John was great with communication as our host. Thank you!!

Such a quaint little cottage! Great communication between me and the owners. Only steps from the beach! I would recommend this to anyone wanting a beach vacation. Tons of things to do in the area and surrounding areas.

Great stay, love this cottage

This cottage is so cute with the updated kitchen, bathroom and flooring. It's right next to the beach, behind 1 house, but there are good ocean views. You can hear the water which is awesome. I look forward to coming again in the future.

Beach

My friend and I had a wonderful time at your cottage. My friend had not visited the Cape in a long time so it was fun for both of us to go exploring. And it was great that the cottages were right on the beach so we did not have to drive anywhere to soak up the sunshine.

Cottage Stay

Overall it was a nice cottage with a bit of a rustic charm to it. It was very close to the beach and you could see the ocean from the property. The owner was nice and communicated with us well. The community that the cottage was in was nice and the people were friendly. It felt very safe.

Quiet, relaxing beach side cottage

A very comfortable and cozy cottage literally a few steps from a family friendly beach. Awesome loft that any kid would love to hang out in. All the necessary items for a worry free vacation are provided.. check in/out process was easy…we are looking forward to doing this again, but hopefully for a longer period of time! Thank you John!!

Beautiful views

The cottage was cozy, airy, bright and cute. It had everything that you needed. The views were beautiful and the people were very friendly. There were a couple of restaurants that you could walk to. The cottage was in a great location for everything that we wanted to do. I would for sure stay here again. Most importantly my daughter and I felt safe. Great find!!!

Great cottage

We had a great time for our annual Cape vacation. The cottage was clean, easy to access and as described. The location was great and we walked to the beach each afternoon when the sun came out. We stayed during a rainy week and wouldn’t usually make it to the beach for short afternoons. My son said it was the best Cape vacation we’ve had because he could go to the beach everyday. John was great to work with. We can’t wait to return.
