This cozy, recently renovated family vacation suite is part of a charming duplex located in mid-Cape. Inside or outside, you will hear bird songs, the sound of crickets, the breeze in the trees, and will feel the ocean right next to you.

Perfect for families, the house offers two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, TV and central AC. The large bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet and the smaller bedroom has two single beds and a closet. Linens, blankets, pillows and towels are provided. There is a private laundry room (washer and dryer) in the basement. Downstairs you will also find some beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, sand toys) as well as a pack-n-play. The suite comes with a spacious outdoor area including a private patio with outdoor sitting and grill, front yard, a two car driveway and access to a shared wooded backyard and a stone fire-pit.
Nearby you will find many popular restaurants, various attractions and plenty of entertainment. The inflatable water park, the Pirate’s Museum and several mini golfs are some of the many attractions in the area. Seagull Beach is about 3-5 min. driving, 10-15 min. biking and about 30-40 min walking. There are other public beaches in the area, as well as bike paths, lakes, parks and trails. Shops and grossly stores are located within 10-20 min from the house.
