The Red Brick Cozy - El lugar perfecto para alojarse

Esta casa fue un proyecto familiar para renovar y decorar con nuestros hijos. Está en una excelente ubicación, a una corta distancia a pie de la bolera, sala de cine, heladería, restaurantes, pistas, canchas de tenis y parques. Tiene un patio trasero cercado con parrilla y comedor al aire libre, así como un amplio patio delantero para relajarse. La cocina está equipada con la mayoría de los equipos de cocina (plancha, gofres, cafetera, ollas, sartenes, Tupperware, platos de papel, envoltura de plástico, etc.) y la mayoría de los ingredientes que se necesitarían para una estancia agradable. Vivimos a la vuelta de la esquina y están disponibles casi en cualquier momento. Esperamos que disfrute su estadía tanto como nosotros hemos disfrutado creando este espacio.

Details for the home indicates “sleeps six” and 2 bedrooms, one of which has a futon. No futon - but the next morning I located an inflatable mattress in the closet, doubt it would have fit on the floor next to the bed. Home was welcoming and neat. Beds were comfortable. Only one shower available due to repairs being made to the other.

Good for what we needed

Needed a place to stay while doing a job for the school district. Nice and central location. Clean. Easy. Maybe I missed it in the listing but the third bed is not a futon. There is what looks like a blowup bed, which we didn’t end up using, and then a couch in the front room.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location for exploring the area. The neighborhood felt safe and the house was well stocked with supplies and extras. Communication with the owner was great and we look forward to staying here again!

Perfect in every way

Our stay at the adorable Red Brick Cozy was perfect in every way. We stayed for three nights as part of eleven days of visiting the national parks in Arizona and Utah. This host has done everything to make this the ideal vacation property. They communicated with us from the moment that we booked our stay. Everything in the house was spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked and the host even baked a fresh loaf of banana bread to welcome us in. Boxes of cereal, a gallon of milk and a dozen eggs were supplied to get us started. The bedrooms were nice, with comfy beds and bedding and we liked that the master suite was tucked away from the rest of the house. All of the TVs included a subscription to Sling so there was something to watch while winding down in the evening. The laundry room was also a big plus--being able to wash clothes in the middle of an eleven day trip was invaluable to us. We can't say enough good things about this property. The personal touches that this host has put into the Red Brick Cozy make it a real jewel. We would love to stay there again and would recommend it to everyone.

Awesome Location For Parks

Hands down, BEST VRBO experience to date!! House was spotless. Welcomed with a tray of goodies, fresh flowers. Our group was two adults, three kids. Slept our number no problem. Location is great for surrounding parks. Natural Bridges is the best kept secret! No crowds compared to the Moab mobs. If you want to get away from the crowds up the road, this is the house to stay at. Can’t say enough about our three nights here.

Winter stay in Blanding

This property was a great location for seeing the sights in SE Utah. The home was comfortable and met our needs. Cheyna was easy to contact and very accommodating. We would enjoy staying again if our travels bring us to this beautiful region of the country in the future. Many thanks!

So welcoming, so wonderful!

So many thoughtful things to make the stay special and live up to the cozy name: Comfortable beds, clean everywhere, great supplies, welcoming message and helpful information, homemade spice cake that was buttery and ah-mazing with a gallon of milk and fresh eggs in the fridge (wow!!). The flooring was uneven, creaky, and in the smaller bedroom had some soft spots, but this did not bother us. We would happily return. Was perfect for a couple with an adult child, and had a pack 'n play if you have a baby or toddler. Plenty of towels, blankets, toiletries, laundry soap if you need to wash, enough kitchen supplies, even a box of new cereal gifted which we ate with and without milk we had brought. We didn't interact with the owners/managers, didn't need to, but their caring touch was felt and appreciated! Only negative for us was dealing with the keybox with cold, arthritic fingers, but it was manageable. Excellent experience.

Cozy was an apt description

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The house was great for our family of four (2 small children) and had everything we needed (was very well stocked). We enjoyed our stay and it felt like home.

Fun little house!

The house was easy to find. My husband said upon entering "What a cute place!" (and he is not always impressed) It was just the right size for the two of us - easy to keep tidy and take care of. The host even left us a loaf of banana bread, cold cereal, milk, eggs and bananas! (thank you much!!) There isn't a dishwasher, but it's not hard to wash dishes after you eat - Thanks for a great stay!!

Comfortable and perfect for exploring Bears Ears area

We rented this place as a jump off for day trips and hikes into Bears Ears. It was perfect for this. The place was very comfortable and clean. They do not have a hot tub (as the listing somehow states) but, otherwise, everything is accurate. Easy check in and check out, nice hosts. Had a great time and would totally recommend.

A perfect place to stay

This is the second stay at this property. Just a comfortable, clean and great location in Blanding. We went from 7 days at our last stay to 11 days this time. That says it all. A perfect base camp for exploring the area around Blanding.
