Clean, spacious condo close to Bears Ears National Monument

We were really happy with our stay. We had 8 people ranging from 8 years old to early 50's. We loved the hot tub after hiking all day and loved the yard games as a way to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The living/kitchen area was spacious and comfortable. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other. There is a cute grocery market close by that we were able to get everything we needed for out meals. The bbq worked great. A few suggestions for the property manager...please check the bathroom lighting. The shower light was really dim in one of the bathrooms. Also, in that same bathroom the tub drains very, very slowly when showering, as does the sink closest to the toilet. Please check your utensils and plates. When advertising for 8 people, there should be enough plates and utensils for all 8 people. We were glad we'd brought paper plates and plastic utensils so we weren't dependent on what you had at the condo.Other than that, we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous & comfortable stay!

The apartment was beautiful. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen for light cooking, big sectional for movies and all 4 bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Having two full bathrooms was a great bonus. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor games too. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

From beginning to end communication with the property owner was great. He was there to greet us when we arrived. The rental was as described on the website and was very clean and well kept. Overall the stay was very pleasant, with plenty of room. There are only a few minor recommendations that would help improve the visit for future guests. For the bathrooms, it would be nice to have more soap supplied for the shower, plastic cups available, and a bath mat for outside the shower. Also throughout the rental the lightbulbs need to be replaced and both bulbs used, as the lighting was quite dim. The couch could also be updated.

Enjoyable Stay in Blanding

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of this property and the hot tub was definitely a plus (it absolutely poured during the last 1/2 hour of our San Juan river trip). The property was adequately stocked; the griddle and beater were a nice bonus for making a pancake breakfast! Beds were very comfortable. You can hear folks moving around upstairs a bit, particularly in the bathrooms. When we arrived, the cleaners had missed a few things but we were able to contact the property owner and he immediately rectified things and made sure everything was looked after.

Best place in Blanding

If you are visiting natural bridges this is a convenient place to stay . The apartment has all the amenities and conveniences that you need and it was clean. We were worried as we drove through the neighborhood but had no trouble. The picture of the hot tub is somewhat misleading.

Dick: I am a retired general contractor and was the building trades instructor at our local campus (Applied Technology Collage, Collage of Eastern Utah, and Utah State University) for eighteen years before I retired. I built this apartment complex in the year 2010. I love people and have enjoyed meeting new people as they have stayed with us. My wife Dantzelle is a RN and has worked with San Juan Count traveling the reservation and working with the local Native Americans throw out the county.
