Spacious Open Living Space in This Beautiful Mother-in-Law Basement Apartment
Our space consists of a lovely brightly lit and cozy basement apartment set up and ready for your visit. We have been hosting on sites for 8 months and have now opened the listing here on VRBO.
It is a 1 Bed/1 Bath space with shower, a stocked kitchen with many essentials, a comfy living room space, a work from home desk space, and a work out / exercise space complete with treadmill and some free weights. Included in the space are board games and travel books for you while you relax in the evenings after a day of exploring the outdoor wonders of the area. A TV is located in the main living space as well as the bedroom, both are connected to Wifi with Amazon Fire Sticks for access to your favorite streaming apps. We have excellent WiFi for those requiring to stay connected while on the road.
Guests will have full access to the entirety of the apartment. The driveway is long enough for a 30' trailer to back in to keep you off the road, but the road here is also wide enough for on street parking.
We live on site in the main house upstairs and would love to answer any questions you may have during your stay with us.

We have lived here in the area for a couple of decades and enjoy the opportunities to be outdoors whenever we can. We operate a part-time Canyoneering guide service. We recently opened this space up for hosting with other sites and have a 5 star rating and have enjoyed the opportunity to make our space available to visiting travelers.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
The residence is in a residential neighborhood 1 block away from the 4 way Center/Main street intersection in the middle of town. The location is a great spot for walking to several eating establishments or the bowling alley and movie theater as well as a pharmacy, hardware store and post office. The neighbor even being so close to several conveniences is still quiet and removed from traffic.
