Great Condo!

Great Condo with plenty of space and in a great central location to so many amazing hikes. Lots of parking and kitchen items so our group could make dinner each night. Hot tub was a nice comfort after a day of hiking. Property owner was super responsive and made check in and check out very easy!

Great Place to Stay!

We we’re pleasantly surprised by how nice this place was. Dick was a great communicator and made checkin/checkout so very easy and convenient for us. The property was great as well. Will definitely stay here agian when we come back.

Great stay in Blanding

The space was spacious and we were able to have 2 families of 6 stay there. They even brought over more towels for us. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking.

Ample room for large family

Plenty if space and well-appointed kitchen. Only downside: was difficult to keep rooms cool without freezing out the main room. Consider if booking in summer. Would stay again

Nice stay in Blanding

We had plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed the hot tub. There are a lot of yard games that would have been fun to play, but we did not have enough time. We would stay here again.

Convenient place to stay

This property worked well for our family. It has a swamp color and no central cooling, so it took a minute to get the temperature down when we arrived (and circulating to the rooms). Cleanliness was average. Would recommend for larger groups/families needing a place in Blanding.

Perfect for large family

No complaints about our stay at the property. Didn’t realize it would be on the second floor, but that was not a big problem for us. The furnishings were in good shape and the property is well-kept. I had one question for the property manager, and he answered my call the first time and was both friendly and helpful.

GREAT property in Blanding, Utah!

We were very impressed with this place--didn't even realize that it was a 4 BR place (we only needed 2), because it was so reasonably priced. Worked out great for our visit to Natural Bridges and Hoevenweep (sp?)--Hoevenweep is really cool, but be careful on the road as it is full of potholes. The condo was beautiful--very clean & spacious; also nice to have a folder with info about various things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend to anyone...would work great for a larger group. Owner was really great to work with--even called to check on us when we were late getting to the place.

Just ok for an overnight

The apartment was adequate for an overnight stay but certainly NOT exceptional. We arrived on a cold evening and found that several of the heaters in the apartment did not work. We turned on one of them a immediately got a burning smell that was bad enough to set off the smoke alarm. We just turned off the heater and reset the alarm without further incident. The kitchen cabinet doors felt sticky and needed to be cleaned. There wasn't a garbage bag liner in the garbage pail so we had to use a plastic shopping bag we had with us. Some of the drywall around one of the ceiling vents was peeling and ready to fall down. The "king" bed was actually two twin beds put together with a lumpy pad between them. The beds themselves were comfortable as long as you didn't cross into the middle. The fan in one of the bathrooms did not work and the light in the other had burned out leaving the shower/toilet area in the dark. There was only one of 8 bulbs working over the vanity in the dark bathroom. We all felt the apartment could have been much better if it had some maintenance and a deep clean. We did not contact the property manager to fix any of these items because we were tired after a long day of travel and just wanted to eat and go to sleep. For anyone arriving in Blanding on a Sunday like we did be aware: there are only two places open to eat, Subway and A&W. As stated it was adequate for an overnight stay for a group of tired travelers but not an "Exceptional property"

The property was great. Convenient location to a lot of amazing places. The property owner, Dick, was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the apartment we were initially assigned to, but he switched us to a new one with no hassle.

Well-equipped condo close to beautiful sites!

We only spent one short night at the condo. The place is clean and has everything you need. Enough pots, pans, kitchen knives, griddle, smoothie maker, coffee machine etc. Communication with the host was smooth and speedy. Only thing I would mention is that the laundry facilities are coin operated and shared with 3 other condos and so is the hot tub. For our short stay that was not a problem but could be if you needed your privacy. This was a perfect place for our stay.

Perfect location

What an amazing condo to stay at super clean everything is roomy and beds are comfortable. We just stayed overnight because we were doing an overlander with our Jeeps but I will be returning to stay in the same condo and do some hiking around the area. Wish we had one more day to sit back and enjoy the spot. The condo had a hot tub, holy boards and ladder golf with several picnic tables to use and enjoy outside.

Built this facility to be the nicest place of its kind in the area. ever stayed in a cabin where you thought the mattress had been there for a hundred years? I have. We like having people comfortable. Also this property is central to many sites and experiences. 75 miles south of Moab you have access to Natural Bridges, the Goose Necks, Valley of the Gods, Monument Valley, Lake Powell, Mesa Verdi, Canyonlands National Park and many Ancient ruin site in our local canyons.
