Bienvenido a su hermosa casa de vacaciones, con una gran piscina climatizada y acceso en velero / golfo. Se encuentra a 5 minutos del río Caloosahatchee y es perfecto para navegar.

Esta casa cuenta con hermosas vistas al agua de los grandes canales que se cruzan. Se encuentra en una calle sin salida con gran privacidad. La casa está totalmente equipada con todas sus necesidades para que su estadía sea cómoda. Tiene capacidad para 10 personas con 3 dormitorios y 2 sofás cama adicionales.

Te encantarán las vistas y el acceso a la piscina desde el dormitorio principal y la habitación de invitados. Disfrute del café de la mañana y del vino de la tarde en nuestro lanai. ¡Solo traiga sus maletas y déjenos el resto a nosotros!

¡Estarás a solo 20-30 minutos de Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel y Captiva! Esta hermosa casa está cerca de tiendas y supermercados. Las comodidades incluidas son la pesca desde el muelle, la natación y más.

¡Cape Coral es una ciudad maravillosa cerca de todo! Tenemos la playa Cape Coral Yacht Club en el río Caloosahatchee a menos de 10 minutos. A most wonderful vacation

Super happy we decided to rent this place for our vacation in SWFL. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very convenient. There's so many good things that it wont fit in a short review, but to name a few - the pool is extraordinary and just sitting on the chairs on the beautiful dock having a morning coffee was a delight. Communication with the owner was excellent, quick responses and help to some questions we had. I'd be happy to return some day. Highly recommended!

Perfect house

We absolutely loved staying here. It had everything we needed for the 6 of us. Even though it rained our whole trip the kids had a blast in the pool and fishing off the dock. Location was nice as it was close to the bridge to get to Fort Myers Beach. Thank you for allowing my family to stay here.

Spent 10 relaxing days in this very lovely house

We loved every minute of our stay in this lovely house. So relaxing to sit on the terrasse and the deck and see the sunrice and the sunset, to swim in the pool and to fish in the Canal. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants. We have been to Cape Coral a couple of times and this house was by fare the best in our oppion. Could have been nice if we could have parked in the garage - but that’s just a minor thing. We will love to come back.

Winter Getaway

We had a great time at this lovely house. It was clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and the waterside view. Overall we had a wonderful week. Communication with the host was exceptional. She was very responsive to all our questions.

The house is very clean! It had a lot of amenities. We loved the pool and sitting out on the deck by the canal. The property manager responded quickly to any questions I had.

Cape Coral Mini Vacation

The property is located near everything- trip to Sanibel; river - dine in with grill or kitchen or dine out - local restaurants are plenty. Will try and stay again when we come back if available Convenient to Fort Meyers Airport - 30 minutes

overall, the house was amazing! we loved the pool and the fact that we could swim whenever we wanted. the beds were so comfortable and we just loved it! there is seriously no better place to stay. the view from the pool and our house in general was amazing!

Beautiful home and location

Stunning home and location! Kitchen is very well stocked. The home was not clean at all. I think the cleaners just washed the bedding and that was it. Floor was not swept, bathrooms were dirty and door glass was filthy. Maybe time to hire a new cleaner. Other than that the house was great!

Great getaway

This home was perfect for our needs. We went as a family, my husband, myself and 4 kiddos. My kids LOVED the pool and having an outside door for the bathroom. The waterfall was a nice feature and the temperature was warm. Pool nice and big as well. The dock was relaxing to enjoy morning coffee on. The lanai was my favorite part - we ate every meal outside. The home is pretty well stocked. The location is easy to get in/out of - close to the beach, Fort Myers, stores/restaurants, etc. We went to 3 different beaches during our stay - the towels, chairs, cooler and sand toys were nice to have. Also appreciate the younger kids items (bed rail, pack n play, high chair- so convenient). The neighborhood was very quiet, felt very safe. Brenda was great to work with - very quick to respond. Would definetly stay here again.

Family Vacation

We loved the house. Great set up for our family. It was the perfect home away from home. Our daughters got a lot of use of the pool and they loved the bathroom that went out to the pool! Great location! Hope to be able to stay again!!!

Great stay

We loved staying at this house. It is very well stocked with everything you need. Our girls swam in the pool all nine days we were there. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We would defiantly come back!

Relaxing Trip!

First of all I want to say Thank you to Brenda for being so quick to respond and helpful before & during our stay. Our family takes trips for Christmas instead of buying lots of gifts. This house fit all our needs. Plenty of room for 2 families 4 adults 5 kids. Very well stocked! We rented a boat from captain manni for 5 days, so when we wasnt out exploring the islands, fishing, swimming in the gulf enjoying the dolphins, We were at the house fishing from the dock while the kids enjoyed the pool. We caught several sting ray, 2 bull sharks and lots catfish. Our favorite restaurant this year was the boat house. Enjoying the sand between our toes while we ate. The mahi mahi with pineaple glaze was spectacular. 2nd was fords. Our family loves Cape coral and the capecoral Church of Christ family. The one upgrade to the house would be the master bath shower head. I love hot showers and good water pressure. The overall week was another great trip with lots of laughs, pictures, and sweet memories. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Cape Coral Home

I highly recommend this beautiful home. Brenda was great with communication, and we absolutely loved the home! This is a great place for families. It sits at the end of the street and is very quiet. Very happy with this home. Thank you so much!

Great Swimming pool and waterfront property

Location of property is good. But we have to leave 2 days earlier because the air conditioning failure. From day one the air conditioner was not cooling properly, the unit never dropped below 75 degrees. Until it stopped working; the technician who went to check on two occasions could not solve the problem saying that he did not know the reason for the failure. It is worth mentioning that in the control area there is a sign that says: "Please do not lower the a / c temperature below 73 degrees" Because the unit would freeze. The property is beautiful but it was not clean. Especially the kitchen, refrigerator and bathroom rugs in the master suite. The manager was unaware of the state of lack of cleanliness in the property, given the photos that I sent them. After blaming us, we 2 people for the misuse of the a / c, we were offered to reimburse the last two nights, as we were leaving.

Beautiful home in a lovely community

We stayed in this beautiful home with our adult children, and it had all the amenities we could possibly need. The area is very convenient to Ft Myers, and the surrounding islands with only a short drive. Cape Coral is a charming town with great restaurants and we will definitely visit again!
