Hermosa vista de sonido casa de playa, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos. 2 habitaciones con camas queen y 1 habitación con 2 juegos de literas. Salta, salta, salta al sonido de Santa Rosa, en serio :-), donde tienes acceso al agua para los kayaks que ofrecemos o área de playa para sillas, sombrillas, flotantes. Vista del sonido de lanai y puede sentarse y ver la puesta de sol sobre el agua cada noche. A solo 6 cuadras del Golfo de México.
Hay un Pack and Play, trona y otros artículos diversos para acomodar a los niños. Flotadores, 3 kayaks, juguetes de playa, pequeña parrilla de carbón, biblioteca de DVD, para todas las edades, películas, libros para leer, juegos de cartas, rompecabezas, juegos de mesa, ver fotos, todas las características y suministros para que su semana sea fácil y divertida. Great holiday stay

Had a great stay. Loved the uncluttered and expansive parking. Our host was very attentive. Kitchen well laid out and easy to cook in. Recommended!

Family vacation

Loved the location…we enjoyed beach time, “in town” time, and time just being together at the house. This place was great for our time together. It had everything we needed.

Great Stay!!

This house was GREAT!! It was very clean. Roomy with enough space for me, my husband, and our 3 teenagers!!! Location was great. Very short walk on the bay. Short’ish walk to the beach but very close to drive to the beach or walk to a trolley stop. Neighborhood was quiet. Property owner was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses.

Wonderful Stay

I am so pleased I chose this property to stay at with family over Thanksgiving break. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed looking at the water out the front doors, walking our dog in the neighborhood (everyone is so friendly around there) and spending some much needed time together as a family. The house was clean, which is #1 with me, and well stocked. I cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for 6 there with ease. You are close to all the attractions, but nestled away on a very quiet street. We come to Pensacola often due to having a son in college there, and I would not hesitate to book this home again. It is also pet friendly. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well!

Great place to relax

This is an amazing property! The location is really easy to get to. It is a short drive to the Boardwalk for swimming, shopping, and eating. The house is very well stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you could need. There are plenty of towels, both bath and beach. And a large washer and dryer to keep everything fresh. There is also a great selection of beach toys and chairs. Thanks so much to Andrea for making the check-in and check-out so easy! I am so glad we picked this house for our vacation! You won't be disappointed!

AMAZING HOST

The host sent a message saying we could check in early. The house was extremely clean and I was truly amazed at all the "extra" items provided. From items in the fridge to foil and baggies. We had enough toliet paper, detergent and trash bags to cover our entire time there. To top it off, she had multiple games, movies and beach supplies to keep us entertained. I am truly in love with all the extra ammendities. The location was perfect to watch the downtown fireworks and the sunset over the bridge. It is right next to everything but still tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. She greeted me as we were leaving and immediately called me to let me know we had left behind my child's glasses so we were able to turn around without getting too far away. If she ever has open dates when staying there, it will definitely be my 1st choice.

Best Thanksgiving EVER!

This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway, especially during COVID...everything was clean and shiny, tastefully decorated and comfortable, an amazing stocked kitchen, and lots of towels and blankets. The Bay beach was only 1 block away and we took lots of walks around the neighborhood. Everyone was friendly and kind. It was quiet and serine and the porch was open and airy. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic host & Great location

We rented this house while waiting to close on a house nearby. House is as advertised and cozy but not fancy. We’ve honestly never stayed in a property this well stocked and the property manager was very responsive. Very quiet area and walking distance to bay and beach. Comfortable beds and nice porch with sunset views.

We LOVED our stay!!! Not far from the beach! But we loved the small little beach on the bay side that is super close to the house!! The house was fully stocked with everything we could have ever needed! The only thing I wish it had was curtains on the main door in the house. But that isn't enough to keep us from going back! We will definitely be back next summer!!

A secluded blast!!’

We enjoyed ourselves the house was well stocked on all items needed Towels toys games you name it...It’s even coffee MOMS NEED COFFEE🤣. We were very close to the “baby beach” which was amazing as well my children themselves. Thanks for the hospitality we’ll definitely be back

Great stay near the beach!

We stayed at this adorable beach house for 4 days with another family. The house was exactly as described & a nice size. The kids loved the bunk bed room. We were amazed at how stocked the house was! Every closet was full of everything you could need for the beach!! Beach chairs, towels, inflatables, even lots of beach hats. Communication was easy as well. The house is not exactly "close" to the best beach locations, but we drove about 7 mins to a great spot. House is close to restaurants. Overall, great experience!!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood right off the beach.

Everything was in the house you could really need. Andrea was Super nice and was very responsive to all our needs. The only issue was the trash can was full and we could not throw our trash. Andrea was great and came to take the bags once but still stacked up a bit. Other than that minor issue, the stay was perfect and our family had an amazing time in this beautiful house. We would love to come back soon!

Beautiful Beach House

Andrea was a very nice host. We had a great time in her beach house. It’s beautiful, very clean and has everything what you need. It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. We highly recommend Donlans Beach House!!!
