Wonderful short weekend getaway

We enjoyed our time at Waterpointe II, # 1004. It was so peaceful and I loved having the fireplace on during a chili evening. Definitely recommend to everyone!!

Bed in the master bedroom was terrible full of lumps. There were only two holes to sleep in. 3 of the 4 stove burners either didn’t hear fully or didn’t work at all.

Everything was smooth, the location and ocean view absolutely awesome! We were a party of 6 (grandparents, parents and 2 grown daughters), and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach getaway

The property is just like the pictures. Right on the beach. To wake up in the morning, draw, open the curtain and look at the ocean is the best! The pools were clean, perfect for a nighttime swim. We can’t wait to go back!!

Great getaway

Very nice and clean unit. Great view , well thought out floor plan. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and the ocean. We love that the pool goes to 7’ deep. Close to Barefoot Landing, plenty of restaurants and great putt putt courses. We had a great time.

The condo was great, but the mattress in the master bedroom was terrible. I would rent this place again ONLY if they replaced the mattress. I owned 2 condos in Myrtle Beach years ago and I would be embarrassed to have this mattress

Great getaway spot

This property is a beautiful place to stay. The view is amazing and it is close to everything you would like to do on vacation. The check-in process was simple and the property is very clean. The description and pictures are spot on. The communication prior to check in was very informative, I didnt have any questions going into our stay. It also has very comfortable beds! We only used 2 of the bedrooms as there were only 4 of us but you can have 6 people very comfortably. I didn't want to leave! Thank you for a great stay.

Overall, nice place, and GREAT location. One thing that should be brought to attention is the carpet in the front small room with the twin beds. It’s very outdated. However, besides that, everything else was good. Communication was great. My family and I all agree we would definitely stay again! Not to mention very affordable.Thank you for helping create memories for me and my family! -Jason

Nice condo

We enjoyed the condo and amenities - it is a older condo but was very clean! Loved the view! Wish check in was easier- getting the code and directions to lockbox 15 min. Before check in was difficult because my phone died during travel so I contacted them on my son's phone and they were quick to respond and very helpful!

Great stay!

This was a great property! The location and amenities were top notch. The beds and couches were very worn and could stand be be updated. Other than that, the property was great! The neighborhood felt very SAFE! And, we loved that there was parking right at the condo and just right across the street. The condo is 5 minutes away from Kroger and Walmart which is super convenient for any vacationer! During our stay, we had dinner at The Shack, a local restaurant suggested by the owners. It was delicious! For sure a must visit. We also had dinner at Hoskin. Another great local diner.One of our favorite features of the condo was the storage area on the first floor. We were able to store our beach gear (chairs, sand toys, ect.) downstairs behind locked doors instead of having to trail them through the lobby and in the elevator everyday. The hosts also left a note that anything in the storage area was available for our use as well. We were able to use the chairs, umbrellas and additional sand toys for the kids. The lobby and pool area were also nice! Both areas were monitored and cleaned daily.Over all, this was a great property!

Happy with our stay

The location of this resort is in north Myrtle beach. Previously we had stayed at Kingston plantation and sea watch, so we were familiar with the location. This was not as private, but was still in residential which we prefer. Was easy to find, had convenient parking, and the building was secure. The kitchen has a great variety of cooking supplies, there were enough linens for our family, and the storage locker downstairs had enough beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, etc to keep all of the kids busy! Upon arrival we were disappointed to find the outdoor pool drained and under repair. We had specifically chosen this resort based on the outdoor kiddie pool and larger pool (as we had a 14 month old and a 14 year old!) we wanted to be able to let the toddler play in the kiddie pool. We would not have booked this condo if we had known it was going to be closed (this was our decision maker). It did open the day we left. However, the beach was beautiful! We had amazing weather which allowed us to be at the beach most days, so it did all work out! The indoor pool was something we were not expecting to use, but we were SO happy to have it. It was very warm and we enjoyed it daily! It is a glass enclosed room, so you still feel like you are enjoying the ocean front. Only other thing to note would be updated outdoor furniture for patio and new twin mattresses. For this price point we have stayed at more updated condos.
