The property is ideally located in the popular suburb of Hoole which is minutes’ walk away from Chester Train Station and a short, easily accessible walk or short drive into Chester City centre. There are also fantastic bus links within close proximity of the house with direct routes to Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks.
The space
South Avenue is a larger than average 3 bedroomed terraced home boasting a lounge, dining room and large kitchen with a fantastic south facing garden completed with lovely outdoor dining furniture and a fabulous TIKI bar!
Guest access
The whole house is available for guests to enjoy. There is just one cupboard space that is restricted which contains housekeeping goods.
Please note due to the age and style of the property we are unbale to fix stair gates.
