Great location

Excellent location! Less than 20 mins from airport. Close to pool and ocean. Everything needed in the kitchen. Good toilet paper - I hate when places go cheap on the toilet paper, haha. Mostly clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very Nice place on the water. Plenty of room for our family of four. The unit and the grounds were well maintained. We enjoyed the central location for our daily excursions, although you had to travel 5-10 minutes by car to get to the main area of town.. Over all very nice..

Just perfect

We were so delighted with everything. Our view from the Lanai was stunning. Our bed so comfy. The kitchen so well equipped. And even an Ice maker!! Two lovely pools. Our beach front amazing. Five minute walk to the best Hawaiian shave ice and coffee with bakery. Couldn’t get enough of the banana chocolate cream pie!!

No washer and dryer in unit was a bit inconvenient for our large group of 6 (trying to hang wet towels to dry between uses) but otherwise very comfortable. We also experienced some problems with ants that took almost our whole stay to get under control.

Took care of a refrigerator problem with multiple options but had it fixed before we arrived. The grounds were beautiful and the new Pickleball courts were awesome. The bathroom in the primary bedroom will not accommodate a large person, or mobility challenged individual, with its awful layout. Both baths need our opinion, the ambiance of the Ma’alaea Surf cannot be beat. We enjoyed Coconuts, Times Supermaarket, and trying Maui e foil surfing.

Spotlessly clean, plenty of kitchen space and tools, excellent communication with management, beautiful grounds, such easy and convenient access to a great swimming/walking beach!!! Nice to have two pullout sofas in the living room for two independent adults. Walk to Shave Ice and ABC Store, easy drive to groceries and fruit stands. Easy parking. Nice to be in a low-rise building! Furniture was comfortable, attractive, efficient, easy to move as necessary. Great open gathering space. We loved it!

Grounds very clean & so easy to get to other units that other family were staying in. The refrigerator wasn't working correctly the management responded quickly and let us place our food in another unit's refrigerator until the fixed it. They even gave us an unexpected refund for our inconvenience.

C-1 is an end unit with no one above you and high ceilings. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and beach chairs, a cooler and sand toys are stored in the closet.The landscaping at Ma'alaea Surf is stunning and the low density makes this resort quite special. We'll be back!
