The show stopper feature of this property is the view! The beach was also amazing. Quiet and prefect for a long walk. The water was generally very nice and calm to swim in too. The grounds of the property were immaculate! The condo itself was not new and overly updated but very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the a/c worked! We would definitely stay here again!! Many thanks!!

A lovely stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has decor touches that give a great vibe. Very well stocked kitchen, and a clear view of Ma’alaea Bay from the lanai balcony. The grounds are beautiful, a treat to wander through en route to the beach or pool, which is maintained daily.

Maui Friend Trip

Checking in was easy but upon entering the unit, we found that it was dirty. Especially the lanai which had dirty cushions and dirt all over the seating. Even the front door was dirty. We talked to the manager and she understood our concerns and credited back the full value which we appreciated.

Great spot

Good location - easy to access whatever you want to get to. Best shave ice is just up the road and a little further are in town restaurants. Communication with manager was great - clear directions on the condo community. Had a wonderful time exploring Maui.

family vacation

Amazing time with the family. Made perfect by a beautiful place, Meticulously maintained grounds, and a very simple process. Everything from the grills, to the pool and even interactions with management were designed to make the process seamless I would highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

I stayed here with my family. It has been awesome! We have been in F5 and the views are beautiful. Super close to the beach, down side is the beach is nice but water is a little merky. The beach is great to play on though. The kitchen comes fully loaded with everything you need and the place comes with two pool noodles, a couple beach chairs, and two boogie boards. They also supply you with 6 beach towels. If you need to wash anything there is laundry facilities on the first floor. The manager was great! Available anytime we needed her. She also warned us of a possible storm coming and about flood gates that might go up. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

The leaky roof in our unit was a bit of a concern as we experienced a couple of days of rain and high winds during our stay. Best rental

The property was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was well organized and rooms well stocked with clean towels. This was best property we have ever stayed at. Highly recommend for any visiting Kihei. Only this is the office manager could be more helpful with what additional information about the area, she was busy baby sotting her son and felt like we were a bother asking about the area. She only gave info if you asked otherwise was not helpful

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here over spring break. Our kids loved the pool and playing on the beach right in front of the property. The condo itself was well equipped and comfortable. We cooked several meals and had most everything we have at home - BBQ, blender, pots and pans, plates and silverware, measuring cups, etc. Beds were comfortable, views were fantastic. Only negative was I didn't realize there aren't paths/gates from every building to the pool/beach area, so we had to walk around the side of several other buildings to get there, but that was really minor. Overal we had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Return To Paradise after 30 years

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time at this beautiful resort in a nice condo. The resort has recovered nicely from the mud slide, and it seemed much the same after 30 years...forty years for a couple of us. The beach access is unbeatable, and the beach front is not at all busy except for an occasional walker or runner.Some landscaping work was still in process after last year's storm, and the tennis court still needs to be restored and nets re-installed. Also, the tennis hitting wall is now behind a large metal building, so unusable. We had a small problem with the upstairs toilet, but the property managers reacted promptly to get a cleaning crew within a few hours a plumber the next day to fix the root cause.We will be back.

Wouldn't Want to Stay at Anywhere Else!

The grounds are beautifully manicured. I wish the outdoor shower worked better when coming off the beach. Malea was super prompt and helpful during our stay. The unit wasn't my favorite compared to others we have stayed in. It could use some updating, better lighting, all the pans in the kitchen were warped, which made cooking a challenge. A few bands snapped off the lanai furniture while we were there and we aren't heavy people. It also seemd dirtier, the floors and surfaces. And please install handheld shower heads- easier to clean off sandy kids! But... you're in paradise and go outside and have a blast! All of this can be overlooked, I sound like a complainer! We loved our time here and We will be back! Can't imagine staying anywhere else this location is so primo.

Quiet and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was so quiet and peaceful but close enough that we could drive to places for fun things to do. Malea was fabulous to work with! Always prompt in her responses and helped us immediately on site with an issue with the door lock. The condo itself could use some updating and fresh paint but was fine for our family. The grounds were well maintained and people were very friendly.
