Bienvenido a esta codiciada villa frente al mar con cuatro dormitorios y tres baños en Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Esta propiedad es un alquiler de sábado a sábado durante la temporada alta.

B201, frente al Golfo de México, se encuentra frente a Gulf Place y tiene capacidad para 10 personas. Las fotos adjuntas muestran las renovaciones realizadas, los nuevos muebles y la decoración costera. ¡Todo lo que puedas desear para una escapada en la playa! La atención del propietario al detalle es evidente desde el momento en que abre la puerta de entrada.

Al entrar a su villa, será recibido por las olas que le dan la bienvenida a la playa. Desde la cocina, la sala de estar y el amplio balcón, las olas esmeralda te invitan a relajarte y disfrutar de la playa. También notará una silla de playa convenientemente ubicada y un paraguas en su balcón, que puede llamar por adelantado para alquilar. En su corto paseo hasta el acceso a la playa de Villas, notará la piscina comunitaria y el área de ducha al aire libre. Todas las comodidades necesarias para que su estancia sea una experiencia muy agradable.

JRJ's Dream se encuentra en las Villas de Santa Rosa Beach. Este pequeño complejo cerrado ofrece solo 24 unidades con escaleras y ascensores en cada uno de los tres edificios separados. Esta villa se encuentra en el segundo piso en el edificio "B". Solo hay dos unidades por piso con fácil acceso a escaleras y ascensores.

Directamente al otro lado de la calle en Gulf Place, encontrará una gran variedad de tiendas y restaurantes. Camine allí para disfrutar de Ocean Elements Day Spa, bicicletas / kayaks de YOLO, Jade Nails, Sunrise Coffee Shop (Pruebe las donas de Charlie antes de que se agoten)., Perfect Pig y LaPlaya Restaurants. The whole package

This property has it all…beautiful view and easy access to the beach, great location with restaurants and shops within walking distance, the unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome condo, right on the beach

The condo was gorgeous, spacious, and clean. We had every amenity you could dream of. The pool and the beach were just a few steps away. The location was walkable to fun restaurants and shops. Check in, check out, and parking were also super easy. Norma went above and beyond, and her special touches made our stay extra memorable. Awesome spot!

Wonderful villa

We enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean and well stocked. The location was very convenient . We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. The condo is right on the beach. We appreciated having the beach service with set up in front of the condo. The beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and would love to book again.

Fantastic

This place was fantastic. There were so many extras that we didn’t expect. For example, crumb cake and a bottle of wine with a nice note were on the kitchen counter when we arrived. The kitchen had all sorts of kitchen gadgets, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, trash bags, detergent etc. I’ve never seen a kitchen so well stocked. The place had beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for kids, indoor games, movies, Kleenex, extra toilet paper, comfortable beds and nice linens. The place was nicely decorated and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place - you want to book !

This was a great place to stay. We searched and planned a year out for the best location and it paid off. It’s on the second story with beautiful balcony views to the beach and the left is the pool. It was convenient as the stairs were quicker to take than the elevator but the elevator was faster than any place we have stayed as there are 4 stories with two units on each floor so there was never a wait for the elevator compared to other places we have stayed. It was so nice to be able to watch the kids swim in the pool and walk down to the beach from the balcony. Some reviews prior mentioned too many codes but I was grateful for them. Our kids knew the codes and could run up to the condo for a drink or down to the without having to worry about a key and as we had three families, it was nice that we didn’t always have to stay together and we all had the codes. The condo was so nicely decorated just as a beach condo should be and had all the things needed. Beach towels and chairs were provided which was nice and there was so much space. The beach was beautiful and it was 15 min to most restaurants via driving so that wasn’t bad. Having a washer and dryer was so handy as well. This condo doesn’t have a grill on the balcony but it does have one on down by the main floor for anyone to use. Me and my family were so pleased with this condo. The bunk room was so handy for the kids and they all still had plenty of space so it was perfect for our large family!

Excellent stay in March

The condo was perfect for our family and exactly as described in the listing. The views from the large balcony were amazing and we used the balcony all the time. We also really enjoyed the location, being right across the street from restaurants and shops, but it was a lot less crowded than some of the other beach towns along 30A.

Perfect location/welcoming to our family

This is the best condo we have stayed in at Santa Rosa Beach. It was perfect for our large family. Everyone had privacy but no one felt isolated. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped. Many prior visitors complained about the multitude of gate codes, but there is no other way around the safety issue, so we didn't mind at all.

Too many codes

Way too many codes, pool could be improved, but otherwise a great location and amenities. Front bedroom was hard to keep cool, and heard the upstairs neighbors throughout the night our last day. Condo had everything we needed for our trip, and was very clean. Norma Jean was very responsive when we needed assistance, and walkability to local shops and restaurants was ideal.

Just Perfect

We visited this property for spring break and cannot say enough wonderful things about it. The unit was beautiful, clean and stocked with everything you would ever need. It was in the perfect location to the beach, shopping and the most delicious dining restaurants. I highly recommend this unit. We visit the gulf almost every year and this place is by far the best we have stayed at. Try Shunk Gulley’s across the street if you do make the right choice to stay…it’s so good!!

Great for Family

The beach is beautiful. During Spring Break it was mostly families on the beach. The heated pool was wonderful. The condo itself has everything you need and is amazing. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything about the Condo is updated and high quality. Unbelievable view from the balcony. Norma is very helpful. Right across the street are good restaurants, and a quaint ice cream shop. We will be back!!

Absolutely Perfect! Would definitely go back!

We were so pleased with the responsiveness of the rental manager, Norma Jean, throughout the whole process. Also- this beautiful, spacious condo has everything!! We hosted Thanksgiving for 16 family members and we could not believe how well-equipped the kitchen was. It even had a crockpot! The location and the view are amazing! We had so many great moments sitting on the large balcony, having breakfast or watching the sunset. Location was great for walking to dinner, shopping, or just grabbing a coffee across the street. We were all able to easily walk back and forth to the beach. Loved having the beach chairs, beach towels, even sunscreen all provided!! I highly recommend this condo and hope we are able to visit again in the near future!!

Excellent condo with space for our family group of 9. Wonderful beachfront view. Owners have given a lot of thought in furnishings & supplies to make guests welcome & comfortable. Our only issue was beyond the owners' control- the location is adjacent to a public beach which was extremely crowded the entire week of our visit with some overflow into our area.

Great condo!

The condo is wonderful! The issue we had was the public access next to the condos, and crowds on beach. We paid for additional chairs but had families setting up umbrellas, chairs, strollers and spending the day in front of us, behind us, as it is public beach. Very crowded.

Easter vacation

When we arrived we had some trouble with the air conditioner which did get fixed in about 3 hours. We were pleased with the prompt response and repair. The condo was very nice and enjoyable, especially the view and beach access. I did make a mistake and thought our stay was a day longer which caused a delay for the cleaning service. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience which this caused. We would be happy to stay in this unit again since it was so convenient for us all.

Loved this property! Very clean, stocked with everything we needed and more. Right on the beach.

Simple, clear directions for checking-in and checking out. Beautifully decorated home and clean. Had everything we needed and much more. Views of the beach and ocean as soon as you walk in are amazing. Coffee on the balcony in the mornings were so pleasant. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful property, view and location

We had an amazing week at the beach with our kids and grandkids. The condo was perfect and well equipped. The view from the second floor and balcony was A beautiful site to wake up to each day. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return soon.

Almost perfect!

Everything about the condo, pool, the grounds and area was fabulous for us except that the property is next to a public beach access point and therefore the area between our condo and our beachfront umbrellas was way too crowded for our liking.

Great Beach Vacation

With the balcony looking over the beach and ocean, you really didn't need to leave the condo. Normally we would have shopped more and eaten out more, but we opted to stay home. Loved the chairs and umbrella provided at the beach. The condo is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. We were needing a real break so the bedding was crucial. The beds were very comfortable and the linens superb. Wish we were still there. Fantastic place and great communication with the manager.

Can Hardly Wait to Return.

We just spent just under four weeks at this Beautiful Condo. Lots of space and Beach colors made us feel comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen is filled with all that is needed to have an enjoyable time even when the place is at capacity. The Property manager never gets in the way, but is attentive to questions, suggestions and what ever is needed, even if its just a quick question. Now the punchline - what a view! Every time we walked in, and down the hallway, the greatest selling point was there to enjoy, - the Gulf! The waves welcome you in the morning and ensure a restful nights sleep. Does this review seem a little to good to be true?, No so much, we already reserved it for next year.
