This breathtaking property is full of character, and is positioned just a short walk from the popular Quay and High Street shops. This old rectory building retains a lot of it's original features and characteristics, making it a unique place to say. With its capacity to sleep and dine up to 16 guests, the property is the perfect space to host family get together's and large group holidays. This property has 6 large bedrooms in the top floor of the house, 2 of which are en-suites. There are a further 2 bathrooms upstairs, 1 with shower and feature freestanding bath tub and one with a shower suite. Most of the bedrooms boast phenomenal sea views and all have ample clothes storage. Downstairs are 3 reception rooms; one large dining area with seating for up to 18 and 2 sitting rooms, 1 equipped with log burner. Downstairs is also a utility room comprising of a washing machine as well as tumble drier. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. As well as all this space upstairs, there is also a basement area which has a large lounge with a surround sound entertainment system. This room has capacity to sleep up to 4 guests as there is a separate twin bedroom, as well as and bathroom with shower over bath and 2 wash basins. Guests can park directly outside the property where the private driveway provides ample space for several cars. The property is accessed via a couple of external steps but there is a set of stairs to the bedrooms upstairs as well as the lower groundfloor where the basement accommodation is.
