The house is newly renovated, it is spacious and bright and is distributed over three floors. On the entrance level welcome you a small breakfast table for two people, an independent kitchen open by an arch to the spacious dinning and living room. The dinning table fit perfectly for 8 people. On the same level there is a small and cosy terrace overlooking the golf course.

From this level the stairs guide you to the first floor where you have the master bedroom furnished with a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes, a large in suite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the golf course, the second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds that can be putting together as a double bed and a second fitted bathroom in the hall.

Downstairs there is the cinema room fitted with a double bed and a bath in suite, perfect place for kids or a couple.

There is Wi-Fi and air condition throughout whole house and also bedlinen, towels and shower towels are available.

It is not garage but there is a private parking spot on the street level.

There is also a communal swimming pool and beautiful surrounding.
