Nestled in the heart of the Chania countryside, this 3 bedroom property is a unique blend of traditional charm and modern convenience with a rooftop terrace offering picturesque views of the village and a glimpse of the sea. Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms is included.
Villa Epavlis is perfect for guests seeking a vibrant village atmosphere. Located in the Plaka village centre in the West of Crete, the villa is often surrounded by local entertainment, especially during the summer months. It's an ideal spot for those who enjoy being part of local festivities, Cretan music nights in the square, or even taking a boat ride on Kournas Lake, offering an authentic Cretan experience. The lovely beach of Almyrida, as well as a good selection of local tavernas plus a mini market, are also just 5 minutes' drive away. Chania, with its host of shops, restaurants, and an atmospheric old town, is just 40 minutes’ drive away. In the opposite direction, the bustling town of Rethymnon can be reached in less than an hour’s drive.
