It's like walking into a well decorated mountain hug. The pool, hot tub and multiple decks were amazing. The showers top tier and the comfort of the bed felt like home. We do see that the issue with the pool heater was actually fixed on the day of arrival. This should have heated up during your stay. We apologize if this was not the case. We will have one of our technicians check the temperature to ensure all of the equipment is working properly. We will also have him check the waterfall, as this should be working, also. Between the pool, hot tub, games, theater room there were hours of entertainment while being a short drive to the heart of Gatlinburg.
