The completely private and meticulously maintained grounds are walled and gated to provide the utmost seclusion and safety for your guests, children or furry friends. The western views of Mount San Jacinto, soaring 10,000 feet above the desert floor, are simply breathtaking. Discover your own private garden of Eden landscaped with a variety of desert flora, towering palm trees, flowering shrubs, fruit trees, potted plants, cacti, rock gardens, grassy areas and desert ornamentals.
Explore the variety of outdoor living spaces to suit all your leisure activities. Float aimlessly in the lagoon style pool with multiple water spillway features and easy remote control operation. Soak your cares away in the elevated spa with waterfall that cascades into the pool over a natural stone spillway. For sun worshipers, there are comfortable padded chaise lounges to enjoy a full day of sun. If shade is what you crave, hang out in the cabana with privacy curtains, deep cushion seating and a ceiling fan. Sip morning coffee while watching the sunrise. In the evenings, enjoy poolside dining under the covered lanai with fireside chiminea. There’s also a natural gas Weber BBQ, outdoor shower and pool floats to complete the perfect outdoor experience.
BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
All three bedrooms are furnished with comfort and tranquility in mind. Each is nicely appointed with high quality linens, plush new mattresses, plenty of closet space, ceiling fans and 55-inch ROKU TVs. The sunken grand master suite is a private sanctuary with a rich wood double door entry, sitting area, King bed with tufted headboard and access to the pool and spa through French doors. The sumptuous en suite bath offers a spacious walk-in custom tile enclosure with double shower heads, double vanity sinks, antique bronze fixtures and enormous walk-in closet with dresser. There’s also a convenient bathroom door to the cabana and pool area.
The guest bedroom suite offers a Queen bed with tufted headboard and access to atrium through French doors. The ensuite bath features a vibrant tiled walk-in shower and stone vessel sink. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with scroll iron headboard, walk-in closet and access to the atrium through French doors. The third full bath is located in the hall adjacent to this guest bedroom and offers a walk-in custom tile glass enclosed shower, beautiful wood vanity with quartz counter and linen cabinet.
AMENITIES
For our guests added convenience we offer a separate laundry closet with full size washer and dryer, WiFi, ROKU TV, estate disposal service and a motorized gated driveway with 2-car garage. All linens, towels & pool floats provided too.
OPTIONAL FEES
For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool & spa heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June - September. If you do not want pool heat but would like to heat the spa, the cost is $65/ day. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.
