Room is located in central area of the city. This is our guests' favorite part of Dubrovnik, according to independent reviews. It has good connectivity with Old Town, bus no 4 drives directly to the Pile Gate entrance to the Old City.This double bed room with sea view also has TV, air condition, WiFi and refrigerator. It also has access to the terrace and private bathroom.Guests have access to prking free of charge in front of villa.

The villa is located higher up Vojnović street. It is a street full of cafes and restaurants, close to Bellevue beach.It is a perfect location considering that it is well connected to all parts of the city - 10 minutes by bus to Lapad in one direction, and the old town in the other direction.Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility, but now it is becoming the largest residential part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik.As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Town Dubrovnik offers a range of activities and attractions that ensure an unforgettable stay. It also offers many historical sights and the best restaurants, bars and beaches in Dubrovnik.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We really enjoyed our stay here, even if it was only for one night. It was an easy walk to the old town and a cheap uber back up the hill. The bed was comfortable and warm, the bathroom was pristine, parking was right in front of the house, and the view from the balcony was great.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Was a quiet, clean & secure space well within walking distance of all the Dubrovnik sites including a market & coffee shops. There are some wonderful restaurants & cafes nearby. The parking space was extremely helpful for those with Cars. The patio was a great space to regroup for AM coffee or after touting the sites. Martina & team were very responsive to our messages. They suggested where to eat & drink close by! Definitely recommend as a stopover here!

We enjoyed this stay very much! Toni was absolutely lovely and friendly. I recommend visiting the closest beach and spending your evenings on the terrace. The walk to the old town along the edge of Dubrovnik is very nice :D

Extraordinary journey!

We had an amazing time at the Villa. We were warmly welcomed and got super nice and helpful recommendations for the city and how to get around. The room was super clean and comfy and provided good space for two people. We enjoyed the terrace as the perfect place for breakfast and tea time snacks. And the beach is just a short walk down the stairs away. The highlight despite the great accommodation is the lovely family that hosted us!!! We’d love to come back :)

L'endroit était conforme à la description et propre. Un environnement calme, reposant et idéalement situé, à deux pas de la plage et des petits commerces de proximité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour pour une semaine. L'hôte a été très réactif, gentil et serviable. Les serviettes étaient remplacées plusieurs fois par semaine et le linge de lit est également remplacé par du linge propre au milieu du séjour. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer Adriatique est formidable. Nous recomandons vivement cet endroit. Merci pour tout!

Vi fick ett varmt mottagande av samtliga värdarna med tips och beskrivning över omgivningen. Rummet och köket var klanderfritt och det städades och byttes ut handdukar flera gånger i veckan. Mycket trevliga och välkomnande allihopa!

Super lokalizacja, blisko dobrej i przystępnej cenowo pizzerii oraz burgerowni. 5 min spacerem po schodach piękna plaża. Pokój czysty, łazienka również bez zarzutu. Ręczniki wymieniane na czyste po 2-3 dniach, pościel w połowie wyjazdu również wymieniona na świeżą (7 nocy). Klimatyzacja w pokoju, taras na którym można zjeść śniadanko, posiedzieć na leżaku. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Super komunikacja z gospodarzem, pilnuje i dopytuje czy wszystko jest w porządku. Bardzo polecam :)

Nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller d’aller loger la bas. Niksa et ses parents sont très gentils et réactifs. Également très accueillants et avec de bons conseils. Le logement est très bien, propre et la terrasse a vu sur la mer. Nous sommes restés 8 jours et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Merci encore
