UBICACIÓN

Este espacioso apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, está situado directamente en la playa en la isla de Okaloosa. Es la unidad de final en la planta superior en el lado oeste del edificio. La ubicación final ofrece una impresionante vista frontal y lateral de la hermosa agua esmeralda, arena blanca de azúcar, y puestas de sol increíbles. Mirando hacia abajo de la costa, la ciudad frente al golfo de Navarra se puede ver en el horizonte occidental.

UBICACIÓN

Okaloosa Island es una tira de 2 millas apartada de pisos y apartamentos en la arena blanca del Golfo de México. No hay edificios altos están permitidos en Okaloosa y esta propiedad tiene sólo 4 historias y 24 unidades, por lo que su tiempo puede ser gastado de vacaciones en lugar de esperar en los ascensores. Se trata de una milla de paseo por la playa a los restaurantes frente al golfo, tiendas especializadas, el muelle, y Gulfarium. La congestión del tráfico no existe en Okaloosa.

UBICACIÓN

1. 5 millas al oeste sobre el puente Brooks es la ciudad de Ft. Walton Beach. 5 millas al este sobre la costa sin desarrollar es Destin.

Una pequeña tienda de conveniencia se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa de estacionamiento.

Si decide salir de la Cesta de la playa- (centros comerciales, tiendas especializadas, tiendas de fábrica), pesca (surf, muelle, puente, bahía, y la carta del golfo), cruceros (delfines y puesta del sol), tiendas de comestibles, golf (varios cursos excelentes) , bibliotecas, alquiler de deportes acuáticos, puertos deportivos, recorridos históricos, centro de convenciones, y cientos de otros restaurantes se encuentran a poca distancia en coche.

The condo was clean and the view was spectacular! The beach was not crowded at all. The condo also came with 2 beach chairs. I would stay here again!!

We had a great time! Great weather and loved that it was right on the beach with a pool out front too! We also loved the restaurants and seafood. The lady keeping the building and daily upkeep was great and shared good tips on timing for dining. We walked the beaches daily and the beach chairs and umbrella set up was an added bonus. The only complaint would be this; The full size beds may need updating as they are old and sink in the middle. And the sheets and towels may need a refresh of new ones! All in all we would definitely come again. Oh and Russ was great to deal with and are the preparations super easy as he was helpful and very prompt in answering questions along the way - thank you!

- Location was great, right on the beach - 2 chairs and umbrella available each day was very nice - condo was plenty big for family of 5 - Not too crowded, which we loved, but close enough to access restaurants, shopping, activities

The positives were definitely the location and amenities. The beach access was convenient, the pool was clean and well maintained, and the complimentary beach chair and umbrella service was a nice bonus. The owner was also responsive and helpful whenever we reached out with questions. We were on the 4th floor, and the elevator and luggage carts were extremely helpful, especially when traveling with small children and carrying groceries.That said, the unit itself could use some updates and a deeper cleaning. Areas such as the baseboards, ceiling fans, and under the beds appeared to have been overlooked. The towels and washcloths were heavily worn, rough, and several had stains. Some towels belonged to other units, and a few seemed more like floor mats than bath towels.We also would have appreciated clearer information regarding trash disposal, checkout expectations, and laundry procedures. The listing mentions a washer and dryer in the hallway but does not specify they are pay per use. There is only one washer and dryer per floor serving multiple units, and during our stay only the machines on the 4th floor were operational.There were also a couple of maintenance concerns. The balcony door was very difficult to lock and unlock and was unlocked upon our arrival. Additionally, the front door would only stay shut when the deadbolt was engaged because the door latch was not functioning properly.

We'll be back!

We just returned from a week at this condo and we throughly enjoyed it! The unit is clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. We especially loved the beautiful views from the large balcony and the uncrowded beach access just outside the door. Russ is a joy to work with..very kind and responsive. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful property

The location of the property and view from balcony is fantastic. Smaller condo complex, so beach is less crowded and beach service is a great bonus. There was an elevator issue on arrival, but Russ was very responsive and issue was resolved early the next day. He definitely made things right. Interior was clean and comfortable, Highly recommend.

This is our second year to stay in this unit. It’s very quiet inside. Plus, it has two extra balconies. One faces the parking but the other is on the side of the building facing west and incredible sunsets. It’s also great to check out the beach conditions and the flags. The location is easily accessible and only a short drive near anything you might need. It’s 11 minutes to Destin and the Waterfront Village, full of restaurants, shops, and water sports rentals. There is a short path to the beach, which is never crowded, and there is a pool on the property! Grills to use for outdoor cooking are available. The pool is a great congregation spot. It’s a great place to stay!!!

Adding to memories

This is our 5th year staying at the Aqua Villa. Each year it never disappoints the private beach and location is awesome. The grounds are very well kept. We loved the corner view from the top floor! It was very relaxing to wake up abd eat breakfast and see the suagr white sand and the beautiful gulf. The room was very well kept cozy and comfortable. The owner russ is awesome and easy to work with. We will definitely be back for another stay

Best Unit in Complex

This unit has the best view of all units available. The corner units are the only ones with dedicated balconies, and it is well worth securing one. Every night we had a front row seat for the sunset. We had a great relaxing time over Thanksgiving. Front window could use some TLC, but we didn’t mind that much. Lovely time.

Too good to pass up . . .

This was the best stay we have had in a while. The unit was immaculate, comfortable, and everything functioned properly. The owner was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The location is quiet but close enough to popular restaurants and shopping that you get the best of both worlds without the hassle of waiting for elevators or enduring noisy late night events. And the view. Ah. The view is positively spectacular. We will most definitely be returning!

Great Condo

We had a great time on our vacation! This condo was very clean and plenty of space for our family of 4. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved the view and the balcony. It was so nice having windows on two walls in the living space. Being on the end of this building was a plus, as more private and can enjoy the outdoor balcony space. Loved the beach and chair service. The water was amazing!! Smaller building means less people at the beach! Nice pool too, but we spent our time at the beach. Great restaurants near by and convenience store steps away was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to this area. Russ was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Thank you for everything!

Enjoyed our stay!

Property was clean. Beds slept well. Kitchen was well stocked. Property owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. There were sand toys in the closet which was a huge blessing and saved me $30 in sand toy purchases while we were there. The street is all condos and very quiet which we liked. It’s so close to everything too - grocery stores, shopping, entertainment and excursions and restaurants. We really enjoyed the location. Two things I didn’t realize at first (and are disclosed I just missed them) is that the building is older and the doors and stairwell are on the beach side of the property and there is no washer and dryer inside the unit. There is a community laundry room on each floor that you can pay to use. This wasn’t an issue for us but something I think people should definitely know before they go. Again - these facts weren’t “hidden” but also weren’t obvious and I didn’t realize until we got there/the day before. Overall it was a great stay with wonderful memories made!

Excellent stay! Beautiful views from all the balconies! Very comfortable furniture, A.C works great! Russ the property owner is very informative, helpful and responsive! The beach is very clean. Best view at Aqua Villa

I 1000% recommend #406 for the beautiful front/side view of the gulf! The condo was very clean, updated & had that beach house feel! Not to mention Russ was an awesome host and I will definitely rent from him again when we are back in the area. You will not regret choosing this condo for your family beach vacation!
