Enjoyable vacation rent for the budget minded

Hard to beat the price and still have a full kitchen, w/d unit, two bathrooms and a short walk to the beach.

Great location!!

Location was perfect for our trip!! Only recommendation would be to provide more washcloths, we only had 2 for four people which was difficult. Everything was great!

Location was great, within walking distance to the beach and ocean view from the lanai.Equipment is reduced to the minimum. No beach stuff, no games etc.The windows are in a rather poor condition. Wind and rain is coming through... (we experienced some really heavy rain during our stay)

Great location

Great view of the water from the lanai. Could use a few more amenities to last entire stay like toilet paper and dishwasher detergent, but the location to beach and other places was great. Quiet, too.

Spacious, Walking distance to beach, Good community facilities

Overall great stay, great location and community amenities. Could have been great if the bedroom on main level was in reach of the existing a/c unit. The provided standing fan was helpful.

Beautiful View!

We had a great time in this neighborhood in Maui. The beach (right across the street) was fantastic. The condo itself was dated but functional with well-functioning appliances. It would benefit from a few more kitchen utensils (and desperately needs a new grater!). We had a wonderful stay!

Just enough

Although our stay was only for 2 nights, the opportunity to cook meals, keep beverages/leftover food and wash/dry our clothes was an absolute plus. 2 bathrooms with 4, couldn't ask for more. Mahalo!

Great location, comfortable condo.

Great location right across from Charley Young Beach. We had a supermarket nearby to walk to as well, lots of shops. Being in the first building made access to the beach super easy. Apartment was dated as stated in the add, but the property managers made sure to make us aware prior to our booking. This was not an issue for us, and it met our needs completely.

Decent home base between adventures

Old and dated but worth the price of stay. Decent home base between adventures. Nice that it is north faving so being on the lanai isnt too hot. Beautiful partial view of the ocean. Beds in loft were very comfortable. The one in the main bedroom was hard. Perhaps supply a memory foam as an option. I was disappointed that Umbrellas, boogie boards, and cooler weren't supplied as usual in other units we've stayed at there.

Nice condo

My family of 4 had a great 9 days in this condo. As you can see from the pics it’s a little dated but we didn’t mind that so much. It’s very convenient to a beautiful beach practically across the street. It’s also convenient for shopping and some nice restaurants without driving. Only issues we had is that the lone air conditioning Unit is not adequate to cool the Master bedroom. Fortunately, it was not super hot so we opened everything up and it was comfortable by the time we went to bed. Would stay there again, especially if the owners added an air conditioning unit in the bedroom.

The one A/C in the living room does sometimes have a hard time getting the cool air to the master bedroom. We're glad it wasn't too hot during your time on Maui and you slept comfortably. Cons- needs a little love in the repair department. Silicone coming off,cupboards peeling etcProsLocation is great - 5 min walk to a beach for beginner surfers and 3 min walk to a long sandy beachEquipement (pots, pans etc) were all in good conditionWas there for a week and found the "welcome package" had enough suppplies (soap, dishwasherpods, wtc) was more than enoughCan see slice of ocean if thats a thing important to you

Overall very good

It would be nice if it was updated a little more. Also having to replace toilet paper, paper towel, laundry pods, and garbage bags seems a little cheap. Whe i arrived, about 930pm, there was a lot of waiting for security to figure out our parking pass and find our place which was a little exhausting but overall i would definitely do this again. Tvanks for the exoerience 😊

The unit was in various stages of disrepair. It wasn’t dirty like unclean linens but because it hasn’t ever been renovated it’s grungy, kitchen counter is caving in, fridge door shelves collapse because the fridge is from the 1990’s stained carpet, everything is old and shabby. Great central location in Kihei, short walk to everything. No ants, no bad smell, hard to keep cool as louvered windows don’t close properly. If this unit was fully renovated it would be ideal, but it’s pretty bad as it is. Hosts are friendly, booking was easy. Price was a bit high considering the condition but it’s actually at the point where it should probably not be rented. If it had new cabinets and counters, new appliances and new beds at least you could look past the poor windows banged up walls and stained carpet. It’s just problems everywhere you look kind of thing, it’s got great potential though because of location and size/layout. Hope the owners fix it up unless it’s in the residential zoned area that will lose its ability to be let out to tourists, maybe that’s the case?

Broken Fridge loss of food and money no refund

I contacted the property managers via email regarding the broken fridge was leaking all over. Sent someone out the next day who fixed it but would be completely chill for 24 hours
