Welcome to Villa Torrent. This independent house in the quiet hills near Valencia is designed for remote workers, digital nomads, and families seeking a comfortable living and working environment for an extended period (minimum 12 days).

The property The house features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and shower, plus individual air conditioning. Thanks to the recently completed renovation, the accommodation offers modern comfort and all the practical amenities you need for a long-term stay.

Remote working The property is fully equipped for remote work. Multiple workspaces are available, and reliable Starlink internet ensures stable connections during video meetings and uploads. Whether you work alone or with a team, there's ample space to organize your workday efficiently.

Kitchen and daily life In the annex, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to cook independently. The property is set up for comfortable daily living, with all practical matters taken care of.

Outdoor space and relaxation The spacious private garden offers plenty of space and privacy. After your workday, you can relax by the pool, in the sauna, or on one of the covered terraces. There are plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas available. The garden is fully fenced, which is ideal if you're travelling with a dog.

Dog-friendly Dogs are welcome at Villa Torrent. The spacious, fenced garden and nature-rich surroundings make it a suitable place for you and your four-legged friend.

Location Villa Torrent is situated in peaceful surroundings in the hills, a short distance from Valencia city. The location combines tranquility with accessibility: supermarkets and amenities are reachable by car within 10 minutes, while you live and work in a nature-rich environment.

Casa Rosa features three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180cm) and is equipped with a workspace – ideal for remote workers. The second bedroom has two single beds (90cm) that can be used as a double bed if desired. The third bedroom has a 160cm double bed.

All rooms are equipped with excellent mattresses, air conditioning, ample closet space, and a private shower and toilet. Casa Rosa has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished.

In the cozy living room you'll find a large fridge-freezer, and the functional kitchen is located in the outdoor building. The spacious private garden invites you to enjoy the Spanish evenings late into the night.

Additionally, you have access to the swimming pool with sun loungers and the spacious grounds with various terraces and a lounge area. The view is breathtaking! The garden is an oasis of tranquility and shines when all plants and fruit trees are in bloom. Pick your own mandarins and lemons whenever you like.

A Villa Torrent é composta pela casa principal onde eu vivo com os meus três cães. Além disso, encontra no terreno a Casa Elja (jardim privado, 2 quartos) e a Casa Rosa (jardim privado, 3 quartos). O terreno tem 2100m2 e dispõe de instalações partilhadas como uma lavandaria, piscina e sauna. Naturalmente, há privacidade suficiente na Elja e Rosa.

There are also three dogs living on the plot. Although they don't enter the guest gardens, it's good to know they're there before you book.
