House Rules of Finca El Pino
Welcome to our finca! Please read these house rules carefully to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
General
Please use this beautiful finca as if it were your own. It's a very old finca with a lot of charm and corresponding historical circumstances.
• Quiet hours: Please respect the nightly quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Non-smoking area: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Please use the
designated outdoor areas, especially cautiously during the summer months due
to fire hazards.
• Pets are generally not allowed in the entire finca area.
• Deposit of 1000 e for guests that is returned or unlocked according to the booking page, after a few days, once the property has been reviewed upon departure.
Pool Area
• Opening hours: The pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• Safety: Children under 10 years old may only use the pool accompanied by an
adult.
• Hygiene: Please shower before using the pool.
• The pool and the grotto have lighting that automatically turns on in the dark.
• Please also read the pool rules carefully for more details.
Kitchen
• Please keep the kitchen tidy.
• There are a small and a large oven as well as two refrigerators with freezer
compartments available.
• All utensils are selected so that you can cook for your loved ones.
Dining Room
• Please put the dishes back as you found them. This applies to the dining room as
well as the kitchen.
• In addition to the chairs, 2 high chairs are available upon request.
Fireplace Room
• The fireplace in the fireplace room can be used in the winter months.
• To the right of the fireplace in the wall is wood stacked, which is only for
decoration. Please do not use this wood for burning. It has been treated
chemically for longevity and can cause health damage when burned.
• There is enough wood available next to the garage and throughout the finca
grounds that can be used.
• The piano may be played. Please do not move it!

Bedrooms
• The finca has seven bedrooms, each with its own shower.
• Do not throw anything into the toilet, as the pipes can easily clog. The pipes are
old.
• 2 cots are available. Please let us know if needed.
Mosquito Nets
• Each room has mosquito nets on the windows. The doors have sliding mosquito
nets installed. Please be especially careful not to run into a closed sliding door;
they break easily and would have to be charged to you.
BBQ & Outdoor
• The BBQ area includes a grill and a pizza oven. From April to October, no open fire may be made as the Tramuntana mountains are designated as a fire-prone zone.
Only use the gas grill during these months.
• Use umbrellas with caution and fold them up during wind or rain and put them
away.
• Please put away the cushions from the lounge furniture at night and during rising
rain (respectively in room 10 or room 2).
• Seat cushions for chairs at the large table in the pool area should also be put
away in case of rain.
Gates & Keys
• The entrance gates are operated with a remote control. If the remote control is
lost, €150 will be charged for replacement and programming.
• There are keys for each room and for the main entrance (dining room).
Wi-Fi & Devices
• Wi-Fi is available in each room. The password will be provided upon arrival.
• A washing machine is available for guest use.
• A vacuum cleaner, an iron, and an ironing board are located in room 1, right
cabinet.
• The air conditioners can be used for cooling and heating. Turn off the devices
when you leave the finca or the rooms to save electricity. The electricity costs will
be charged to you. 0.3 e/kw after 120kw/day
