Bright interiors and high ceilings are beautifully furnished with high-quality furniture and materials, making the house both welcoming and classy.
Entrance into the beautiful and spacious open plan LIVING AREA with exposed beams where there is a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, hand blender, kettle, and oven, a designer dining table, a living room with a comfortable sofa, SMART TV, and a guest bathroom.
Through the Roman travertine staircase, you access the mezzanine and the SLEEPING AREA with solid wood flooring where there are 2 splendid bedrooms, each with a private windowed bathroom with complete sanitary facilities and a shower cabin, as well as high-quality sheets and towels to make your stay pleasant and relaxing.

The farmhouse can comfortably accommodate 4 people; however, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living area that can accommodate 2 additional guests.
From the second bedroom, you can access the outdoor area surrounding the farmhouse, leading to the main relaxation area where there is a beautiful TANKKD above-ground pool, active 24 hours a day, to cool off during hot summer days, sun loungers, and outdoor tables with a comfortable umbrella and barbecue, ideal for spending a unique holiday full of relaxation and fun in the company of your family and friends!

The farmhouse is completely fenced and has a private parking space inside the gate, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine.
