This condo needs some updating for sure. I own a condo in Montana and know how important it is to update.All the faucets are rusting and the refrigerator also. It could also use better lamps for reading. No instructions how to operate the remotes for the ceiling fans. The location is great with views of the water from the deck.The outdoor chairs are old and uncomfortable and also the chaise lounges need to be updated. Very confusing instructions how to use the TV, although we found that it only needs the 1 rake remote to work. Would also be helpful to have more extra bath towels.

Great oceanfront condo

The condo was great. I especially enjoyed the ocean front balcony. There were tons of recreational supplies to use. It was a great stay!

Great location!

This condo is in a great location with an awesome view of the beach and sunset from the Lanai. It's on the middle floor so sometimes you can hear some noise from the unit above. Payment does not have any AC, so on some hotter days it was a bit toasty. Even with all of the fans going and windows open. Do you need? It seems to be a bit dated and could use some TLC... For example, the carpet felt like it could use a shampoo because of the salt and the air, and the toilet wouldn't stop running.

On vacation & shouldnt expect us to do the laundry

Beautiful place except there was no ac & it was the 1st place i stayed at that i was asked to wash the towels & beddings when check out. Should not have charged too much of a cleaning fees if that was the case.

Perfect location

Our February stay was wonderful. From checking in to any questions we had were answered promply. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. If you're worried about no AC,don't be.The fans cooled the unit just fine.High surf days were amazing on the lani. The grounds are beautiful and the location could not have been bette.

Slept to the sound of waves

We loved our stay here. It is located in a well-maintained community with pickleball/tennis courts, swimming pool; but the best part is the view. We sat on the balcony for our breakfast and dinner everyday and loved the views. We got to see some beautiful sunsets. Loved sleeping to the sound of waves every night. We visited end of May and did not feel the need to have AC (no AC in the unit). Unit was well stocked overall and even had pickleball paddles, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and some snorkeling gear (We got our own though). Richard (owner) is very responsive and pretty chill. If you need something, just message him.

Amazing View and Great Location

The condo was very nice and suited our needs very well. It was well stocked and the view alone was worth the stay. The only negatives was the place could use a deep clean and updated kitchenware.

Beautiful Oceanview Condo

Condo is exactly as advertised. Beautiful big balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was well appointed and we made many meals to enjoy on the patio. Definitely appreciated the extras, including all the items to use at the beach. We really hope to visit again soon and stay at this beautiful place again!

Spectacular Location & Oceanfront View

Very spacious and clean unit that was very well outfitted with everything you will need. Had a great location and the owners provided a lot of useful information. We would highly recommend this unit. The unit does not have A/C but it was not needed at all during our stay as the unit has an excellent cross breeze.

Everything about this property was perfect. The location was perfect for the activities we were doing. Five of us fit comfortably. The view from the porch were amazing. We are all going to miss falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. No one in our family wanted to leave. We will for sure be back!

Amazing views, great amenities and wonderful host

Richard's oceanfront condo couldn't be more perfect! We loved the large Lanai and amazing views of the ocean. It was so peaceful to fall asleep to the waves each night. The condo included everything we needed for our stay, including snorkel gear, beach chairs and coolers. It was such a relief to not have to rent anything for our outdoor activities. The condo was well stocked with condiments and everything needed for cooking and more. Parking is located steps from the door and the pool is nearby. Richard is a wonderful and responsive host. We highly recommend you book your stay here :)

Fantastic Location and Property!

Peaceful community with proximity to all sites and attractions. Loved being ocean front with walking trails. The owner and support team are extremely conscientious and accessible for any help or questions. The extra niceties were greatly appreciated. No concerns about having no air conditioning, definitely not necessary With the cool ocean breeze and all the shade.

Amazing Kona Coast sunsets

Condo is as shown in pictures. Great unit on the water with nice amenities- pool, tennis/pickle ball courts. Kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. Home centrally located and worked great for our daily excursions - snorkeling, golfing, hiking. Would definitely recommend this home! The only surprise was no AC, fans quickly got the ocean breezes moving and we assimilated.

Hawaii Blue Sky & Waves

Had a lovely time at this beautiful unit overlooking the ocean. It was great sitting on the balcony seeing the crashing waves. A couple of things - 2nd bathroom tub had some drainage issues. Also, the water was out for most of one of our days. No communication from Richard. I called & left a vm. Rocco from the office let us know what was going on. Better communication would have been helpful. Would love to return again.

Sound of Ocean Waves

The location is amazing with the sound of the waves, ocean views, and being able to see some birds outside, lizards and mongoose. The water is so clear that I could see the yellow tang from the balcony! Also schools of dolphins. It was such a nice place that I looked forward to returning after the end of a day exploring, so that I could sit on the balcony. Oh, and we also saw a 'moon bow'. So many great memories. I had one question about supplies and the property manager responded within minutes. Would definitely return if able. It was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful Irene

Beautiful view from the lanai of this well-appointed condo. The owner provides a kitchen with plenty of utensils and tableware; he also includes a number of snorkels, flippers, etc. The condo complex is also comfortable with pleasant grounds, grills, tennis courts and a pool. The distance from town is as advertised, however, this does make it too far to walk. That said, there is a shopping center with full-service grocery store an easy walk away., We certainly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Stay!

I had originally booked at a resort and then found this condo. I am so glad I changed our stay! We arrived at night to the sound of crashing waves and woke up to the most incredible view with the ocean feet away! The condo is clean, well-stocked with everything you need for beaches, and excellent host recommendations included. We were able to walk to 2 beaches, Kona is a short drive, and gas, stores etc are just up the street. Bonus: many excursions leave just down the road! Truly the best part of our trip was the sound of waves crashing all night, enjoying the afternoon on the balcony, and seeing every sunset as well. Would definitely stay again… in fact, I think I would be disappointed with any other location!

Great condo

Perfect getaway for our family of 5. The view was everything you could hope for, from drinking your coffee in the morning on Lanai to happy hour, or watching the amazing sunsets. The condo had every amenity that you could want from boogie boards to beach chairs, umbrella, pickleball equipment, coolers, etc. Our youngest slept on the air mattress which worked out perfectly. Richard was very helpful through the whole process. The only little thing was that it got pretty warm in late July and with no air conditioning it took a while to cool down in the evening. All the fans and the ocean breeze were helpful. You will not be disappointed with this condo.
