This is the most well stocked unit we have stayed in. Everything from spices, cookware, and beach gear is there to use. There are even ice packs and a cooler there that are great when planning on hiking/visiting the volcanoes for the day. On top of that, the view of the ocean and the interior of the unit are even better in person. We will definitely be visiting again.

The views from the balcony and inside the condo are better than the VRBO pictures!! You will have surfers to watch most of the daylight hours. The location is perfect for exploring the island. Holly, is available and great to work with. Highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous unit in an ideally situated location for exploring the Big Island. We spent most of our time on the island out exploring but it was great to come home to this comfortable and well stocked condo. No regrets!

Perfect Spot on the Big Island

The condo: the view-I could have sat on that lanai all vacation. One morning we saw spinner dolphins while relaxing! The condo was comfortable and had everything (plus more) we needed. The rock beach was fun to go on to see what the ocean left in the tide pools. Communication: Holly was on top of everything and made sure we had information and access to what was needed. Very pleasant to work with.Neighborhood: the condo was located very close to downtown Kailua-Kona, but not so close that it was overly congested. It was a close drive to anywhere in the area.The island: a beautiful island with almost every biome available. I couldn’t have imagined the beauty it had to offer. So much to do(if you want). We didn’t hit everything on the checklist but are over the moon with what we did do. Top two on our fave list was helicopter tour and Manta swim. But there is so much more than that-just the beauty itself is enough. Thank you for sharing this treasure with us-it’s a trip that our family made so many amazing memories on.

Wonderful Week!

We stayed for six nights and loved our time on the Big Island. The property is exactly as listed. The view and sound of the surf are amazing. Not only was the property exactly as pictured, it was well stocked with quality supplies. The sheets and bed were very comfortable. Perfect set up for two couples!

Aloha Perfection

From the moment we walked into the condo, we were welcomed with special touches that mades us both say wow! The condo is beautifully decorated. What truly took our breath away, though, was the unforgettable ocean view framed by palm trees. We loved being able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.The host was outstanding! Their communication made everything seamless. They had everything we needed for our stay. Loved how they thought of every detail. The big island stole our hearts, and this condo was the perfect home base. We hope to return soon!Would you review post, too?

Celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary

Outstanding view of the ocean and palm trees. A pleasure to watch the surfers from the incredible balcony which had plenty of seating and a table for meals and such. The condo was well stocked with the basics in the kitchen, and lots of towels. Best of all Holly was available whenever we needed her which was rarely. Neither of us wanted to leave. We'll definitely come back

Beautiful modern condo with amazing views

This was a beautiful unit. While most of the units in Hawaii are dated, this condo is the opposite- beautiful, updated, modern and clean. It was full of everything you needed- plenty of dishes (including wine glasses), beach towels, bath towels and extra linens. The kitchen has the extras you don’t want to purchase- (Like seasoning), and there is laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs stocked.The only negative for this condo is it is located outside of walking distance to town (probably about 3 miles). As long as you have a car (and parking is easy), there are no complaints.We would stay here again, without a doubt.

Great view and comfortable to relax on the deck overlooking the ocean

Very well equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable place to hang out, only thing I would say is the bed is on the hard side, everything is newer and well maintained.

Best sunset view in Kona!

3rd time in this building but first time in this unit. Wonderfully upgraded, central location to the elevator, best view of the beach and surfers. It was the best stocked kitchen I’ve encountered with everything you can think of, including a full spice rack. So amazing !

Adorable condo with great views

The condo was wonderful. It is decorated so cute and fully stocked with everything you will need. Seriously all you need is your clothes and food. The balcony has two recliner chairs, table and chairs and an amazing view of the ocean. Condo was very clean and beds super comfy. Holly was great to work with and would not hesitate to stay here again. There are many great restaurants and shopping just up the street. Thank you Holly for making such a beautiful place for us to come and experience Hawaii.

Amazing Sunset Views

This property is just like the description says and pictures show. The place is updated throughout and everything matches down to the towels provided and dishes. We enjoyed having the full size door screens open all night to listen to the waves to go to sleep to, but was also able to cool off the place when it was hot with the air conditioning during the day. The views of the sunsets were amazing and even saw one of the first whales of the season riight from the balcony. It was absolutely a great place to stay. I highly recommend it and Holy was great host to work with getting the arrangements through the VRBO app. She was very prompt at answering my questions. Thanks for the great memories we got to have from Hawaii.

An Absolutely Gorgeous Condo with Stunning Sunsets!

The property was very clean and exceptionally well appointed with everything we could possibly need (from paper towels and cleaning products, to sunscreen, beach chairs and binoculars)!! The lanai is so lovely, and we spent every evening enjoying the gorgeous sunset. Holly, the host, responded quickly and was great to work with.

Magnificense by the ocean

We stayed in a two bedroom penthouse condo overlooking the ocean….waling up to the dancing of the waves….pitching two chairs in the beach with a cool bevy in hand watching the most beautiful sunsets. Chatting into the evening the dawning of the stars scattered all across the black night. The mornings we met by a coffee relaxing to the sounds of the waves and entertained by the adventurous surfers. The unit itself is fantastic! Nautical theme presents airy, luxurious and comfortable…mostly everything you need to enjoy your stay was provided. C

All we hoped for and more

Absolutely perfect condo and location for our honeymoon. Amazing sunsets and falling asleep/waking up to the sounds of the beach will be memorable for years to come. The condo had everything we needed and was at a great location; not too close but not too far to all the accommodations on Ali'i drive. Thank you again for making this such an unforgettable experience!

What a beautiful property. Spent most of my mornings hanging out on the lanai. Watched the surfers & the boats. My son ate @ the da poke shack & loved it. We went to volcano national park. A must do. Stopped @ the punalu’u bakery on our way there. Didn’t disappoint. So ono Also stop @ the black sand beach to check out the turtles. We did the historical dinner cruise & had a great time. Lots of interesting history of the big island. Plus we did the night snorkel w/ the manta rays. Holly was an amazing host! We will mostly definitely be back & would love to stay here again 😍😍 Mahalo for the best memories
