Esta comunidad segura y vigilada es conocida por su baja densidad (5 unidades por acre) y grandes áreas de zonas verdes y espacios abiertos. Very nice property, very clean, well appointed. Appreciated the beach gear. Loved the pickleball, nice courts easy to schedule. Walk to beach, but it's not available during high tide. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Great location for restaurants within walking distance. Moonlight beach a short drive away. We had a great sibling couples vacation.

Well stocked, near ocean

Overall the place was clean, neat and very well stocked especially with beach gear. It's near the ocean (couple of blocks) but there is no beach there to speak of. It's a 10 min drive to Moonlight beach. We had a few maintenance issues but they did get addressed quickly with good communication. The downside for us is that 2 bedrooms are on the upper floor next to the kitchen/living room/dining and the only bathroom on that floor is through the small master bedroom. My dad, staying in the other bedroom, had to come in our bedroom each night to use the bathroom. 2 other bedrooms are on the lower level along with the garage. It's about 35-40 min from downtown San Diego so not too far. Overall, we would stay here again and Angela communicated very well with us. Thank you for a great vacation.

This property was in a great location. We loved that we could walk to the beach (although the description made it sound like it was just steps to the beach, there were a lot of steps)The property was nice and we liked the option of the two master bedrooms.We had a great stay!

Great facilities in gated community

This property has access to the beach (down steep wooden steps), tennis/pickleball courts and a pool. The property is spacious with two en suite bedrooms, and two other bedrooms and a large living area with lots of seating and tables etc. The kitchen is generally well equipped, though guests provide their own consumables such as toilet roll etc. We had a great time at the property for a family trip in November, the place is well kept and you can easily walk to play tennis or go to the pool at the shared facilities of the gated community. The only minor downsides, if you would call them that, are that the beach is rocky and narrow depending on the tide (but other sandy beaches are a 10 min drive, or possibly even a walk) and that the place isn't super walkable into a town, again you have to drive about 10 mins for that to Encintas or Carlsbad, though there are a few scattered places to walk to nearby e.g. 7-11, donuts, Mexican place. Note that the property doesn't have a water view, but the deck is by a very quiet dead end street and feels very calm and peaceful. We also saw dolphins in November when we did walk the 5 mins to the ocean overlook within the community. At that time of year one of the pools was closed, but the other was open and heated. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely return, strongly recommended. The garage also has a lot of useful beach equipment. Our group was an extended family of 6 adults and 2 kids and it was just about perfect.

Seabluffe is a great place to stay for a quieter, safe place that has really nice pools, tennis, pickleball and an awesome site to overlook the ocean.

Five Star condo on private beach!

Great property for NY family who rented with 3 adult children. Spacious gated community on a private (rock) surfing beach. Condo was packed w beach gear, pickleball rackets (and courts) and surfing gear +more. The town had amazing casual restaurants too. Very clean condo and comfortable.

Beach time

The house worked very well for our week with our big kids. We were happy to find that the kitchen had enough pans and plates and such footy group. There was great living space and a cute neighborhood.

Overall a great place

This was a kids and parents and grandparents family vacation. The condo, which is in a gated neighborhood, was nice and spacious and well equipped, and it's near Legoland. We've stayed at other condos in this neighborhood before and like this one, they are always nice. It's a very short walk to the the neighborhood's private beach but note that the beach seems to have lost its sand since we were last there, and now it's incredibly rocky. I see that other reviewers have commented on this, too, That would not dissuade us from staying there again, but if want a sandy beach you'll need to go to Moonlight Beach, which is just a few minutes drive away.

Loved it!

A VERY well-appointed home with every utensil we could need for a long Thanksgiving weekend plus! Comfortable rooms and plenty to do. Only quibble was that the property's beach is barely usable. Erosion has hit the coast hard and the sandy beach is mostly gone. At a super low tide about 3 feet of wet sand appeared, otherwise it's all rocks. Since the beach was the main point of booking this property, it was disappointing, but the pools were lovely and other beaches are a short drive away.

The home was very nice and well appointed. Everything we needed. All the beach toys for our 4 year old was much appreciated. My only complaint is that the beach that is within walking distance has no sand. Only rocks which made it unusable for our purposes.

Great beach getaway

The condo was perfect for our two families. We loved it. Had all the amenities we needed. Only issue was there were so many ants everywhere. We had to keep spraying and cleaning up to get rid of them. We appreciate the opportunity to stay here and enjoyed our family vacation to San Diego.

Even better than expected

Perfect spot for a week at the beach. Garage was full of boogie boards. beach chairs, etc. There is even a cabinet of beach towels. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals for a large group. Ceiling fans in every room and comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Property is well kept up and has it's own steps to the beach. This place has it all and I would highly recommend.

Awesome home and location

We are regular visitors to Encinitas and loved this home. It is spacious and comfortable with a great location. We could walk to the bluff and down to the water or walk to pick up food. Close to everything! HOA Pools are great too. During COVID, there is a reservation system and every other day usage so hopefully the pool is back to normal when we return. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for family vacation

Place was absolutely perfect for our family - kitchen was fully stocked and the place was in such in good shape! Owners really thought of everything - and you can’t beat the location. Would definitely come back!!!

fantastic beach property to explore Leucadia during COVID shutdown

This is a beautiful 4-bed townhome which has been tastefully appointed and fully equipped with beach and recreational equipment. We had a lovely stay and got to enjoy the beach daily. This is a great place for a getaway during the COVID shutdown, extremely clean, pool/tennis reservation system, few people on the beach - all ensure that you can relax in peace.

Bright, sunny condo for a family vacation

The condo was great - roomy, clean, well stocked with lots of beach toys and chairs, surf and boogie boards. Location was convenient - close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The complex had great pools and a jacuzzi, plenty of parking too. My only note is that the living room and kitchen is on the second floor, which I did not anticipate. I knew the condo had two floors from the description of the bedrooms but didn’t realize this meant the living space was on the second floor. We had a two year old with us and it ended up working out fine, but may be important to note for some. They do have a baby gate you can use but we didn’t want to have it at the top of the stairs where everyone would have to climb over it since it was not the type that easily opens. Like I said though, it ended up being fine.

We live in Northern California but would prefer San Diego! We are a family of surfers and ocean lovers. We purchased this beautiful home in a fabulous beach front community in Encinitas (North County) San Diego to visit every other month. The property was an established rental property with amazing reviews and happy guests. It is fabulous to have such easy and private beach access just steps away from our home. It's been a great experience!

We hope you love our beach home as much as we do. It is spacious and bright. It's ideal for 2 families with children because there are two masters; one upstairs and one downstairs as well as an additional bedroom on each floor.

Our home is stocked with any beach toy you could imagine, along with a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels etc. Our kitchen is complete with a great deal of cooking supplies and items for entertaining. We have a new gas BBQ on the patio and many dining areas. Private access to Grandview Beach is an easy walk around the corner from our front door.

There is plenty of parking and we have an on-sight property manager to help with anything you may need during your stay!

We look forward to making your stay memorable!
