Tucked away down a quiet road in the Long Beach area of Hemsby, Marram Sands is a spacious detached bungalow. Access to the dunes leading to a quiet area of the beach is just two minutes walk away. Or head 5-10 minutes in the other direction you'll reach the main Hemsby Beach with shops, cafes, amusements, and everything you could need for a traditional seaside holiday.

A key feature of this lovely property is the sunny patio and garden, with glimpses of the sea. Inside, there's a large open plan living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV with freeview, and a cosy woodburner which can be used in the winter months. The dining table seats six and can also be turned into a mini pool table. Also available for guests to use is a Jukebox!

The kitchen leads off the dining area, and has a double electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. A door leads from the kitchen into the back garden. Or you can go through the study which has a desk and printer, into the conservatory which also leads to the garden. Outside you'll find plenty of garden furniture including a table and chairs.

The main bedroom has a superking bed, and an ensuite with walk in shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom two has twin 3' single beds, and bedroom three has twin 2' 6" single beds which are more suitable for children. The main bathroom has a bath, large walk in shower, washbasin and WC. There's also a separate WC just off the entrance hall.

The garden is enclosed and very private, and there are miles of great walks on the doorstep. Winterton-on-Sea is a 15-20 minute walk away, or why not explore the Norfolk Broads which are within easy driving distance. There is off road parking for 2-3 cars. 1-2 dogs are welcome to stay free of charge. We would appreciate dogs being kept to living areas and off the furniture.
