Villa St Thomas es un lugar muy privado ubicado en 353 pies de frente al mar. Nuestra playa privada de asociación es una caminata fácil de 300 yardas. A 5 millas en coche de la playa de Lindquist.
Estamos a una milla al oeste de Red Hook y de todos los restaurantes locales, a una milla al oeste del ferry que va a St John y BVI, y a media milla al este de la famosa playa Lindquist.
Hay tres partes en nuestra casa que tienen acceso a nuestra piscina privada y jacuzzi.

La casa principal

El dormitorio principal tiene dos baños.
Las habitaciones 2 y 3 tienen cada una su propio baño o pueden usarse como una suite familiar.

Hay una gran cubierta a la derecha en el océano desde los niveles superiores e inferiores.
Desde la cubierta inferior, hay 20 pasos hacia el océano para hacer snorkel y kayak.

CABAÑA
Este se encuentra a 8 pies al este de la cocina de la casa principal y tiene un dormitorio con cama king, baño, cocina y sala de estar con una terraza privada. Ideal para una pareja que desea un poco más de privacidad. La casa está incluida con alquileres de 10 personas.

Marty was such a wonderful host. He greeted us and gave us the tour of this beautiful property! He gave us lots of good advice and was always available when I contacted him. The property was so perfect. Our family consisted of 2 couples and 3 grandkids (ages 17, 20 and 24). There was plenty of room to spread out but we mostly met outside at the hot tub and pool whenever we weren’t on excursions. The view was truly spectacular!!! I would encourage everyone to book this property if you enjoy privacy, spacious living space, beautiful views. It was very clean and has all of the amenities you could want.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa near Red Hook in St. Thomas. The location is truly amazing — perched right above the water with sweeping, unobstructed views that are even better in person. We spent every morning and evening outside because the views were just that beautiful.The outdoor setup is incredible. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and the steps leading straight down to the ocean felt like such a luxury. We also loved the separate lounging area with daybeds and chairs — there were so many comfortable spots to relax, read, or just take in the scenery.Inside, the villa was spacious and well laid out. We had a private chef one night and the kitchen was a great size for him to work in. We also rented the cottage on the property, which was a fantastic addition for the other family traveling with us. The double gates made us feel very safe, and the whole property was peaceful and private.The location couldn’t have been better. We were only five minutes from the grocery store and the town of Red Hook, so going out to watch NFL games at Bernie’s or grabbing dinner was super easy. It was also close to the marina for our boat day and only about a 3-minute drive to Sapphire Beach. I would definitely recommend renting a car — it made everything convenient.Our host, Marty, was wonderful. He met us when we arrived, showed us around the property, gave great recommendations, and was always just a text away if we needed anything. He truly made the stay even better.

The Villa and view exceeded every expectation. Absolutely fantastic vacation. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by our 5 grandchildren and 6 adults, especially in the evening. Nearby grocery stores were convenient. We made most of our meals at the Villa and the kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We would definitely rent this home again without hesitation!

St Thomas overall has it's seedy side, but this house and it's location are perfect. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and has everything you could want. Well stocked, had over a dozen beach towels, and beautiful pool, comfortable beds and great location. Can't think of anything I would want that wasn't there. We had a new property manager, and that turned out great. So again, you can feel very comfortable that you will love this property, and the only thing you will hate is having to leave.

This is an absolutely incredible property. Easily the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. It worked terrific for our family group of 9, all adults. The views cannot be accurately described, all I can say is breathtaking! I would never grow tired of sitting by the pool taking in that view. The location is fantastic, close to everything you could possibly need. The hosts are very gracious and easy to work with. Hard to imagine a better place to stay on St. Thomas. If we return —- when we return, this is the only place we will ever stay! Absolutely amazing!! You will not be disappointed.

Cabes Point Villa

The villa is quite amazing, we stayed one week with 8 people in June 2025. Incredible master bedroom suite with his and her huge bathrooms. Two more bedrooms each with its own bath. On the lower level is a two bedroom suite with its own bath. And in the adjacent cottage is a one bedroom with full bath, living room and full kitchen. The cottage has its own terrace, and the lower level unit has an amazing patio that wraps around on the waterfront.The outdoor living is incredible: the pool and hot tub work great, the outdoor grill is excellent and the bar and built in shaded sofas on the terrace facing the water are where we spent the most time. No beach but there is a walk down some steps to the rocky waterfront. The kitchen has literally everything: Keurig, Mr. Coffee, blender, microwave, toaster, subzero frig, two drawer cooling frig’s, dishwasher, disposal, plus every type of pot, pan, baking dish and any sort of accessory you could need right down to chip clips, skewers and pitchers. Plus previous inhabitants have left plenty of spices, tea, oils, wraps and foils, and cooking supplies. You need to have a car to get around. But Red Hook is 5 minutes away. Secret Harbor 7 minutes. We also used the Abounader Fitness East End gym which is just a half mile down the road. The villa owner Kent, and his representative, Marty were very helpful and easy to work with. Everything we needed was provided or arranged.

This place was absolutely incredible. I can only hope that someday I can return. From the moment we walked until the moment we left we were all in awe and said so many times how grateful we were to be there. It was extremely clean, kitchen was stocked with pans and cooking utensils, beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were a dream, and the sound system was wonderful. We felt 100% safe here. You can tell the owner takes great pride in the property and truly puts a lot of effort in to making sure his guests are happy. 5 stars !

Beyond our wildest dreams!!

This property is STUNNING. It truly made our multi-generational family trip to St. Thomas so special. The layout of the house and incredible infinity pool overlooking the water were perfection. The pool was perfect for all ages- even the little kids were contained and had a blast! Brent helped us with an easy check-in and check-out and everything at the house is beautifully curated and well thought out. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful property with privacy for all. House is in great condition and has an amazing northwest view for sunsets over the pool. Lots of interior and exterior space. Manager is a local with lots of good advice for fishing, snorkeling, restaurants, etc. enjoy!

Amazing Home and view

This is truly an amazing house designed to maximize the beautiful ocean views. They thought of everything! The nicest home we’ve ever stayed in. We had a group of 10 and never felt cramped. Space abounds and again the view! Pool/hot tub and deck is amazing sitting on a small cliff just above the surf. We will return!!!

Absolutely Stunning Villa

Our family stayed at this villa over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. The villa itself is extremely spacious (good for those moments when a large, extended family just needed a little space!) and impeccably cared for. There wasn’t a single item we ever came across that was not there and very easy to access as needed. If you like to cook, you will love the kitchen! It worked beautifully to prepare an entire, traditional Thanksgiving dinner. If you are also like us, the beds and bedding matter a lot, and everyone remarked about how comfortable they were. Everything described about the villa is highly accurate. Kent and Brent were friendly, terrific to work with, and extremely responsive. Brent even just checked in once or twice during the trip to ensure everything was ok. 5 stars for customer service! We have stayed on STT several times over the years and found this home to be truly special, and that’s before even mentioning the decks with all the views. The down island view of STJ and the BVIs is spectacular! The location in a private gated community about 1 mile from Red Hook and everything there was a huge plus as well. Overall, we lived everything about the villa and would highly recommend it.

Great trip

We spent a week here and had the best time. The house was perfect for our family. Everyone had space and there was enough space for our family of 6 to sit around the table and play cards. We really enjoyed the pool. The views were amazing. Brent was a HUGE help and was quick to answer anytime we had a question about house / St Thomas. He had a HUGE impact on why our trip was so amazing. We will definitely try and come back!

Best week ever

We had the best time in St Thomas and it had everything to do with our first few steps on the island. Brent was texting with us at the airport to give us instructions and directions to the house. He met us at the house and gave us a complete tour and run down on how things work. When we walked into the house you could hear the collective gasp when everyone saw how beautiful it was and our incredible view. This house is spectacular and they have thought of everything. We needed nothing the entire week. Brent was available for questions and recommendations and we can not thank him enough for recommending Chef Angelo. This was the highlight of our dining experience. We can not say enough about our week on the island. All 7 of us have memories that will last a lifetime. The pictures do not do this house justice. Highly recommend this 5 star property. I would rent again in a heart beat.

ABSOLUTE PARADISE

This house is absolutely stunning - Every comfort at your fingertips, and if you need anything Brent is fantastic! Brent helped us a ton planning ahead of time, all of his recommendations were fabulous!! Loved the pool, the hot tub, the views, the bedrooms and all the cozy nooks. We were there with our adult children, there were 9 of us, and everyone had more space than we needed. The pictures of the house were amazing, but the house in reality was so much more!! Great location, near everything you needed.

Coni worked as a hygienist in a hospital dental clinic.
I had a private practice for 41 years.
This is our 8th year in St Thomas, third year in Marathon and Islamorada and have had rental homes in Grand Rapids and two in Whistler over the past for 24 years.

We have always looked for high end properties that we can enjoy as well as others.
We are looking for renters who will care for our home and hope to provide a great vacation experience.

We are one of very few homes on St Thomas which have access to ocean right out the front door!
Snorkel out the front door or just kick back by the Infinity pool and relax.
Villa St Thomas is a very private location located on 353 feet of ocean front.

Our private association beach is a 400 yard easy walk.
.5 mile drive to Lindquist beach.
We are one mile west of Red Hook and all the local dining spots, one mile west of the ferry that goes to St John and BVI, and one half mile east of the famous Lindquist Beach. .
There are three parts to our home which all have access to our very private Infinity pool and hot tub.

We have always looked for high end properties that we can enjoy as well as others.
We are looking for renters who will care for our home and hope to provide a great vacation experience.
