Anniversary Trip

My husband and I stayed here with our family to celebrate our anniversary. The house was perfect for a large group. Keng, the manager, was wonderful. You will not regret renting Villa Luna Blu!

Amazing Villa - the views and sunrises are incredible

stayed here w three families and we all loved it. owners were very responsive and helpful with many suggestions that made our week on St. John one of the best vacations we have ever had. The views of coral bay are stunning. Tons of comfortable space around common areas and pools combined with enough private space for three families. Loved our stay here !

A Piece Of Heaven

My family had an amazing time at this property. It was perfect for a family of 14— plenty of space for when we wanted to be together and plenty of space when we needed some privacy. Highly recommend this piece of heaven for a large group. 💗

A wonderful family vacation

This is a beautiful property with a jaw-dropping view. Spacious rooms, well-appointed living area, and lovely little infinity pool. Caretaker Keng was most accommodating. St John is snorkeling and hiking heaven with great informal dining options. Driving is not for the faint-hearted.

Paradise Perfection

We had to scramble to find a place to go after a trip was cancelled and we stumbled on this piece of perfection. Liz was easy to connect with and very responsive and the property manager Keng is extremely kind and helpful. There are not enough words to describe the beauty of the location and villa. Amazing place for 15 family members to spread out enjoy a little paradise during this pandemic. Would book this place again a million times over!

Fabulous Family Stay at Villa Luna Blu!!!

To celebrate a milestone birthday, our family of 8 adults and two toddlers spent 8 days/nights at Villa Luna Blu. To put it mildly, our stay will be forever memorable! The Villa and grounds are lovely, expansive, well-equipped, and scenically situated right on the shoreline of St. John's east coast. The main house, the guest house, the covered outdoor dining terrace, the main courtyard, the overlook terrace, the hot tub terrace, the infinity pool, and the guest pool all served us extremely well, not to mention the large, comfortable bedrooms and lovely outdoor showers! The communication with the hosts was excellent both when preparing for our trip and during our stay. Our highest kudos to Villa Luna Blu.

Paradise

This was a beautiful villa and a perfect place for a large family to gather. It was well-equipped with beach equipment, kitchen equipment and bedding for everyone. The property manager was very helpful every step of the way. The only issue we had was with the washing machine. We had a little trouble getting it started but, once started, it worked well. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

St John Memorial 2024

This Villa worked exceptionally well for our large group of 15. We could be together all day in the pool enjoying the fantastic view, and then when desired, disappear for some solace. We also lucked out having a full moon during our stay which mad for soem fantastic photos. Keng was very responsive and helpful with a smile on his face. I hope his knee is feeling better. Thanks for providing an excellent experience and quality level. The only thing lacking: a vacuum for the sand in the rental cars... Thanks Keng, thanks Liz

A gem on the coast

Nothing but great things to say about our stay, from the initial communication with the property managers, to the detailed check in email and information (the information binder at the house is great too!) and the icing on the cake was that the property was amazing. This property affords a large group privacy while having common areas to gather and relax. Keng was great and helpful as well. The amenities are all as described, even better... chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, pool floats... i could go on and on, but would highly recommend this villa and would return if the opportunity arose! Thank you for a real good time Villa Luna Blu.

Unique Property

Keng the property manager was great! The extra effort and care into rehabilitation of the villa is wonderful. The location is very tranquil and right on the water with the breaking water and rock formations being very meditative. If I had to make a suggestion-that would be to upgrade the workout room. The view deserves current equipment and a workout design. Vanishing edge pool on the beach is the best! Highly recommended !!!

Paradise

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Keng the property manager was the best and he takes care of this property with much loving care. I have been to St John many times in my life and this by far was the nicest home I have ever stayed in. We did most of our cooking right there and the kitchen was well stocked with most things we needed. We had 12 people all together in our party and never felt cramped or in someones way. The rooms were all very comparable with no one feeling like they had the lessor room. The bedding was beautiful with all you could ask for. I will for sure come back to this home again if they will have me.

Coral Bay Vaco

The Villa is absolutely awesome! We travel often and we found the home to be much better then we hoped for! The home is well appointed! The layout is awesome for our time we spent together while also allowing space to retreat to peace and quite! The owner and staff were terrific! They assisted with recommendations for a chef to come in and cook for us a few times! The Villa could not be more scenic as well. Literally on the water! 2 pools! A private beach! Best snorkeling! Also we love Coral Bay! Off the beaten track! Great restaurants for our large group! This is a true gem!

Family Holiday Trip

Could just stay ditto to what others have said as property and location was beautiful but wanted to say how great Keng was. We didn't get into St John until 7:30 at night and he was there to meet us and our rental car didn't have much gas in it and the next day he put 3 gallons in it so we wouldn't run out before we could get more and wouldn't accept any money for it. There were 14 of us ranging in age from 2 to 75 and bedrooms worked well for everyone. We ate in most of the time and made use of both kitchens sometimes. Was great to be able to use the snorkeling gear for some of the family and the kids all loved the main pool. Would love to stay there again sometime and will recommend it to friends. Wished we had it longer than we did as left St Thomas 6 hrs late on 12/24 and got stuck in Atlanta for 3 nights as couldn't get back to Denver.

Annual family trip

VillaLunaBlu is a beautiful property! Pictures do not do it justice! We are a family of 12, so the six bedrooms were perfect! There is plenty of common space, but also lots of private space! Have stayed on St. John before, but think I prefer the Coral Bay location best! Would love to think we could come for another visit!

Incredible House

Villa Luna Blu is as amazing as the pictures show and previous reviews state. Our group consisted of 6 couples (adults only) and we all had an incredible time. The multiple, detached living areas provided the ability to all get together while the detached, private rooms allowed couples to have complete privacy. Truly the best of both worlds. While we only had adults with us this time we are already considering coming back as families. There is an absolutely amazing amount of space. The location has a serene seclusion and yet it is only 3 miles from the heartbeat of Coral Bay. 3 we’ll stocked grocery stores and numerous restaurants all within that 3 mile drive.

Amazing home

Perfect home for a large group of people. Centralized living room and kitchen with all the bedrooms separate for space and privacy. The ocean view, breeze and crashing waves were the pinnacle of relaxation. The house was updated and clean. We had zero to complaine about; a do over!!

Spring Break

Five moms brought their girls for spring break. It was a fabulous trip and even better house. The living arrangement was perfect as everyone had their own space, which is separate from the main living area, thus noise free. The rooms were very comfortable and the showers were directly out of a magazine! The views from the house are gorgeous. The girls loved the infinity pool! We rented one Jeep, a car rental is a must, and wish we had two but unable to find another rental due to the holiday weekend. Lucy's and Skinny Legs were a fun adventure for lunch and dinner and the hike to Rams Head was gorgeous. It is about a 45minute taxi ride from Cruz Bay to Coral Bay/the Villa but being away from the hustle is part of the magic of the house and island. The house has everything you need - bath and pool towels, pools floats, plenty of lounge chairs, comfortable beds. Keng and Liz were fabulous to work with and Keng responded to any questions we had quickly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and we hope to return!
