The apartment is 160 square meters on the 3rd floor of a 16th century building with lift. It is composed of an entrance hall, large living room, a kitchen with dining table, 4 bedrooms with king-size bed (70in x 79in) and en suite bathrooms. It has free WIFI, smart TV, air conditioning in every room, sheets and towels, washer and dryer.
The apartment was totally renovated in 2023. All the rooms are very quiet, facing Via dei Vecchiarelli on one side and Via dei Coronari, one of the oldest pedestrian streets in the city, on the other.

We loved our stay in Rome at this location. It was so close to shopping, dinings and attractions. Place was clean and held our adult children well. Was so nice for each to have their own bathroom as well. Very nice and would stay next time there as well!

We booked this apartment based on the outstanding reviews and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Based on our experience here, we would choose this first on our next trip back to Rome. The cleanliness and convenient location to EVERYTHING were better than we could have hoped. We had six adults and had room to spare.Much of our time was spent in the immediate neighborhood which is filled with seemingly innumerable shops and excellent restaurants. Most of Rome’s attractions were within walking distance with so much to experience on the way to your ultimate destination.Communications were excellent from booking and throughout our entire stay. The staff we met were courteous, informative, and timely.You won’t be disappointed.

5 Stars is not high enough

This property is as advertised and exceeds 5 stars in terms of location. 4 bedrooms each with a bath is great for families or couples, infant cribs and high chairs were also provided.The property manager was extremely responsive & went above and beyond by assisting with Rome arrival and departure process, setting up airport transportation and any questions I had regarding trains, etc.

We will be back...amazing stay

Property has an excellent location for all the major sites. 4 bedrooms AND 4 baths was perfect for our family group of 7. Staff was amazing, quick replies and also pleasant. When our AA flight was cancelled they tried to find us accommodations for the extra nights needed.

Excellent Property and location!

This apartment was fantastic. Had all we needed a more. Ability to eat a meal in do laundry, great family or friends space. Plenty of space. Not typical for Europe. Each room had its own nice sized bathroom and a great family area. Location in the city was excellent! Walking distance everywhere and plenty of restaurants, bars and breakfast spots nearby. Loved it and would stay again.

Amazing Apartment - 4 bedrooms and great location

We had a family of 6 staying at this amazing VRBO. It was super spacious, clean, large bedrooms with Ensuite bathrooms, AC thermostat in each bedroom, had some starters for breakfast, provided laundry detergent, felt secure and safe. Building had an elevator.We were close to so many highlights, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Loved the location.We would definitely book this place again if we return to Rome. Host welcomed us to the apartment, explained the locks, AC, appliances and more. They setup a pick up from the airport, which made it super easier once we collected our luggage.

Great start to an amazing trip

Residenza Torre Vecchiarelli was the perfect place for our group of 8 to start our amazing trip. The apartment was very comfortable and met all of our needs. The description and photos were very accurate. The location was very central for our exploration. The property management was very responsive and helped to set up transportation from the airport for us. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Vacation Rental

My first trip to Italy and we found this apartment. What a blessing! The location was perfect and so easy to get to all the sites. We walked to everything in minutes. The area is very safe and clean. The apartment was perfect for our group of 7 family members including 4 adults, a teenager and two toddlers. My husband just told me tonight that it would be a great option for our next trip but I doubt we will be going with that large of a group again. If you have a large family ir even if you are traveling with several couples, this would be perfect! The host is very responsive and helpful. I would go to any of their properties based on this one.

Absolutely amazing stay!

This home is incredible. Our family of five, including three adult children, were extremely comfortable during our week in Rome. The bedrooms are spacious and private. The living area was spacious as well, and the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen came with an espresso maker and some pods! The location of the home is perfect as well. You exit and find yourself on a charming Italian street. The property manager was very responsive and helpful as well. We had such a fun trip, and hope to return one day! Grazie Mille! :)

Exceptional Experience

Flaminia was excellent in communicating with me from pre booking to end of stay. She provided referrals to restaurants, transportation and tour services and stayed involved if I had any questions. The check in process was easy and the people were very professional. The apartment felt like home and every room had its own bathroom which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is outstanding…safe, clean, full of shops, restaurants, bars and convenient for Uber/taxi. Everyone in my family enjoyed the stay and plan to return. Ideal base for a week in Rome

Our group of three married couples loved this rental in the Ponte neighborhood of Rome. All the shopping and dining on Via dei Coronari is literally outside your door. The apartment was cool, clean, quiet, secure and comfortable. Only downside, the kitchen is on the small side. But all of us agreed this apartment fully met our expectations and we would all be happy to return.

Wonderful!

The unit exceeded our expectations in both size, amenities, and location. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it would be easy to make meals if you were so inclined. We took advantage of the many restaurants steps away for our meals. It was a lovely haven of quiet after a long day of touring (and sweating). We were sad to leave.

Two Night Stay Before Mediterranean Cruise

Overall, the stay at this property was wonderful, and a great size for our party of 7. The location was perfect, the entire place was very clean, and we greatly appreciated the bread and juice for a quick breakfast. We did book transportation through the listing, but when we landed at FCO, no one was there to pick us up. I tried reaching out to the host on the app, but was unable to get any answer over approximately an hour. I also called the number we were given for the transportation, but that was apparently not the correct number. It did cause a bit of a bad start to the vacation, but the transportation that we had booked for the other two times went well enough. Again, overall, a wonderful property in a great location.

Absolute perfection of a Rome apartment

This was by far the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. We had 7 people total (grandparents and young kids included) - all had enough space and it was a real treat to have our own bathrooms. AC was great, living area and kitchen allowed space for gathering. Quiet neighborhood but walkable easily to major attractions and some great restaurants and gelato places! Great communication from the team and much appreciated the ability to book transfers through them vs finding on our own.

Comfortable, clean, spacious stay

Great stay for 6 adults staying in Rome with a separate bathroom in each bedroom. No frills or extras in the place and it wasn't needed for us. Only issue was one of the key cards not working but when we contacted the host around 10:30PM, they responded immediately with a lockbox code to a back up key directly next to the front door and there were no further issues.
