Este condominio fue completamente remodelado y actualizado a fines de mayo de 2019. Electrodomésticos nuevos y muebles y decoraciones nuevos en todo el condominio.

Ubicado en el cuarto piso del Ocean Ritz ubicado en el centro. Con todas las comodidades del hogar, además del placer adicional del Golfo de México justo en la puerta de atrás, ¡nunca podrá abandonar Ocean Ritz una vez que se registre! Este condominio cuenta con cuatro dormitorios completos y cuatro baños completos; ¡Mucho espacio para extenderse y realmente disfrutar de sus vacaciones en la playa! ¡Estos balcones con frente al golfo son realmente algo que experimentar personalmente para apreciar completamente! ¡El tamaño no tiene comparación en Panama City Beach! Cuando ingrese al condominio, será recibido por la cocina que cuenta con encimeras de granito y todos los utensilios para cocinar y hornear que pueda necesitar. La cocina da a los enormes espacios para comer y vivir. El salón cuenta con un encantador televisor de pantalla plana y un sofá cama Queen. Desde la sala de estar tiene acceso a los dos dormitorios principales frente al golfo con baños adjuntos, uno con bañera de hidromasaje. También hay dos dormitorios adicionales con baños adjuntos.

Las dos habitaciones principales con vista al agua tienen camas king size en ellas. ¡El 3er dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y el 4to dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y una litera en la que la parte superior es una cama doble y la inferior una doble!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of the unit is great. 4th floor was great, at least one of the elevators seemed to be down most of the week, so the 4th floor wasn't too bad. This is 2 kings and rest queens. Clean unit and great beach placement.

Not what was described

The view from the condo was fantastic. The condo itself was horrible. It is not just remodel. The dishwasher had mold in it. The floor was not cleaned. The sheets had stains. We bought our own. The parking was horrible. We will not be back to this condo or to Panama City Beach. The people are rude and we got no response about the conditions of the condo. The details need to be updated on VRBO

Accommodating for the whole group!

Our group of 9 had a great stay here. Easy access to the beach, pool and parking (except for the fact there is only 1 space available directly on the property, but extra parking was close enough. Definitely a great week for our family!

First time bike rally

The condo was a great location to enjoy the beach and the bike rally. This was a first time to the rally for some of our group. We also had a great view of the air show from our balcony so all was great. This location is also right in the middle so if u enjoy walking lots of things are within a good walking distance to enjoy the scenery and the local businesses.

The condo was filthy, the refrigerator door fell off on my 11year old and none of the tvs worked. The beds were all horrible as well. It’s in a great location but that’s the only thing going for it

Perfect spot

This condo was wonderful, exactly as described. The heated pool was great and the check in process was super simple. We would be thrilled to return. I was say, after paying $265 from being towed, that the parking in the overflow lot needs some attention. Our parking pass must have blown off the dash and onto the floor. Just make sure to tape it down so you don’t have to end your otherwise great trip on a very sour note 🙂

Great location

We stayed a month in this condo so I did a deep clean when we arrived. Some things do need to be fixed and updated. There were no bed bugs as previously stated. The management was very good at getting back to us quickly.

The parking is horrible. The elevators rarely work, which was ok being on the 4th floor. The condo itself was not clean and needs serious maintenance. The location is good. We will not stay here again.

Great time

The property was clean but the floor maybe needs a professional cleaning, your socks and feet will be black after walking on the floor! The gym is not great and the pool is not heated. The maintenance guy told us the heater was broken but other people that had condos here said they have never had a heater. The condo was great, huge balcony and great location. Parking is very convenient. We had a great time!

The parking was a nightmare, ended up costing 84 a week extra per car for public parking because the small lot for the 22 story building stayed full including the designated parking spot. Also the listing said it was park on deck walk straight into room. This was an outright lie. Its 2 flights of stairs to the first floor you come to sith rooms, ours was 4 flights. One elevator was broken so there was a 20 to 30 minute wait on elevators.

Too expensive for condo conditions.

The space is great but everything is so outdated and it seems everything is about to break to the touch. One of the toilets was completely loose, furniture are broken, tv’s are so outdated and the channel line up so small that we couldn’t watch tv. One of the fans was broken, the refrigerator handle was so loose, the sofas are so dirty, the drawers in the bedroom furniture had crumbs in them, we had to buy new cooking pans to be able to cook, I could go on but it is never ending. Im giving it two stars because of the space, it is great for a big family, otherwise it would have been a one star.

Beautiful View

Our two families had a fabulous fall break at Ocean Ritz 401. Communication prior to check in was perfect. We had a few questions that were answered quickly. The property location was good for our needs. Although we like to be closer to Pier Park, this property was close to shopping, restaurants and other attractions. The views from OR401 were perfect for us and and we liked the lower floor location. Parking was very tight for our two larger vehicles, but we managed. The property was great for our families. We utilized the very large deck every day from early morning coffee, lunches and through late night hanging out. Inside, the large dining table was great for dinners and family gaming. Every room having it's own bathroom was a great feature and very helpful with getting ready for dinner after long days at the beach or pool. We did hit a few snags (as you do with any rental), such as a dirty floor, a broken sliding door lock, broken dresser drawers and a non-working safe, but none of these ruined our stay one bit. The property was fabulous and we would not hesitate to return.

Not that bad. Awesome location!

My group was very worried about previous reviews but everyone ended up enjoying the place. Yes, the parking does suck especially for bigger cars, yes there’s still only one elevator that works and takes forever but the stairs weren’t bad at all. Only had to wait for the elevator due to my bf having foot surgery so he was using a knee scooter/crutches. The place could use a little bit of updating but everything was working. The TV’s only had like 7 channels but that didn’t bother us. We had an issue with the second master suite tub not draining but once I contacted the rental company late at night, they sent maintenance the next morning. The AC was working just fine and was cool our entire stay. Location was awesome, walkable distance to many restaurants and Walmart. Had an amazing view every morning from the master rooms and balcony. The bakery and daiquiri shops across the street were great! The pool was very clean and well kept. The few workers we saw were friendly and would open the gates for us since our hands were full. Honestly would stay here again.

Great place but needs a deep cleaning

We had to wear our shoes in the Condo until we bought floor cleaner and mopped the entire space. Furniture needed steam cleaning and Table needs to be replaced. The Balcony was awesome but also very dirty, floors furniture and railing. HVAC was not working when we arrived. DX coil was frozen up due to clogged filter and coil. We cleaned the unit after it thawed. Luckily there was a new replacement filter and two in our party are HVAC guys. It began cooling the space and continued to do so while we were there after cleaning. I understand that the owners can’t always be there to see that regular maintenance and cleaning is being done, I’m pretty sure they’re paying for it. We had a great time and not discouraging anyone from staying here. I’m saying the maintenance and cleaning is subpar at best.

Great location but…

The condo is nice and in a wonderful location. An adorable coffee shop across the street and close to gas stations, Walmart and of course the beach. BUT whoever cleans it really needs to step up their game. It needs a deep clean. We had sand in our bed sheets upon arrival which really grossed me out from the get go. Sand also on floors and in bathrooms. Balcony floor is filth and we had to wear shoes the whole time inside. Went two days without WiFi bc the router was bad (they did replace it), we couldn’t watch any Netflix/hulu/etc. we did without but with little ones this became a struggle. If I were the owner, I would be very disappointed that I was even paying someone to clean because it is not properly done at all. The extra pillows/comforters provided need replaced in a bad way as they have yellow and brown stains all over them and if not, then please provide them with pillow cases. Communication with property manager was great, location was perfect but the cleanliness was very disappointing.

Could’ve been better

The condo was in a great location and we liked the fourth floor we stayed on but there was some cleanliness issues. First thing we noticed was stained comforters. I had to go purchase a new comforter for my bed just to feel ok to sleep in the bed, I hadn’t planned on that expense but now I have an extra comforter. Then, my husband pointed out how moldy/mildew our shower curtain liner was. We checked and all the showers had the same look. We purchased new shower liners for all of them so we could take a clean shower. After our first breakfast we realized we needed a new pan, the one there was chipping on the bottom and wasn’t safe to cook in. So again, another added purchase we hadn’t planned on. After a couple days there the exterminator showed up and sprayed around in the bathrooms, we weren’t aware he would be coming by. After he was gone the next day we spotted a roach in one of the bathrooms and the day after that another roach in a second bathroom, both still alive. The pillows were flat so we had to go buy new pillows to sleep on as well, now we have extra pillows for our home. We had a great week weather wise but these little things added up to make us realize this is why we choose renting a house for our family on beach vacations instead of worn out condos….
