Guest House Avdic - Studio Apartment with Balcony

Guest House Avdić is located in Lapad bay, only 400 meters away from the beach and 10 minutes ride from the Old Town. The accommodation features 4 units: three studio apartments and one double room. All studios feature a furnished balcony overlooking the sea, the kitchenette and private bathroom. Air conditioning are provided.

Luggage storage is available before check in and after check out.

Studio apartment features extra large double bed, single sofa bed and flat screen TV. Kitchenette is equipped with stove, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and utensils. Private bathroom comes with shower, toilet paper and soap. Studio features balcony . Free WiFi and air conditioning are provided.

Guest House Avdić is located in Lapad bay, only 400 meters away from the beach and 10 minutes ride from the Old Town.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 minutes ride from the property, while Dubrovnik Airport is approximately 20 km away.

On the outskirts of the old town off Dubronik is this charming little guest house, (approx 10 mins ) There is a supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants just a short walk away, We had a small apartment that Over looked the bridge with stunning views, The owner Semy made us feel right at home, and one day gave us some of her home baking and a bottle of her own red wine which was delicious!! The apartment was very clean , comfortable and fantastic value for money, I would definitely return and would recommend this accommodation,

The Guest House Avdic was perfect! 10min walk from the sea, very well connected to the Old Town and only 10min away from lots of restaurants/bars, The owner is the sweetest lady,,she surprised us with house wine and homemade desserts, The flat extremely clean and quiet, Perfect for a couple that wants to visit southern Croatia without wanting to stay in the more caotic Old Town! Nous avons séjourné à Guest House Avdić pendant une semaine et c'était vraiment parfait pour nos besoins, Le studio était super propre et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, comme une kitchenette et un lit confortable, La vue depuis le balcon était juste magnifique, surtout avec le café du matin, Le WiFi était un peu lent par moments, mais ce n'était pas un gros problème, De plus, être si proche de la plage de Copacabana était un gros plus, Nous reviendrions absolument !

Het was een genot om bij Guest House Avdić te verblijven! De studio was goed uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden, inclusief een mooi balkon met uitzicht op zee. Het was slechts een korte wandeling naar het strand, wat onze dagen aan het water zo comfortabel maakte.
