Casa actualizada de 8 dormitorios y 5 baños completos en las fabulosas Falmouth Heights, ubicada directamente en Central Park con vistas a Nantucket Sound y Martha's Vineyard. Playa de arena y cálida Falmouth Heights se ve desde la casa y menos de 2 minutos a pie. Duerme hasta 16. Convenientemente ubicado con restaurantes a solo unos pasos, y a 10 minutos a pie del ferry Island Queen Ferry a Martha's Vineyard.

Cocina completamente surtida, baños limpios, pantalla plana de alta definición de 60 "con cable digital en la habitación familiar, ducha al aire libre, AGUA CALIENTE PARA BAÑOS A PEDIDO, chimenea de gas en el porche delantero, chimenea de leña en el patio trasero, patio y césped con hermosos jardines, almacenamiento en el lugar cobertizo con sillas de playa, refrigeradores y un refrigerador al aire libre de tamaño completo. Se proporcionan todas las sábanas y toallas (NO se proporcionan toallas de playa).

Chris is a great host with excellent communication with guests. It was very easy and straight forward to both enter and exit the house, which was above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend visiting for whatever your needs may be in the Falmouth Heights area

Great home for family event!

We needed a place for our family to stay together (9 adults / 6 kids) for our youngest daughter’s destination wedding in Falmouth and this house was great! Lots of space, walking distance to the beach and a park across the street! Host is extremely responsive. Highly recommend!!

I received many compliments on choosing this large, well furnished house in a prime location a block from the beach. The owner Chris was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Great experience!

Super location perfect for family

This house has many bedrooms and beds. Master suite is particularly nice with view. Wonderful front porch and small but perfect back yard both for sitting out. Very close to beach!

Everyone liked it

Great location close to beach and ball field. Kids were out there playing baseball and soccer every day. If you're there for July 4, it's easy to grab space on the beach to watch the fireworks. House (walls, floors, cleanliness) is in good condition. Chest of drawers in the master BR needs repair. Air conditioned throughout, so comfortable in sticky weather. Excellent communications with owner. Lots of beach chairs in the shed. There isn't actually a "game room", but there are games and puzzles and books. Not clear from the listing, but you need to bring your own soaps and shampoos for showers; also to replace toilet paper that you use. We liked it enough that we've already booked it again for next summer.

A winter gem

What a beautiful, welcoming place to stay! The fireplace place made the living room a spacious but still comfy cozy gathering place. We were in town for a winter wedding and loved that everyone had a comfortable restful bedroom then could hang together in the ample kitchen, dining room and living room. Clean and well appointed, this was just perfect! And then there was the view. :)

Perfect spot for a big group

We needed a big house for a golf trip and this was perfect. Very clean, tons of places to sleep and hang out, a nice private patio in the back. More parking than we ever could’ve needed. Walkable to a restaurant. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great house for groups and wonderful location!

My group and I had a great time staying at Chris’s property. The house is perfect for big groups as it felt like every turn there was another room! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very walkable. Chris was super communicate and very easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location!

This property was amazing for a large group of ladies. Plenty of beds/baths, with parking for 8 vehicles. Great size yard for entertaining and lovey front porch to have a drink on while checking out the ocean view down the street. Steps to beach, bar and a cute Black Dog coffee shop about 6-8 minute walk in the neighborhood! We were even close enough to walk to the Boathouse bar and ferry if needed. Place is a 10 out of 10, can’t wait to go back for a family reunion next!

Spectacular location in Falmouth - Look no further!

Absolutely amazing property in Falmouth, just steps from the beach! We stayed here for our friend’s bachelorette party and it was incredible- spacious, plenty of beds, lovely porch, big bathrooms and spacious rooms for everyone to hangout! Chris has to be the most responsive VRBO owner I’ve ever dealt with. Excellent communicator and very easy to get a hold of. Easy check in/ check out directions. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful home!

This was the perfect house for our extended family get away to visit our daughter. The house is clean, wonderfully updated & decorated, and appeared to have new beds in just about every room. The owner was available and we were able to communicate with him easily and any time we had questions both before and during our stay. Even with not so great April weather, we made the most of it enjoying all that Falmouth and Woods Hole offer even in the off season: great food, shopping a little cold (Family Polar Plunge) weather swimming and the most beautiful sunset viewing at the Knob! We can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Fantastic Falmouth vacation

Chris was great to work with- communicative and very responsive. We stayed at this property a few years ago under prior owner and loved it, but the improvements Chris made especially to the front porch made for an even better experience- we spent almost all our time at the house on the porch. The house is well stocked and equipped and plenty of room for the number of people it holds. Great proximity to beach and walking distance to ferry. We'd highly recommend this.

Wonderful location and excellent property

As described in materials. Large, spacious, convenient functional. We would be happy to return again! Beach is close, field nearby, good parking. Great , yard and big common rooms. 8 bedrooms, 2 in basement, 2 on top floor 4 on second floor. Plenty of bathrooms (5) . A few beds squeaky or too soft. Everything else was great including 2nd fridge and beach equipment. Owners very responsive.

What a house & location!

This was my annual summer trip with my family. I’ve been renting through VRBO for almost 10 years and this house & location were the best!! This was the first rental that truly had a fully applianced kitchen with more pots and kitchen gadgets than we could use and well stocked to get us started with staple items. All the rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and had windows for so much natural light. The front porch and yard were amazing & the walk to the beach & park were just perfect for the 8 grandchildren! Chris was in touch very easily for whatever we needed. We’d definitely stay again in this beautiful Falmouth Heights home! Thank you, Chris!

A majestic jewel in the heart of Falmouth Heights

We stayed here with 12 of our friends for our wedding weekend in Falmouth. We live year-round in Falmouth and were not sure if staying in our hometown would feel “worth it.” SPOILER: it was worth every penny!! The house is immaculately clean and perfectly situated. It combines the feel of “Old Cape Cod” with modern comforts. All of our guests delighted in the spacious indoor/outdoor common areas, as well as the cozy bedrooms and hidden nooks. When we left for the weekend, I was so happy that I cried on the third floor balcony.

Perfect house in Falmouth

We rented this house for a family reunion. It was perfect! It’s a large house with plenty of space to hang out, both inside and out. The house is kept meticulously clean and has lovely furnishings. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve. The house’s proximity to the beach makes it the perfect place to rent in Falmouth. And the owner, Chris, was amazing to work with. Every question was instantly responded to. My only complaint is that our weekend was too short! We wish we could have stayed for a week.

Beautiful Falmouth Heights home in perfect location

We rented this house with 3 families over New Years Eve and had a perfect stay! The house has incredible charm and a great amount of space. The bedrooms are split over 3 levels, so people do not feel on top of each other. There were 4 bedrooms with 1 large beds and 4 others with 2 Twins or bunks, which was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately the weather was freezing so we did not spend much time outside, but there is a great fire pit and beautiful, large front porch. We did walk the 100 yards or so to British Beer Company for a great lunch and went for a nice run along the water. Multiple rooms in the house have views of the water and all rooms are very comfortable. Chris was a great host, responding to all questions immediately. We definitely recommend this house for all future trips to Falmouth!

Great Cape Cod Getaway

We stayed here with our wedding party for our wedding weekend and it was such a great place! The house is in such a great location, just steps from the Falmouth Heights beach and a short drive into downtown, the ferry, and tons of shopping and restaurants. There are tons of bedrooms and it comfortably slept all 16 of us. The house is clean, spacious, and well maintained. There is a grill, firepit, and tons of lawn and outside furniture to really enjoy cape cod summer days and nights. My bridesmaids, the moms, and I, the bride, got ready up in the third floor master bedroom for the wedding which made for a big, bright space for photos and making our morning perfect. Be sure to note that this neighborhood has a strictly enforced 11pm quiet hours ordinance. Chris was a great host and we appreciate him allowing us to spend our wedding weekend here with all of our out-of-town friends. A great stay for a family, or large group getaway in Falmouth!

The best house we have ever rented!!!

We have rented many houses on the Cape over many years. This house was the best for many reasons. The location is 2 blocks from the public beach, there is the Shipwrecked restaurant on the corner across from the beach for food and drinks, a large open field park for kids to play baseball, basketball, frisbee, etc. we utilized all three spots during our stay. There is plenty of retail shopping within a mile of the house, including, Walmart, Shaw’s, Stop & Shop and Aldi’s, making shopping easy. Falmouth center is 1.5 miles away if you want to go out for dinner or lunch or just go shopping at small independent retailers. The house was well equipped with plenty of dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans. Unusual for a rental, there are plenty of wine and drink glasses, drink shaker, wine openers, etc. We loved that there was a second refrigerator in the back yard shed where we kept all the beer, wine and soft drinks. Also there were plenty of beach chairs, beach imbrellas, corn hole, basketballs. The “coddage” in the back was a perfect spot for our 12 and 9 yo to sleep and hang out. The house has air conditioning in every bedroom. All the bathrooms were clean and functional. The back yard has two large outdoor tables and seating for 14 people. The best part of the house was the front covered porch with plenty of seating for a large group and was where we spent day and night enjoying the weather and watching people walk by the house. The house has many televisions with cable TV.
