Villa Gabriella is a newly constructed, modern villa in a panoramic position overlooking Lake Como.

This holiday home (250 m²) sleeps 8 guests in 4 ensuite bedrooms over 2 floors:
- The first floor features an open-plan living room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the lake. A very cosy sitting area and TV, dining table and kitchen with island. Toilet. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a balcony.
- On the ground floor are three more colorfully designed bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. This level also includes a lounge area with bar and couches and TV, that opens out to the pool and patio.

Outside can take a dip into the heated swimming pool or unwind on the sun loungers while taking in the view of the lake. Light up the barbecue, dine outside, and live the Como lifestyle. If you wish to be pampered, the concierge is only a phone call away for tailored services.

The Villa Gabriella is located in a tranquil residential neighborhood of the lakeside village Sala Comacina at 750 m from the lake shore. It is one of the most sought after areas of Lake Como, and it is conveniently positioned in the heart of the lake, making it easy to visit and discover all of the beautiful sights and attractions. You’ll find many typical Italian boutiques and excellent local trattorias nearby. Hop on a ferry and explore the magical Como lake villages Bellagio, Varenna, and much much more.

RENTAL CONDITIONS - VILLA GABRIELLA:
Included:
Daily breakfast with private chef, concierge services, air conditioning, underfloor heating, ventilation system, daily cleaning service (2 hours a day), bed linen plus bathroom and pool towels (change as needed), safe, wireless internet, smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, baby bed and high chair, garden, barbecue, heated swimming pool (8 x 3m; depth 2m), parking

Extra to be paid:
- Security deposit by credit card (refundable): 4000 euro
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Arrival and departure:
Minimum stay of 4 nights in low season, 7 nights in high season.

Note:
- The swimming pool is opened seasonally and heated from May to September (max temperature 30 degrees).
- Remote concierge services by phone, from 8am until 8pm.
- Domestic animals allowed (upon prior request only).
- Parties or events allowed (upon prior request only).

Additional services:
Private chef, breakfast and other catering options, pre-stocking, extra cleaning and change of linen, personal trainer and massage, tour guide, boat rental and other extra services (upon prior request only - to book directly with the service provider).
