Quiet and rustic

Lovely finca with some real rustic features. Great for relaxing as so quiet and private. Teens were very happy with the pool table, ping pong and darts. Customer service was flawless. Not much to be honest! Maybe a proper cover for the boiler/storage room (?) you see when you come into the villa. Very untidy. Some wd40 on the bolts on the doors as they are very stiff.

Amazing Villa

We loved our stay at Chalet Con Totxa. The villa was beautiful & well equipped for our family stay, including for 2 babies. The pool was a highlight and veranda was a perfect place to eat with amazing views. We did have a few issues with hot water, however, Owl Bookings were very quickly responsive to resolve the issue. These are minor suggestions - - Blinds / window covering for the upstairs bathroom as this is viewable straight from the pool - Locks on toilets - The gas cooker was difficult to light and required quite a few attempts.

Beautiful authentic farmhouse

Beautiful spacious farmhouse with multiple family areas, furnished with an eclectic mix of decor and comfy furnishings, lovely quiet rural area, nice pool, plenty of hot water. We really enjoyed the games area upstairs and the balcony with the nice views. We would highly recommend Owl Booking who were very responsive to our queries. Be aware that there are only 2 bathrooms inside the main house. We did not find this a problem as there are an additional 2 shower rooms in the outside area (in the gym and near the pool). Note that the main electricity panel is in an outside area behind the brown curtains between the cycle room and the outside shower room. (The existing explanation only mentions the old panel in the room before the kitchen) Using the downstairs air con, even during permitted hours, can can cause the relevant circuit breaker to flip so it is important to know where to find it!

Comodidad en el medio del campo

La casa es vieja, pero en buen estado, ofrece 2 baños adentro y dos afuera, todo bien cuidado y con juegos, vajilla suficiente lugares para estar, pileta, etc . Muy comoda. Colchon de habitacion en Planta baja

Tolle Finca inmitten der Natur

Wir machten die ruhige Lage der Finca, die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer und den großen Pool. Auch die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten bieten eine große Abwechslung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen und ein paar entspannte Tage in mitten der Natur zu verbringen. Es waren nur vier Liegestühle rund um den Pool verfügbar

Aspectos positivos: Llegada, comunicación y ubicación
Aspectos negativos: Limpieza y precisión del anuncio
Wir haben das Haus aufgrund der wunderschönen Bilder der Außenanlagen mit den vielen kleinen gemütlichen Sitzecken gebucht. Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Der Außenbereich ist absolut ungepflegt und heruntergekommen. Die Sitzecken existieren gar nicht oder die Möbel sind kaputt. Stühle, Liegen und Kissen sind sehr dreckig, Sonnenschirme teilweise kaputt und der Pavillon existiert auch nicht. Wir haben dies Bemängelt- daraufhin haben wir einen Ersatzschirm bekommen (der kaputte wurde aber nicht entsorgt). Alle Möbel im Außenbereich sind sehr ungepflegt und teilweise beschädigt. Ebenso ist es im Haus (vor allem in der Küche) nicht sauber. Die Küche ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Hier macht das Kochen leider keinen Spaß. In einem Schlafzimmer sowie im außenliegenden Vorraum zum Bad gibt es kein Licht. Aus diesen Gründen können wir das eigentlich charmante Haus mit einer absolut tollen Lage und einer fantastischen Aussicht leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Es müsste dringend einiges in Ordnung gebracht werden dann ist es wirklich ein Juwel.

Tolle Finca für den Preis!

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in der Finca untergebracht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Finca ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, es gibt viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist super groß! Es gab genügend liegen die auch sehr bequem waren. Das Angebot an Unterhaltung ist absolut top! Billard, Tischtennis (es gab zwar Schläger, diese waren aber in sehr schlechtem Zustand), Dart, Tischfußball, TV, Badminton, Brettspiele, JBL Boom Box, etc. Klimaanlagen haben wir noch nicht benötigt da es nicht so heiß war aber es waren in fast jedem Raum Klimaanlagen vorhanden. Der Fahrrad Raum war für mich als Radfahrer ein Traum! 3 Montageständer, jegliches Werkzeug von Drehmomentschlüssel bis hin zu Spezialwerkzeug war vorhanden! Luftpumpe, Kettenwachs und sogar Putzutensilien standen zur Verfügung. Besser kann man das nicht machen! Es waren unglaublich viele Moskitos in der Finca, das hat uns allen sehr zu schaffen gemacht. Die Küchenausstattung war nicht optimal. Teller, Tassen, Gläser und Besteck hat immer gereicht. Schneidebretter gab es keine. Müslischüsseln waren zu wenige. Bei den Pfannen löst sich die Beschichtung. Die Pfannen und Töpfe hätten etwas größer sein können um entspannt für 8 Personen zu kochen. Das WLAN Signal war recht schwach, man hatte leider in vielen Räumen kein WLAN und auch kein Netz.
