Villa Olive with Sunset sea view villa and private pool

Villa Olive is located in Konia Panorama, Paphos. It’s just a short drive from paphos city centre., but located high on the hill where It's cooler and less humid thus benefiting from fresh air and tranquillity.

The villa is a fully detached 3 bedroom house built in a 500 sq. m. plot with a beautiful garden.

The overflow private pool at the corner of the garden, benefits from a stunning sea view from distance and the famous paphos sunset not to be missed, best with a glass of wine in hand.
It is located in a quiet Mediterranean style community with plenty of modern touches.

It consists of 2 floors with 3 bed rooms on the 1st floor. The master bedroom is with 1.6m high bed mattress while the other two beds both with 1.5 mattress, all mattress are very comfortable. The master bedroom is ensuite whereas the other two, share a separate bathroom. The master and second bedroom share a covered veranda overlooking the pool and with stunning views of the hill, the sea and the paphos sunset.

The ground floor has an open plan kitchen fully equipped, we provide a Nespresso original machine for coffee lovers. In the living room we provide a 65" Samsung TV set with movie effect speaker bar to enhance the sound effects. The relax area is connecting to the patio and swimming pool. There is also a guest toilet (without bath). The villa is comfy and cosy ideal for families, couples or just friends looking to have a lovely vacation.

We provide travel cot with clean sheets for babies and kids below 3 years old. A baby bath is also available.

Life here is easy and convenient, but I would recommend, if possible to rent your own car from the airport.

10 minutes to the Paphos city centre.
15 minutes to Paphos harbor.
10 minutes to the beach of Yeroskipou.
25 minutes to the islands famous Coral bay beach.
18 minutes to Paphos international airport.
5 minutes to Alphamega of Paphos-the country’s largest chain supermarket.
Konia is actually connected to the city of Paphos.
The village is quite modern and full of well known restaurants, all walking distance.

If you are a golf lover, you will be delighted to hear that the Villa is close to all 4 of the islands golfs courses. The Minthis, Eléa, Secret Valley and Aphrodite hills. The sun soaked country of Cyprus has an excellent reputation as a popular golf holiday destination. All these courses are just 10-20 minutes away by car.
