Con techos altos y un lanai privado, esta maravillosa unidad se encuentra en la planta superior en la codiciada Ekolu Village - a pocos pasos de todo lo que necesita. Awesome stay

My family had an amazing in stay in this condo. Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for our two week stay. It was clean, quiet, and the perfect place to relax. Communication with the owner Teri was great. My family would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place for our Maui vacation!

This place was exactly as described in the listing. We were within 10 minutes of multiple awesome beaches and activities for our trip. The neighborhood was excellent and walking distance to the shops at Wailea (including groceries). The sunsets and lanai were our favorite part of the condo, but everything was excellent and just as expected. Thank you for letting us stay!

Home base for our tropical vacation

Our 2 couples loved the condo with so many amenities. The 2 king beds were a big plus and were comfortable for all. Everything was fully functional, well kept, great location near Ulua beach and beautiful sunsets from the lanai. We made good use of the 4 beach chairs, boogie board and umbrellas. If we return to Maui, we know where to stay!

Another great stay at Ekolu

Our family had another great stay at Ekolu. We love this property, as the units are roomy, the facilities are great, and the view is unbeatable. Even better this time, we got introduced to our host, Teri. She was super helpful and amazing to deal with. Her unit was the most fully stocked one we have ever stayed in, and it's evidence that her guests feel attached to their stays and want to pay it forward to the next guests. We will be staying here again for sure.

Another Amazing Week in Paradise!

Thanks again Mike for sharing your wonderful condo with us. Sitting on your lanai and soaking up that view will never get boring. Once again there is everything that you need, plus more, to make you feel at home. From wonderful beds and linens to snorkels and beach chairs, you seem to have thought of it all. Lovely condo

Everything was nice and kitchen was fully equipped. The condo is an older one meaning the pool is older without a view, but great value for the money and we had a lovely time. View from deck was beautiful. The ones off the bedrooms were not used. One houses the AC unit.

Perfect!

What can I say? This condo was perfect--- beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked and a great location. We enjoyed the ocean view from our lanai and the 10 minute walk down the hill to the beach everyday. We enjoyed golfing , snorkeling, long walks and runs, site seeing, and - of course- the many fabulous restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again-- loved it. Thanks, Mike.

Great Condo

We had a great time on Maui and much of it was due to your wonderful place. The interior design is excellent and very comfortable for our family of four. When at the condo we spent much of our time on the lanai. Such great views. We also appreciated all the amenities including towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and the fact that the kitchen wasn't stripped of all condiments and spices. We have stayed at other condos in Wailea Ekolu, and your condo is by far the best due to its comfort and location.

Wonderful Maui Location

The view from Makena almost to Lahaina is magnificent but that's not all. All adult, quite, gentrified, well maintained, lovely setting with a super comfortable dining lanai. Quite pool 45 ft away and owner's lending library 45 ft in the opposite direction. Fully equipped doesn't begin to describe the kitchen and pantry (inventory first before you go to Safeway). We beached every morning (a wide variety of beaches) and lounged or toured in the afternoons. This end of the island is the best by far and this place is THE ONE.

Gorgeous view, nice location, and well-appointed vacation get away on Maui.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Maui and the condo was a perfect home base away from home. It was a pleasure to walk in and see the view from the main lanai - we spent the better part of our time on the lanai taking in growing light at sunrise and the beautiful sunsets at night. You have done a great job supplying all of the details and needs of guests with easy to find everything, along with additional information in a guidebook. Your suggestions for activities on your map was invaluable for planning our day excursions. We loved our family time, Wailea Ekolu, and Maui generally. Hope to return sometime soon and we would definitely be more than happy to stay in your condo again. Mahalo

Wow

My husband and I recently spent a week at Mike's lovely condo in Wailea, Maui. The views from the baloney were outstanding. We watched beautiful sunsets every evening and drank our morning coffee there. The home is fulled with lovely art pieces from his travels around the world. We had a problem with the air conditioning and Mike responded immediately (even though he was many miles away) and had the problems fixed as quickly as possible. The condo is close to restaurants, shops and the beach. We rented a car and there is ample parking right in front of the condo. All-in-all, it was a great week and we would definitely stay there again.Thank you!

Above and Beyond--Better Then Pictures Advertised

I searched and searched for the 'perfect' condo.and area, and was not dissapointed in this condo. or Wailea. Michael was easy to work with and has excellent taste. I appreciated all the fine details- top of the line bedding/towels/dishes/beach towels etc... Plenty of beach stuff to make the trips to the beach even more enjoyable. Easy (and beautiful) walking to shops and beaches. The view from the condo was spectacular!! We also appreciated all of the books/maps about Maui, and even borrowed the CD for the road to Hana. P.S. Michael--Although the lighting was low-we Loved the lighting fixtures!

Fantasic Condo in the perfect location

The condo is everything described and more. Waking up each morning and having coffee out on the Lanai that overlooks the ocean was amazing. You can easily see Whales breaching from the Lanai, especially at sunset during whale watching season. The kitchen has everything you would need, and both bedrooms have large beds with very nice linens. You can walk down to the beach in a few minutes, and there is a running/walking path that runs along the beach near the resorts and shops. There are several great restaurants within minutes of the condo (Joe's, Spago, Capishe to name a few), and a Safeway close by to pick up groceries if you want to make dinner at the condo. We used the beach chairs and towels every day. The beaches near the condo(3 of them) are very nice, and provide great snorkeling(and scuba). Staying at the condo was so much nicer and private than a resort, and if you do feel the need to check out a resort, you can walk or drive right down to one. I would recommend the condo to anyone that is going to Maui for a visit!

Heavenly!

If your reading this review you are considering renting Michael's Condo in Wailea! I can tell you, without hesitation, you will not be disappointed! My husband and I have been to Maui several times including married on Maui. This condo exceeded all previous, including wedding, vacation rentals! Michael has gone above and beyond comfort in this condo. Bed and bath linens are top quality as well as the mattresses in both bedrooms. The furnishings are not rental condo sofas and chairs but deep soft and extremely comfortable. And if your a golfer, we have never played such a beautiful course as Wailea emerald course. The condo sits on 3 different courses but the emerald course is spectacular! Pool and beaches are the best and shopping comparable to the best anywhere! I will never rent another condo again other then this one! And Michael is a gem to work with! Stop looking! You have found your condo!

Home away from home...

If you want to shake off that “travel” aura and feel like you have arrived at home then this is the place for you! First impression…this place looks exactly like the pictures (every room/minus the grill on the lanai and a few upgrades in furniture here and there)! We were anxious to see if the ocean view from the lanai was as pictured….EXACTLY as pictured and then some! We felt like we could embrace the view from the property grounds with lush greenery and beautiful flowers all the way out to the ocean…as far as our eyes could reach left and right it was truly breathtaking! The favorite spot from 6:15 a.m. (could not shake of East Coast time zone) until we left for an excursion and then like a boomerang was right back on the lanai when we returned…just in time for sun set…yum! Did you forget something? No problem…Teri has taken care of everything for you...she remembered that you preferred a comfortable bed with a lot of pillows, soft fresh towels for the bathroom...did you say you had a headache...ahh...check the medicine cabinet...umm...did you need a robe...got that too! In the kitchen...quality dishware/pots/glasses, every gadget you could possibly need...just get your food and you are set. Be nosy or at home and check your closets and draws there are surprises that you may not have thought of...like a flashlight (LOL)! Did you need a picnic bag for the beach...towels... boogie board...okay no surfboard...not missed!! Great location to walk or drive to eatery, shopping....highway to Kahului (airport) or Kaanapali (mountain/ocean scenery)...etc! This was our first “VRBO” experience and it has set the standard for future choices...not everyone’s rating will be the same because of different experiences but the reviews are consistent with our firsthand experience – great stay!! I was so impressed with Teri that I wanted to know if they had other properties on VRBO. Thanks Teri from A&C Columbus, Georgia!

Amazing Place and Top-Notch Hospitality!

Spectacular Vacation

Ideal location. Walking distance to shops and amazing restaurants. Loved being able to not be in a resort property to minimize the unnecessary cost and be able to make a few meals and drinks in a home setting. Perfect!

Wailea is truly a gem on the island of Maui. Tucked away in south Maui, past the hustle and bustle of Kihei, the serene beaches, 5-star resorts, and world famous restaurants of Wailea are a few of the reasons that I'm convinced this is the best place to be on the entire island. This unit specifically is magical for its incredible ocean views. If you're anything like me, it will be hard to leave the lanai because you'll find yourself mesmerized by the royal blue waters of the Pacific, and the enchanting sunsets off to the west.

Location, Location, Location! Being only an 8 minute walk to the Shops of Wailea, a 12 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to the Four Seasons, you can pretty much access everything you need on foot. Restaurants, beaches, shops, and so much more are right at your doorstep!
