Ubicada en Jolly Harbour en Course Way, a poca distancia de todas las instalaciones, "Villa Pasal" tiene un 'Grand Room' abierto (grandes salas de estar y comedor para hasta 8 personas) con TV de pantalla plana, DVD, reproductor de música y acceso a internet. Esto conduce directamente a la Veranda y a las espectaculares áreas de cubierta de dos niveles (con parrilla de gas / barbacoa, comedor al aire libre y tumbonas para hasta 8 personas) que se extiende sobre el agua para disfrutar del sol y las vistas de las montañas de la India. The perfect place to spend the holidays in the Caribbean!

We had a fabulous time at this Villa. Paul was incredible to deal with and was quick to help with any inquiry. The villa is in the perfect location in Jolly Harbour. It is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your time there. We will definitely recommend and return!

Great layout and size for five ladies between 18 and 73. Host was great, location slightly too far to walk in the heat to the beaches or supermarket but great if you can rent a buggy!

Perfect location and perfect weather

This Villa in Jolly Harbour was amazing with plenty of room, a great view, extremely clean and welcoming. The Jolly Harbour area provided a variety of restaurants and beaches to enjoy. All of the amenities you need are provided at the villa plus the supermarket is just down the road.

Great villa & well located

The villa is very spacious & high quality, with a huge veranda and water-side decking. The easy walk to the main restaurant area takes about 15 mins, or you can rent the owner’s golf cart. The owner sent loads of info in advance and was happy to answer additional questions to help us prepare for the trip.

Great spot

Great location and space. Found it a little warm in the villa, but a fantastic back patio to relax on and keep cool. A few problems that most were fixed by the property manager within a short amount of time.

Holiday of a Lifetime

We are a large family who’ve enjoyed the best Christmas ever at Villa Pasal. Such a magnificent property with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Spacious and airy, the Villa was ideal for us all and everyone loved it! We loved the decks and the cool tub, such a relief from the glorious Caribbean sunshine and perfect for a cooling dip or a sunset jacuzzi ☀️ The property is so well stocked with everything you could possibly want for a beach life holiday but also so well furnished and really comfortable to relax in and enjoy as a home from home at the same time. Paul was the most amazing host and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough for a magical family holiday in Antigua ☀️

Amazing villa in paradise!

What a beautiful villa. It's large, well stocked and has everything you need, the bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The dishwasher and ice maker was an added bonus! So was the hot tub. Excellent location to restaurants and bars. Paul is such a pleasure to work with. He responds quickly to booking and any questions or issues you may have. This villa is stunning and superb value

All in our group wanted me to highlight that the pictures do not do this villa justice. It is fabulous. More than you could need. It is superb value and the host is great. We intend to go back at least once next year and we are already missing watching the sun go down while sitting on the deck. If you can only ever have one more holiday in life, ring Paul and book this villa , you will not be disappointed.

Perfect get-a-away, Perfect hosts

Perfect all around. Paul was the best host ever. He is responsive and made sure everything was well set up for our stay. His information packet was so thorough and answered every question we might have had. And the Villa is marvelous - spacious, comfortable, clean. Jolly Harbor is also an ideal spot to stay, with all the amenities we could ever want in close distance (walkable). Can't say enough about this place. We've stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years and this was honestly the best experience we've ever had. Thank you Paul! We'd definitely stay again!

Our third stay in this wonderful villa

This is the third time we have stayed in this beautiful villa. Paul is an excellent host, very responsive and keen to answer questions and provide as much info as possible. On this occasion we were in Antigua to get married and wanted a large villa for ourselves and my in laws. It was the perfect space to host dinner for extended family also staying in Jolly Harbour, as there are two dining areas inside and on the deck outside. I can’t recommend the villa enough. We had a few issues with a leaky tap and water issues in the Jolly Harbour area (the latter was a Jolly Harbour wide issue, not specific to the villa) and Roxann at HBK, who manages the villa, was quick to send someone round to sort out the problem. Once again, a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Beautiful villa

The villa is very beautiful and spacious. The deck and view is perfect to wake up to. The villa is very well equipped and you feel right at home. We had a lovely welcome gift and really appreciate all the wonderful communication with the owner. We loved the villa. The only downside for us was the fact that only the bedrooms had AC. We live in Florida and are used to 12 month AC in all the rooms. It was very hard for us not to have AC in the main house.

A wonderful home in paradise

My family and I stayed for 3 weeks and we absolutely loved the size of the common living areas and bedrooms. Some things I didn't realize before arriving is that the A/c is only available in the bedrooms. We didn't mind that it would get warm in the main living area in the afternoon and evening but others might.The TV is quite old and only connects to Netflix, screen mirroring doesn't work on the TV and there are no apps on it. I would suggest bringing an HDMI cord if you want to use your devices with the TV.There is no clothes line but there is a portable contraption thay you can use to dry your clothes and towels not bed sheets. There is a golf cart on site which you can request to use. If you aren't driving then it's at 18min walk to epicurean and 25 min walk to Jolly Beach. Overall it's a wonderful home with picturesque views. clothes portablecollapclsheets.

Memories to last a lifetime

We had an amazing time here for our family holiday made up of 2 adults and 4 teenages. The layout of the house suited us perfectly and had everything and more provided. The welcome hamper was also a lovely surprise and much enjoyed. The location in jolly harbour is superb easy enough for a nice stroll into the commerical centre or havjng the use of the golf buggys with shopping or beach much appreciated. Its really a 5star property and there is not one negative thjng i could mention. Paul is an excellent host who communicated brilliantly and made sure we had all the information we needed prior to checkin to make it as smooth as possible. We all cqnt wait to return to Jolly and we would certainly rent this property again 😀

Great Villa and Great Comms from owner

The Villa is exactly as described. It's spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your time in it. It is very well kitted out and the cool tub is a must around 4pm. We found Paul to be engaging and knowledgeable, he really is the best owner we have dealt with from Vrbo. He couldn't do enough for us before the trip, answering our plethora of questions about the location and answering our subsequent questions while we were there. Thank you Paul for being so patient with us and always being on hand to help us out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the villa and Paul to anyone thinking about using their villa. Thanks Justin and family

Paradise at Jolly Harbour

We recently spent 11 days at Villa Pasal and it was absolutely delightful! Prior to our stay, Paul was a great resource of information and promptly answered all of our questions. Once we arrived, Roxann and the team at HBK Management made sure we had everything we needed (we even rented our golf cart through them). The villa is lovely, clean and spacious with all of the amenities you'd need or want. The common area living room/kitchen is the perfect place to gather if you aren't spending all of your time on the deck, which has plenty of space for being in the sun or lounging in the shade. The bedrooms were very comfortable - the mattress in the master is one of the best mattresses we've had in a vacation home. The layout of the home provides perfect spots to come together as a group while also providing plenty of space for alone time. The location is a short golf cart ride to either North or South Beach and to all of the Jolly Harbour shops and restaurants. I'd highly recommend a stay at Villa Pasal for your next trip to Antigua!

Spacious villa in Jolly Harbour, North Fingers

We stayed in Paul's lovely villa for 2 weeks starting April 21, 2018. The villa was large and spacious, and the the deck was equally large with a hot tub. In this Jolly Beach location there are few villas that have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were 3 couples so each couple having their own bathroom was just ideal. Paul was extremely easy to deal with and provided a mass of useful information regarding activities, restaurants. etc. The location was perfect, especially for access to the numerous good quality restaurants. We rented a golf cart from Paul and another locally, as these were essential for getting to and from the beach and supermarket. We would spend mornings on Jolly Beach, come back to the villa for lunch, then head to North Beach for the afternoon. The villa was clean, very comfortable, and provided everything we needed for our two- week stay. We were very happy here and happy to recommend it to others.

Absolutely Awesome Spacious Villa

The Villa is perfectly located in Jolly Harbour. It's like a private mini village with large supermarkets, ATM and a number of other shops & restaurants. Entering the villa was breath taking with large opened kitchen, dining & lounge which looks out onto the lagoon with no obstructed views. The kitchen is well equipped. There is an outside barbecue grill and dining table. Their are 2 bedrooms on either side of the open plan family area. The master bedroom with ensuite & a large double bedroom with ensuite on one side. On the other side have 2 large bedrooms that shares a family bathroom. There are beach chairs & inflatables for the beach. It was easy to get in touch with the Agents when required. Securities & other residents are polite & helpful. We rented a car for offsite journeys but used the golf carts for Jolly Harbour which was totally fun. There are so much more lovely things I can say but it would be way too long. We really loved it & didn't want to leave.

Family Retreat

We booked via Vrbo and was able to communicate with Paul the owner from pre booking until the end of our holiday. We found him very responsive and gave useful tips to our many questions. Providing us with a really informative pack which we did refer to from time to time. We had a lovely stay over a 3 week period. A family of 7 from 1yrs to 87yrs old. The villa is as per the advert with all the property attributes needed to have a stress free holiday. Being spacious inside and out. The kids loved the space especially the baby. All the crockery and kitchen equipment your ever need. It felt safe and secure at all times. Unlimited internet and netflix were handy for those lazy days indoors. It was nice and very peaceful to sit out on the veranda having my morning coffee, occasionally watching the boats as they sailed by. The location was really convenient and Jolly Harbour has one of the best beaches we visited. A really decent supermarket and good restaurants. There were times we had to contact the property management for a couple of things but they were easy to contact by phone or by popping into their office where the team were helpful and able to resolve our request. We would recommend a stay at this villa.Thank you Paul for letting us stay in your home and keeping us comfortable and cool.

Jolly Harbour is our second home! We fly out as often as possible to enjoy the fantastic Antigua climate. The Villa was designed and built to our specification some 10 or so years ago to enjoy with family and friends but we are delighted to share it with guests.
