Diez minutos de la playa, a pie de restaurantes y supermercados. Sala de estar con techo abovedado con 65 en TV de pantalla plana y chimenea de leña, triple deslizador a gran Lanai con muebles y 50 en TV de pantalla plana y piscina climatizada. 3 baños completos con duchas de gran tamaño y uno con bañera de hidromasaje. Master tiene una sala de estar con 50 en la televisión y 2 vestidores y un control deslizante doble para el Lanai. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama, área de comedor con control deslizante doble para la piscina y una mesa de billar en la sala de juegos. Nueva lavadora y secadora y parrilla de gas y ahumador ubicado justo fuera del área de la piscina.
La casa está completamente amueblada $ 4600 / mes incluye todos los servicios públicos de cable e internet. Wonderful place for relaxing vacation

We love this beautiful home- so relaxing in a town with lots to do. Close to shopping, groceries, beaches, beautiful parks... The home is the best- spacious, clean, everything we need for meals. The pool and lanai are so enjoyable- we watch tv outdoors in the evenings. Melinda is very helpful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful home in a great location

Our family had the perfect week here. Being able to wake up and enjoy the Florida warmth on the back patio every day made our hearts and minds happy. The home is stocked with everything we could have wanted for our stay. Melinda was a gracious host and made the experience to rent, stay, and depart easy. Beautiful Home Close to Beach

I had a wonderful time at your property it was so clean and had everything I needed and more! The landscaping was amazing I felt like I was on a tropical beach. It was so close to the beach I went every day to watch the sunset. I will be staying with you again in the future. Thank you so much for sharing your home I had a very relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Melinda was so easy to work with and answered questions quickly. The house is very clean with an abundance of kitchen supplies and towels. We arrived to a clean and orderly house. The house was well furnished and had all the amenities to enjoy our trip. The location of the house was also convenient as it was close by the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. The owner was communicative as well which we greatly appreciated. I know the pictures are beautiful...but this home is everything you could imagine and then some. Everything you could want and then some. This is the place to stay if you are wanting close to everything. The pool is fabulous!!! Thank you for sharing your home with our family....the only downside...you don't want to leave 😀

Lovely home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was clean and the layout was perfect for us and our three teens. All the bedrooms are spacious and decorated nicely. The pool was clean and refreshing. The neighborhood is very quiet. Close to shopping and the beaches. Melinda is very quick to respond if you have any questions. The house literally had everything you could possibly need on vacation. It was so nice to have beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc available for use. We would love to rent again next year!!

Tucked away in a quiet lovely street with all the amenities of home with a lovely lanai and pool on beautiful well kept grounds is a little of Englewood paradise! Stepping out to explore is truly minutes away from beautiful beaches, fun restaurants with great food, fun downtown with a playhouse & boutiques, close to lovely surrounding areas as Venice & fun Sharky’s on the Pier and a well stocked Publix groceries only 3 min. drive makes Melinda’s home a PERFECT location! Thank-you Melinda for your virtual warm hospitality and top customer service! We only hope our paths will cross again!!

Relaxing stay in beautiful home and area

If we could give this home a 10 we would. The home was immaculate, spacious and so quiet at the end of the cul-de-sac. We spent most of our time on the lanai and enjoyed the solar heated pool so much. The area has lots to do - we went to festivals, a play, art show - and delicious food. It was convenient to be able to walk to the grocery and restaurants. Lots of easy access to beaches and even though our dog was not allowed, there are many beautiful parks that we went to for walks. The backyard is huge so she had plenty of space to explore. The owners were easy to contact and answered any questions we had right away. We highly recommend this home and area.

5+ Stars home in quiet neighborhood

This home is even better than the pictures. We rented it for the month of January. It is the most well stocked home we have ever rented and we have rented quite a few. Lots of space, large bedrooms, an amazing pool and lanai area with a fenced in backyard. About 4 miles to Englewood Beach and around 15-20 to Venice. Publix grocery store was 0.4 miles away. Home was at the end of a cul de sac so very quiet. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Thank you Melinda for an amazing experience and sharing your home with us!

Wonderful February in Englewood

My husband, myself, and best friend spent the month of February in this immaculate home. We have rented homes through Vrbo for the last 6 years, and nothing can compare to this one. The home had everything you could ever need from a well equipped kitchen to lots of cleaning supplies. The furnishings were beautiful and tasteful, even the outside pool and lanai area were lovely. We had never before rented a home with such gorgeous grounds. The owner has paid so much attention to detail inside and out. The home is in a very private area, which was great. Melinda was wonderful. Any question or concern was immediately addressed. She was the kindest, most responsive owner we ever experienced through Vrbo. Thanks again Melinda for a wonderful stay!

A lovely home

We reside in Englewood but gave our house to our daughter's family and rented this one for us and our other children. There were 4 adults and 1 child and we had tons of space. The TV in the living room has to be the biggest I have ever seen! Master bedroom is truly a suite and the other bedrooms are very good-sized. Three bathrooms makes this a luxury place to stay. The pool area was so relaxing with pool toys to use for our granddaughter. The house is just a few blocks north of Dearborn, Englewood's main drag, so very convenient. And there is a Publix grocery store close by to pick up things you might need. The beach is probably 15 minutes or so away. Sadly, there was red tide while we were at the house so we didn't go. We had a mishap with our dog and Melinda was quite understanding. She is easy to contact by text and responds very quickly. This is a wonderful vacation home to rent--we highly recommend it!

Loved staying in this beautiful and comfortable home that has everything you need! The lanai and pool are great. Lots of sweet birdsong in the mornings. Great communication with Melinda, the owner. Fabulous Home

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful house. All you need to pack are your clothes!! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The beds are super comfortable with very nice linens. The bathrooms were roomy and modern. The great room was very nice and spacious. Melinda was super accommodating and helpful. We had a problem with the garage door opener and it was resolved within a couple hours. The pool was nice and warm surrounded by very comfortable furniture. The fenced in yard was huge and very nice for our dog. The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a Publix grocery store. We highly recommend renting this “palace” and hope to do so again in the future

Wonderful house

We stayed for two weeks at this house and everyone loved it. It was very clean, nicely furnished, roomy and comfortable. All essentials were provided. We spent some time in the heated pool every day. Publix and Dearborn Street were close and Englewood Beach was a short drive. We hope to stay here again.
