I will start with the very few cons: The condo was clean, however, our shower curtain was molded and mildewed when we arrived after hours, but once I spoke with the front office about it the morning after, someone walked up with us to exchange it right away. Upstairs neighbors can sometimes be very noisy after hours, but that is not something that can be easily controlled nowadays.The many pros: we LOVE Coral Reef and its location in Destin. Waking up in the morning and seeing that beautiful view right out your balcony is wonderful. I love the fact the units have a washer and dryer - something that is a deal breaker for me when I stay on the beach. Coral Reef is perfectly and uniquely situated so that you feel a bit isolated from the rest of the crowded beaches on old highway 98. It feels like your own private beach! It is also perfectly located in town so you are close to all things important (shopping, groceries, activities, etc.) We loved our stay and are already planning our next trip!
