Bienvenido a este hermoso edificio de tres pisos ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México. Paso derecho a su puerta y caminar a la hermosa playa. Usted tendrá su propia playa privada que nunca está lleno como el otro condominio de alto aumento en la zona. Y usted tendrá dos sillas de playa y un paraguas esperando su uso personal cada mañana durante los meses de verano. Tome el ascensor a esta espaciosa unidad de segundo piso con suelo de baldosas y alfombras, 1 dormitorio con cama king size y 1 baño. Tienes tu propia lavadora y secadora en el condominio, WIFI gratuito y una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito. La sala de estar / comedor ofrece un bonito bar. Usted puede salir a su balcón privado con vistas al brillante Golfo de México! Juegue en la piscina climatizada frente al mar y en el hidromasaje o salga a una de las playas más hermosas del mundo.


Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

Vacation 2025

Truly enjoyed us day at the Destin properties in Destin, Florida very clean and very pull out. All employees beaches was very clean pools and pool side was also very clean. Truly enjoyed our stay restful nights in the comfortable beds, catching very accommodating for all our meals being the cook, myself found everything I needed to prepare our meals each day
Breakfast from the balcony cooked from our very own kitchen!
Time to go home sad to leave , but very rested from the comfortable bed in our condo! Ended up being a 10 hour drive home so glad I was rested!

Great location

This condo complex being small helped so much with keeping the beach less crowed which was perfect for a busy week never felt like I had to rush to get a spot, over great little place to get away in a great location for food.

We wanted a quiet little getaway and this was the perfect spot. The beach was not crowded which made it a relaxing spot to watch the waves roll in.

Loved gulf views. Place was comfortable but needs some updating on furniture (lamps, couch, dirty rug faded in living room). It needs some TLC. Nice pool and hot tub!

They were extremely loud; they were continuously stomping, running something on the floor, or yelling at their children. What was meant for a week of healing for me and my husband after the loss of my mother became more of an aggravation. Suggestion to those who are on the 2nd floor to be mindful of those who are below them.

Needs a few things updated but all in all it was good enough for us. We always enjoy our stay at the Seafarer. Nothing fancy but it suits us. Love that it’s a smaller condo unit, not a fan of high-rise places. It’s within walking distance to The Back Porch Seafood Restaurant and in close proximity to The Track, The Big Kahuna, souvenir shops, and lots of grocery stores for supplies.

Bathtub very slippery, no "grippers" to help with footing. TV's in both bedroom and LR were difficult to figure out the multiple remotes. The room was OK; the first time staying last year our room was much better by comparison.

Love everything about it, but noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the unit compared to last year, even though the Covid cleaning handout was still included in the welcome pack. Floors, carpets, light switches and doors were dirty and black mold rinsed out from the shower door track while in use. These are easy management fixes. Hope it’s resolved next time we’re there.

Great Vacation for our Family!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Destin Seafarer! The condo was cozy and acommodated us well. The private beach was a perk - when security could keep spring breakers off of it. Each morning we watched dolphins from the balcony before heading to the beach. The pool was great as well, we used it in the afternoons to avoid the college kiddos waking up and heading to the water. The only negative was the lack of bunk-beds. The description said they were included in the hallway. Our 5 year old had been looking forward to them for months. He slept well on the hideaway bed, but asked about them every day. There was also a keyed entry onto the beach, with a buzzer to come back in. We felt that system should be flipped to assist with security. That being said, we felt safe our entire stay and never had any issues. We loved our stay at the Seafarer and plan to return again next year! The Joyce's
