Bienvenido a este hermoso edificio de tres pisos ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México. Paso derecho a su puerta y caminar a la hermosa playa. Usted tendrá su propia playa privada que nunca está lleno como el otro condominio de alto aumento en la zona. Y usted tendrá dos sillas de playa y un paraguas esperando su uso personal cada mañana durante los meses de verano. Tome el ascensor a este condominio de dos pisos loft con suelo de baldosas y alfombras. Este espacioso apartamento tiene 2 dormitorios con camas king size y 2 baños. Desde el salón / comedor, tiene una vista panorámica de las playas desde su balcón privado con vista al brillante Golfo de México. También tiene un bar muy agradable y un sofá cama. Arriba, el dormitorio principal se abre a un segundo balcón. El baño principal también se abre a un balcón privado con vistas a la ciudad. Usted tiene su propia lavadora y secadora en el condominio, WIFI gratuito, y una cocina totalmente equipada actualizada. Venga a jugar en la piscina climatizada frente a la playa y en el hidromasaje o salga a una de las playas más hermosas del mundo.

Best spot in Destin

We had a great time and loved our location. It was so easy to walk to the beach and it was close to food. Having beach chairs ready for us every morning was awesome. The pool and hot tub were great too. Everyone was friendly and it felt safe. I would definitely stay there again!

The access to the beach is quick and easy and while the neighbors were crowded, this property was not so we had a nicer beach experience. The chairs and umbrella were out every morning and overall it was a great experience.There’s a great restaurant called the Back Porch about 100 yards away which was convenient. Great food great service there. I recommend renting a car though because the rest of the restaurants need to be driven to or Uber’d.

Great Place

The rooms were very spacious and beautiful and the master bath was great but bad water pressure. The bathroom downstairs had great pressure but the toilet was waaay too close to the vanity. All in all a great place to stay right on the beach! Thanks for the great vacation!

The condo was beautiful, clean, cozy, and perfect for us (we were on a kid free vacation for the first time in 7 years). With a perfect view of the beach/shoreline, quick and easy checkin/out, and food options in walking distance (The Back Porch is amazing!), we would happily re-book at this location.

Perfect location

The condo was amazing. Since this is a smaller condo complex the beach is not crowed with people like all the other high rises. Only about 20 sets of chairs and umbrellas compared to the others which are jam packed with people. Condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked but don’t forget your salt,pepper, oils, cooking spray. Things like that. We will definitely book this in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Overall the place is fantastic as far as being right on the ocean. The condo could have been a bit cleaner as it looks like they just spot clean after each guest. Under the beds, in the cupboards and in all the corners is very dirty. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes as soon as we opened it. There is a lamp held together with tape. The carpet going upstairs has stains all over that have never been taken care of. The beds are extremely comfortable. The shower in the master bath is really nice. The staff at the front desk are amazing. We did have an amazing week. Couple rainy days. We even used the grills and had amazing pork chops and steak!

Family Vacation Spot for 15 years and Counting

We have a great time and the accomodations are great. Beach is private, Beach set up everyday is wonderful and Beach boy Nate does a great job. He is very accomodating. THe kids love the pool. we love the BBQ grills. Just a fun place in the middle of everything. We always rent unit 210. Very nice and cool. Bed comfortable and room dark. Also has 2 high chairs on balcony that's great. We will be back.

The room was really dusty, ceiling fans, vents. There was a broken lamp in the living room that was taped at the lightbulb, a lamp shade in the master bedroom had stain all over it. Things seemed to only be surfaced clean. We could not find any extra blankets.

We had a flight delay which put us checking in after 5pm and a simple email solved issue and keys were in a lock box for us. Staff super kind and accommodating. Wife wanted professional photo shoot on the beach, no problem and no charge for parking pass for photographer. View was incredible and right on the ocean. Very clean and plenty of room for family of 7. Easy parking if you rent a car. Beaches well kept. Backporch Seafood and Oyster Bar right next door. Great experience and would stay again no question! Highly recommend specially for large family.

We’ve stayed in a lot of beach resorts. This was by far the best experience we’ve had. Great location. The private beach for the condo is amazing. Anything you need is a few minutes away. Room was awesome. If you’re thinking about staying here just book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent location without the crowds

This is an older building but it has been well maintained, was clean, wonderful location in central Destin, and being only three stories tall meant the beach in front was relatively uncrowded, especially compared to the nearby high-rise condos. Covered parking with traffic light access to hwy 98 was terrific. Bonus is that it's just a 100 yard walk down the beach to Destin's best lunch spot, The Back Porch. We will stay here again.

We had wonderful and prompt communication about some details prior to our arrival. JEN at the property office was so accommodating and welcoming. The view of the gulf right on the beach was the best. Worth our drive from Wisconsin. We will try to be back next year...same place. Double balconies were a huge plus.

Beautiful place, beautiful beach! Good location.

My husband and I were very impressed this condo. Furnishings were great from the patio furniture to the very comfortable four poster, king size beds. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a dream meal. Did a lot of that as there were 3 fresh fish/seafood markets within a mile or two. Also there were several good restaurants nearby. Every morning you would see your beach chairs and umbrella being set up on the beautiful white sand directly in front of your condo. The beach was not crowded like some of the beaches in front of high rise condos. Both patios offered great views of the ocean. The management was great to work with. Extremely satisfied with everything. My only suggestions would be to offer more light in bedroom to enable one to read in bed and replace the hair dryer in the master bath. Was told by the management that the carpet and living room furniture would be replaced after our departure. Would definitely stay here again!
