Decorado en un esquema de colores vibrantes y alegres, este espacioso condominio frente al mar de dos dormitorios y dos baños ofrece hermosas vistas del Golfo de México desde el dormitorio principal, la sala de estar y el amplio balcón. La cocina totalmente equipada incluye área de desayuno, máquina de hielo, microondas, lavaplatos y área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora grandes.

Esta unidad del piso superior se ve reforzada por techos de diez pies, junto con un generoso techo abovedado de 15 pies en la sala y el comedor. Otras características incluyen ventiladores de techo, calefacción central y aire acondicionado, y un baño principal grande con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha con mampara de vidrio separada, tocador doble y mucho espacio de guardarropas.

Relaxing Family Trip

We had a wonderful relaxing family trip. The check-in process was seamless, and the unit had everything we needed. We have stayed at the Martinique several times and it was beautiful and peaceful as always. Loved and miss our long secluded walks on the beach!

We added a fishing charter & had plenty of fresh red snapper! I’m 72 & my only disappointment was carrying beach chairs & umbrellas down to the beach because the rental cost is outrageous

Great Location, Good Service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place, updated, airy and bright with a great view of the beach and sunsets. No noise from above (top floor) and the decor is good for a beach location. Got bumped out of our original 202E due to the owners arriving unannounced after 3 nights, but this is definitely a better unit, only reason to downgrade, but the staff did a great job refunding our whole 5 night stay and gave us this unit for the last 2 nights.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, terrific to be back in this unit. The kitchen is better equipped than many others that we've experienced, and the property has been very well maintained. Changes to the cable service resulted in some confusion with using media products, and there were some dysfunctional remotes. But the real prize in being there is the easy access to the beautiful Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge and Gulf front beaches. Would easily recommend this property to others.

Better Than Chocolate!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is a mind and body shift that occurs on arriving at Martinique. As soon as the bags and cooler are unloaded and we catch our first glimpse of the Gulf and inhale the salt air, our pulse is set to the rhythm of the surf. We suspend time and exhale. We are at the beach! Martinique is an uncrowded, peaceful paradise on the edge of the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge so our long walks were accompanied by beautiful great blue herons, brown pelicans and gorgeous and ever changing views of the sea, sky and dunes. Our unit, 302 West, was comfortable, bright, carefully cleaned, and cheerful. It was the perfect place to relax and be in the moment . And yes, we ate our chocolate too!

Good timing, great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came in on the tail end of Laura before Labor Day. Checking in was nice and they were ready early. The A/C needed a maintenance call and they got it all squared away within a few hours while we explored the pool. This is a wonderful unit. Five stars for everything but the place could use a few updates. Mainly bathrooms, countertops and fixtures. Still very clean and comfortable. We recommend the state park in town for awesome biking trails. This complex is quiet and private. Sitting next to the Bon Secour Preserve there were extraordinary birds within short view. Looking forward to next time. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful Quiet Martinique !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Martinique numerous times for many years prior to 3 years ago due to buying a condo at the Beach Club. We sold it last year so naturally we would go back to the Martinique. We were always impressed at the high standards of the property and every unit we have stayed in. However, this particular unit did not seem to meet those past standards. Just seems to be in need of repair and renovation. For example: cracked tiles, soiled carpet, appliances, closets unkept. Bedding/pillows poor in quality. I would rate the furnishings as very nice.

Quick Fall Break Trip- Disappointing Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A return trip to a hidden jewel on the coast. The room was as pictured, but could certainly use a refresh as it was dated. Upon arrival there was a large cockroach in the bathroom that scared my daughter. After lots of screaming I was able to take care of the cockroach. Disappointed that when I called the rental office they were more concerned with the booking rate than sending a exterminator or making the situation correct. I get these things can happen but the customer service that was received was poor and lacked any reflection on how this impacted the start to a vacation. In the future owning the issue, being a true professional, and some courtesy from the management team could have made a huge difference.

302 West Martinique

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wife and I stayed at 302 W in Martinique condos on the beach. First time at Martinique for us. Have spent 30 years staying at Orange Beach. Loved the beach view and quick access to it (as well as pool). BonSecor refuge makes Martinique a beautiful and quiet location. 302W is a two bedroom. Unit was nice, not over the top. Carpets, appliances, some furniture could use some upgrades but everything was functional. Porch furniture was ok, No lounge chairs. Would highly recommend the 3 bedroom corner units with much larger porches. Tara was very helpful at checkin and actually let us know via text that we could come a little earlier than the 5pm check in. We hit the beach at Martinique as well as Fort Morgan on our sunny days. Beach was awesome. Also did the pine beach trail (10 mins away) which was a beautiful hike. Work out room was good and equipment worked well. Hot tub was also great. Didn’t use the pool on account of the chilly temps but both pools looked very nice. Unit also had some nice portable beach chairs we took down to the beach. Bring extra TP and paper towel as only starter rolls are provided. You are also responsible for taking garbage out to dumpsters, ie no garbage shoots. Did daily walks out to 180 and checked out the rest of the Martinique community. A very beautiful gated community. One tennis court that includes pickle ball lines. First come, first serve playing. Gulf shores only 15 minutes away but Tacky Jacks and Sassy Bass were really good local options. Had a great time. Weather cooperated most of the time. If you are looking for a more quiet, back to nature place, this is it!

The location is good, away from traffic and just a little distance from the grocery store, close to restaurants, attractions. The grounds are very pretty. The carpets need cleaning, dining room chair very wobbly, broken chair on deck, needs touch up painting on walls. High fee to gather in clubhouse, additional fees for parking, damage waiver fee in addition to security deposit, high cleaning fee etc seem excessive.
