Con aproximadamente 1,450 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, este cómodo condominio en el tercer piso de dos habitaciones y dos baños ofrece hermosas vistas del Golfo desde la habitación principal, la sala de estar y el amplio balcón. La cocina completamente equipada incluye área de desayuno, microondas, enfriador de vino, lavaplatos y área de lavado con lavadora y secadora.

This condo is in need of updating especially the bathrooms. It has the bare minimum for the kitchen and absolutely no extras. This was fine for what we needed but if we were traveling with kids I'm not sure there is enough. I did try several times to contact for more information on what was provided and never received a call or email back. I would have packed differently if I had. Also the cleaning of the bathroom was severely lacking both tubs we dirty.The view was absolutely beautiful and so were the grounds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a frequent visitor at Martinque. This time we stayed in a condo overlooking the beach which was perfect. The beach and condo was very clean and the condo was in a great location to walk to the pool or beach. Not happy with the fees we are charged for parking cars. $55 Plus tax for each car is ridiculous. They should include that fee in the cost of the unit rather than charge for parking. It just doesn’t sit right we me and my guest.

Another great Martinique stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This has been the 4th time we have stayed at the resort and enjoyed the condo very much. The condo was in great shape and was stocked well for a two bedroom. The weather was perfect but the ocean had a little too much unwanted wildlife to enjoy in terms of jellyfish and shark sightings. We really enjoy how you can stay here at anytime of the year and feel like you have a nice beach all to yourself (especially when you set up on the wildlife preserve part) and have some nice amenities such as two awesome pools and a decent enough gym.

There was a water problem in the master bath (noticed in the second floor unit immediately below), however maintenance staff responded promptly and professionally. The pool area was so tropical and the walk down to the beach was lengthy but lovely. My overall impression was great. You do need to be able to walk a distance to get back and forth. Another critique would be to provide a basic tension rode and a few sheets to hang up between the sink/ closet area and the shower/toilet area. As a family if someone was using the bathroom or showering , you didn’t have access to the sink or closet. A close family with young’s children would be fine but we had extended family and older teens. It would be an option to have just kept in the closet for folks to use if they wanted. I also feel that we as the customer should have only been expected to place our trash in bags outside the room door on departure not take them all the way down to the dumpsters. Just an opinion there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fairly good. I’ve been going here for several years now, nothing much has changed. More rules, more money, no upgrades to the property. I do like the more laid back atmosphere and location. My biggest complaint would be for the amount paid to stay here, the owners/management should ensure there is suitable kitchen supplies and somewhat organized. No one wants to use rusty knives or pans with all the Teflon scratched off. Naturally I’m not going to travel 100”s of miles or fly with kitchen pots and pans, or buy them when I arrive.

The good life

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have come for 2 months for several years, but this is the first time we have stayed in 305 West. We found this unit to be among the best although we have loved all of them. Good views, great convenience and very freshly painted. We only had one complaint, which was the drapes in the guest bedroom. They were very thin sheers and did little to block out light from the lights from the outside walk and made it almost impossible for our guests to sleep. We hope those will be replaced before next year as we have booked this unit for next year.

Clean, great time, but NOT as pictured

Reviewer Comments: We might book 305W again, but first we’d ask if the website photos are accurate!When we arrived at 305W the last week in September, we thought we were in the wrong condo. Much of the furniture was different from what was pictured on the website. Later management told us that the owners were in the middle of re-doing the condo’s interior. No one told us this before we arrived, not even when I called to see if we could arrive a day early and management had to check with the owners first. While we love the direction the new style is going, we would not have booked 305W if we’d known they were in the middle of changing things. The mix of decorating styles did not create the relaxing ambience we have come to expect at Martinique. The master closet had two headboards and a large picture taking up a good bit of space. The nice TV cabinet in the living room was replaced by a simple table and looked unkempt. No table in the laundry room. Rockers on the balcony, which were weren’t crazy about. As of today, November 14, the pictures still are not accurate.We are regulars and were surprised by this lack of transparency and communication from the property management. Hopefully that was an oversight and not a trend. Still we are disappointed that management did not respond to our request for a discount since the website wasn’t accurate. Otherwise, the condo was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beach was beautiful. We had a wonderful time and created many precious memories.

Gone was the plush surroundings we had previously enjoyed. Floors were dirty; mold in master shower; closet door off hinges in smaller bedroom; slats missing from beds making them sag; large pictures stored in smaller bedroom against wall with what looked like a bed headboard;;trash compactor broken; cheap vcr player did not work; everything painted white no color (felt like I was in a hospital insteadof a luxury vaca rental); ants on balcony. We have stayed in 305W before and it was nothing like it was!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year to stay at Martinique and we love the area. 305W is a great unit with beautiful views of the beach and gulf. Our only complaint was the mosquitos. They were all in our unit upon arrival. It was so bad by the second night that we actually sprayed bug spray on us before going to bed. My 7 year old was bitten 25 times the first night. We had never seen anything like it.
