Las vistas al golfo desde el dormitorio principal, la sala de estar y el gran balcón, así como la decoración de estilo caribeño con maderas duras oscuras, hacen de este condominio en el tercer piso de 1,450 pies cuadrados, dos dormitorios y dos baños el favorito de los inquilinos. La cocina completamente equipada incluye microondas, lavaplatos y área de lavado con lavadora y secadora. Otras características incluyen techos de 10 pies con un generoso techo abovedado en la sala y el comedor, ventiladores de techo, calefacción central y aire acondicionado, y un gran baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha con paredes de vidrio separadas, tocador doble y mucho espacio de guardarropas.

Muchos toques personales hacen que esta unidad se sienta como en casa. Extras para uso de los huéspedes incluyen toallas de playa, sillas y juguetes, así como películas y CDs. July 4th Holiday stay at E305 condos

We enjoyed the stay very much. Everything was clean and comfort. The beach and pool was great, the kids love it. The only complains was that they did not give us enough cleaning supplies for family of 5 with 3 night stay (Toilet paper, bath soap, dish cleaning solution, washer liquid). Good thing we brought some of our own. The other thing was beach chair rental. It would be nice if you can make the beach chair part of the rental option. We did not know until we got down to the beach that they were all taken by somebody who came few days before us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd time staying in 305E, our 5th time total at the Martinique. Our first stay at 305E was great, cleanliness was great. This time we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. It's pet free, but there was cat hair all over the furniture and I am allergic to cats. We also found numerous small broken plastic pieces in the living room and dining room, and we have 3 small children. I would also recommend upgrading the toilets to be larger. Overall we love the Martinique and intend to come back next year but try a house instead.

Thanksgiving at the beach!

Beautiful and well equipped condo, photos don’t do it justice. If you tire of walking on the beach, manicured grounds and sidewalks make walking the neighborhood is easy, safe, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

There's no other place we're familiar with that offers such a quiet getaway at the Gulf Coast, and the proximity to the national wildlife refuge (Bon Secour) is a fantastic bonus. As long-time customers, we'd love to see Aronov offer a "frequent-visitors club" to include discounts, especially off-season.

Location and ocean views are great and beach is beautiful and private. Both bathrooms have been remodeled recently and are very nice. The layout is perfect for having guests, with a large dining table. The property is close to several good restaurants and Gulf Shores/Orange Beach are close by with numerous restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property! Our only criticism is the bed in the master bedroom which needs a new mattress. Otherwise, we rate this property a 5 out of 5.

The media center’s sound bar seems a bit inadequate for the Smart TV, however using this is not a priority for us at the beach! One can’t go wrong with 305E at Martinique. One other suggestion - instructions for switching thermostat from cooling to heating would be helpful.

The living room TV quit working on day #2 and the maintenance and management replaced as soon as possible. We appreciated the quick response and had no hassles in getting that issue addressed. The grounds as always were well maintained. I would recommend a door stop be installed at the front entrance to condominiums as moving vacation gear is difficult to wrangle through the door on carts. We will see all next year.

Spring Visit to 305 East

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Martinique's 305 East is a lovely unit, and is our top choice there among many other fine condo units. Recent interior changes have further enhanced its charm and appeal, as well. Among other features, the balcony offers great views, but also seems to pick up favorable air movement when temperatures heat up (the only suggestion for this space--the chairs seem too short for the table). We'd not hesitate to recommend this beautiful unit to anyone seeking a wonderful beach escape (the low-key atmosphere at Martinique has always been a terrific bonus along with its location adjacent to Bon Secour NWR). Privilege to again stay in 305 East at Martinique!

The extra bedroom in our condo had 2 twin beds with 2 trundle beds. We were disappointed that there were no mattresses in the trundle beds during our stay since that meant one of our family members had to sleep on the couch. Not idea but at least the regular couch was comfortable!
